Puran Sarna: I had a lunch special of shrimp ,beans and rice with some soup, the food was fresh and flavorful. The portion size was a bit small. I would go back again.

Saipraneeth Sanchula: recommended this item. I loved it and it was my first time having a pickled noodles. The spice from the pickles was juicy and was a new experience for me. Loved it and highly recommend to my SPICE-lovers!
Tarun Bhatia: I did not know that this small restaurant was hiding right in the backyard. My daughter talked me into trying this place while I was craving for Korean food. I must say it was good decision. We tried few items and we loved every one of them. Spicy fried potatoes were instant hit. Hint of Sichuan peppers in every dish would make me want to visit this place again and again. Only thing that this place could do is better service. I don't think they are short staffed as they had only 2 tables full but our server chose to hide behind the counter and use his phone. We kept wondering someone would show face so that we could ask for hot oil or salt. Having said that, it won't keep me from visiting the place again. I look forward to bumping the rating to 5 stars as they have the potential and may be deserve it too.

American Angler: My old pals Wi Ting Limp and Ho Lee Fuk were up from LA, and in the bay area for a Jin Si tournament at San Jose State, and wanted to meet for lunch. They wanted BBQ and I wanted Chinese so we flipped a coin and I won. Not knowing where to go Wi Ting Limp asked some of the other Jin Si combatants where to go, and they all said the Great Wall is the best authentic Chinese Restaurant in San Jose! And it was Spectacular!5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

Doua Moua: We were staying nearby and so we stopped by here for dinner. We ordered a few of the combination plates.The chowmien is bland so you may want to request extra sauce or some siracha for additional flavor.The sweet and sour pork and fried rice tasted fine.Lots more items on the menu but there wasn’t enough time to try them out. The drink variety was limited.The lobby is quiet because most people are ordering take-out.You can also order online and then pickup when ready.Parking: Lots of parking space is available

LJ: The food is great! Especially their fried rice. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to joking around and ordering food off the menu! They speak Spanish here as well!Parking: They have their own parking lot!

L Glass: I have been a customer of Jade Gardens for over 30 years and have always found them to be a dependable, delicious choice for dining out. We actually had a standard take-out order for the last three years that kept us going during Covid. The owner has always been friendly and helpful. I was truly sad when I saw that the restaurant is closed and will not reopen. I do not know what happened to them but I hope they are ok.
OhSnap ANerd: Their service is quick and good. Crab ragoons is to die for! Been looking for a new spot since Cheesecake Factory took it out of their menu. Soups and salt and pepper everything is good! Kung pao chicken- I can honestly eat the whole take out if I didn’t have to share. And the beef broccoli- I’ve never had such tender beef broccoli. Will def be coming by more often and they just a regular!

Shannon Fernandes: Hands down one of the best Chinese food joints in the South Bay. The quality of the food and taste never disappoints. Service is amazing, Ryan my man at the front is a gem of a guy. Great recommendation. Prices are very reasonable, the portions are massive. The chefs are amazing. Edna at the helm. One girl that we have gotten twice of the 4 times is super nice, but the other 2 times, was different.The atmosphere is basic Asian style restaurant.Parking: If we find parking... we eat there. There is only street parking which is always slim to none.I wish they had their own parking lot.Sometimes they have advised us to park behind their restaurant and when we did ... we were told to move or be towed.

Elaine K: I love the food that I've tried thus far, but there is almost always a busy signal when trying to call to place an order. It's for take-out only. Eggrolls are better in other locations, but their crab rangoons are very tasty, and their salt and pepper chicken wings are delicious. Just ask for non-spicy if you don’t like spicy food. This is a nice little mom-n-pop place for Chinese take-out that I recommend. They also do party trays.
Robert: The best Chinese restaurant on the eastside... even though I waited for well over an hour last night for my order because the cooks where pushing out trays of food. MSG stands for Mono Sodium Glutamate. Sodium is salt, and salt makes you retain water for bloating. The food was very good and expertly seasoned!Parking: You have to find parking in the street, sometimes the area is busy.

Roselyn M: The Plaza is a bit small and parking spaces are difficult to find during peak dining hours. The store's service is friendly and the food is served quickly. Unfortunately, the flatbread is a little soggy, but the green onions have crispy skin, so I still recommend trying it. The haggis in the haggis soup is broken into small pieces. If you want it in pieces, it is not recommended. You can order mutton pot instead. After the meal, each person can help themselves to an ice cream🍦

At first the service was slow because it was busy in there but as soon as we place our order everything came out super fast. Between placing the order and getting our food was about 10 mins. Wow. Everything was hot and delicious. We loved it and we will be back. We got shrimp fried rice, fried chicken wings, Mongolian beef and house special fried rice. And last don’t forget your free ice cream cone.
