Jeannette Amicay: It may have been just the timing, but I got attended to right away. I was asked to sign in as the front desk person finished with the patient before me. I got my paperwork, handed back when completed, and in just the time it took her to enter my information in the computer, I was called back to have my X-ray done. That process also was prompt and efficient. So much better than Silver Creek Radiology. Just X-rays building isn鈥檛 as new and elaborate as Silver Creek, but I鈥檇 much rather have efficiency any day.
Yasin Gurkan: Contrary to the bad reviews, it was a place that I was quite satisfied with. It was just a little difficult to find the room they were in. The building resembles an abandoned place. Something like a direction sign can be put downstairs. Other than that, everything was great. The lady at the entrance took care of my transactions quickly, and the gentleman with glasses who took the x-ray was very friendly and chatted with me while taking the x-ray. To be honest, I wasn鈥檛 expecting like that馃憤
almaz K: . So this time I went to Just X-Rays today for the ultrasound. Well, my experience is totally different from those bad reviews. First of all, I called to schedule appointment and asked about the price. I called few times, the lady picked up the call was helpful. Today I visited there, place is a bit old and small, but it is clean, for me it鈥檚 totally fine. The front desk and the ultrasound technician is also has no problem, I mean they are not rude like those bad reviews. I just saw 3 staffs in the office, they work in a fast paced, I just waited like 10 mins to get in. I would recommend this place for ultrasound. My husband said the x-rays technician is a male. So if I need to have x-rays with a paper disposable gown, I might go to other place with female technician.

Xan Owens: Staff is very pleasant and organized. My MRI went well, tech was very nice. The only downside is, even with an appointment there was a long wait. My appt was at 930 didn鈥檛 leave until 1130. That included waiting for a copy on a disc to be provided. I had to ask about the disc after wait almost 20min. Customer service was great, just be prepared to wait.
