Rosio Rosas: Here’s my latest experience:I have warranty on all of my tires. I have been taking it for scheduled rotation every 6,000 miles for the past maybe 3-4 times. I went in 2,000 miles ago and they didn’t tell me about the tire wall cracks which have now begun to leak leaving me with a flat last week and the other front tire this week. I had to purchase a new tire elsewhere because I didn’t know if I would make it to brokaw location.Now don’t get me wrong, I’m no expert but I am assuming that the side wall cracks weren’t created suddenly in these last 2,000 miles but rather a build up over time. I also don’t know if it’s “normal” for there to be tire wall side cracks on the inside or outside of tires.I don’t want to falsely place any blame but I do expect a thorough inspection and to er on the side of caution for the customer and bring it to my attention at the bare minimum.I am going to go in tomorrow and see how they help me out. I’ll update yall soon.Update: They acknowledged that the tires were in fact cracked / Defective on the side walls and replaced all 4. Sebastian and the team came through. Everyone seemed focused and hard at work. I appreciated the service because I did not feel safe leaving with those tires. Thank you.

Tam Vu: Over 10 years ago, I had a pretty bad experience at this shop. They had blamed me for not calling ahead for tires even though I ordered them and made an appointment. This time was much much better. Since they were the only tire shop around with the Pirellis I wanted in stock, I gave it another try. Online ordering and appointments made if very easy to buy and book. In the notes, I pointed out that this is an EV and they need to use specific jack points. I showed up around 30 minutes early to my appointment. They took my car in promptly, addressed my concern about the jack points and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Wow, that was less than half the time of Costco! When I got home, I checked the wheel nut torque and tire pressure. It was right on spec. The difference in staff from the last I went was huge and I would highly recommend them now.

Spencer Zeljak: Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. I spoke with Omar through Offerup and again in person. Their install is free, and you don’t have to make an appointment which are both great to begin with. I had found a specific tire that they were out of, but Omar was willing to sell me a more expensive set for the same price. My aftermarket wheels I bought from a different source ended up being the wrong size, so things didn’t go to plan. Still, I am extremely impressed with how friendly everyone I spoke to was compared to other shops I’ve been to.

When I got there they were extremely busy and I was met by a technician named Edwin who despite the busy atmosphere gave me excellent and thorough service. He discovered a screw in the tire that I’d missed and was able to service it and get me back on the road just before they had to close.
