Barbara Crump: Technicians Kelly and Adrienne were very personable and kind.I arrived 15 minutes early and waited at the glass door before they were unlocked. The receptionist came out into the waiting area to unlock the door but did not open the door for me nor did she greet me. Very disappointing.

Catherine Kauer: Awesome. Have been going to the Morgan Hill location for twenty years, for bone density and 3D breast ultrasounds as well, no one better. If you want sensitive caring professional painless service, this is it. Had to go to another provider recently, at St. Louise during covid, terrible.

katherine mullins: Friendly staff. Dr Jacob’s I kind and knowledgeable
Pamela Decharo: There's nothing rushed or stressed at this place. I used to go to Dr Guthaner, and now I see Dr Jacobs. Both are AWESOME. I particularly love Dr Jacobs caring manner, unpretentious ways and of course her laser-focus on my mamo's. If you come here, don't be in a hurry. They run on time always, but you will probably be sent back once or twice for another "to be perfectly sure" photo. I for one am grateful as hell for this. I leave there with a FULL explanation, reminders about my bone density, suggestions for ultra sound - again, to be sure - friendly but no nonsense. As an aside, I notice lot's of Covid precautions here {i'm fussy about that.} HEPA filters, staff wearing kn95 respirators...so someone has done their homework. My sense of them is that Dr Jacobs will get you through anything that has to be dealt with. Sweet girl, but again, no nonsense.

Monica Morogan: I am doctor Jacob patient for many years, and I highly recommend her. I feel that she genuinely cares about me, and after leaving her office I never wandered "What if she was wrong?". A true professional!
Karin Meng: Suberb Dr., very exact and complete with testing and evaluations. Dr. Jessie Jacobs is also a kind and caring doctor who explains results and options clearly. Excellent staff, office, and office procedures.
Quin Curran: I have been with you for over 20 years. Your approach to medicine and breast cancer prevention has always been ahead of the curve. Your staff is truly dedicated and currently under these circumstances you have kept your priority to be medically professional and on top of some of us who are at risk in some shape or form. My only little complaint it is so hard to get in to see you unless we book a year in advance. Life is constantly moving and circumstances change which change dates. Possibly come up with a solution. Thank you for all you do for this community.
