Bobby P: I rented a "Luxury" class from this location. It was a bit of a wait to get me into a car of this class but they helped me best they could. However, the Mercedes C300 I rented smelled like Weed and the window switches were broken and didn't work. However, the wait can be a bit long at this location.

The BlackOut: One of the best experiences renting a car. It was last min and I was a little worried about getting a car from Enterprise based on past experiences around the Airport rental locations. But this particular location, top tier! I want to personally shout out Trenton Williams. Really chill guy. I went there for something regular for my trip just so I can get in and out. But he made some great valid suggestions, and had me thinking more about comfort and having a piece of mind in what I’m in, rather than me rushing. He gave me a great deal to upgrade into a wagoner and got some extra protections. I travel with a lot of camera equipment so it just made sense. Our team, when we are in LA, will be renting from this location. Ask for Trenton!

Gaby Cruz: I've been helped out by multiple employees on different occasions and they're always pleasant and down to earth people. Must be a LA thing ❤️ although the manager never seems to respond to the "reaching out" texts during your rental period so not sure if that's a technical or management issue. If LAX airport Enterprise isn't available, I don't find it super inconvenient to come here because of the employees. Thank you for still being nice even though you guys were busy!!! I get anxious when I see a busy place because I've had people be mean and rude so seeing that they're not like that here is reassuring.

Stephen Williams: I landed at lax from Heathrow Airport as I got to Dollar rental car I realised I must have lost my credit car at Duty Free in London, the man at Dollar would not accept my debit card. After a long time arguing with the man at Dollar someone recommended I try Eagle car rental, let me tell you, I was not disappointed they collected me from Dollar and took me to their location, the hiring process was extremely easy and they did not give me the round around that other companies do.Never again will I hire a car from Dollar I have used my debit card all over the world and I have never had so much trouble as the one I received on my last travel from a company like Dollar.

Heather Presha: What a great experience I had at Hertz Rental in Inglewood. While my own car was being repaired, I needed some wheels. The customer service clerk, Martha helped me get a zippy little Chevy Bolt in only 20 minutes. Martha had a pleasant smile and gave me excellent service! That Chevy Bolt was so much fun to drive I almost forgot about my own car! Overall I’d say I will definitely visit Hertz Rental in Inglewood again and recommend it to anyone who is in need of a rental car!!! Thank you, Martha!!

Aunnalise Woods: After my car was totaled in an accident i’ve been relying on rental vehicles to get me around. I’ve frequented this location since December 2023 and they always have vehicles available and at good rates. Ruth has been my girl, she’s so helpful and assures you are satisfied before driving off. The location is perfect because it’s not congested with traffic but it is near the airport so expect for tourists to also be there. They have a small team but they work together to get you in and out, so be patient with them. My mom’s car was in the shop for a week and she rented a car and was pleased. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Mittro Zito: Is a fact that this process takes patience sometimes. Think of it as the DMV. But if there are cars available and you know the steps to do this gets easier.I have been helped by different people, and they are all cool. Specially La Shawn, she may look mean, but she goes straight foward so you can be out quick.I suggest to get here as early as possible so you can be done quickly because no matter of your reservation you need to scan a qr and wait to be called, also you will have more cars to choose from if you came early.

Alyson Johnson: I had booked a cheap rental for Dollar and when I got there they only had electric cars left, and my hotel did not have a charging station. So I called Rentex and the owner gave me a 2017 Lexus SUV for cheaper. He even dropped us off at the airport afterward. Great car, great customer service.

Sam Morris: I came into town for my father's funeral. I had arranged a rental at the Westin. The Westin rented my car and told me that it would take 3 days to get my deposit back. I had only brought 200 cash for the trip so I didn't have the money or credit card for the down payment. My plan was to eat in n out and then go home since I had no way of getting to the funeral. A search on my phone for a burger led me to in n out rent a car. I told them I was broke and what the situation was. He sat with me and figured out a plan that would get me into a car. He stayed late and helped me rent a car. This place is amazing!

I rented a 15 passenger van for my large family and it was roomy and spacious with more than enough space for my tribe and our luggage. It was equipped with a navigation system as well and it linked to bluetooth for my phone! Pick up and drop off were both super easy. My son even left his ipad in the rental when we dropped off and they made sure that they returned it to us via mail as we live in a different state. THANK YOU, ALAMO!
