Mary N: The service is amazing here. Came at 9:30 AM and they accepted my walk-in appointment to install my new tires because I bought them in advance online. They didn't get to squeeze me in until around 5:30 PM and finished by 7:30 PM.Vik went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't have to pay for the installation of the tire sensors since they weren't in stock and offered me several alternative options based on my comfort level. It ended up not mattering because it turns out Francis already saved a set for me from when we talked on the phone the other day!Oh, and I really appreciated that before installing my tires, Vik confirmed that I no longer wanted run flats because he noticed the tires I bought were different. I confirmed that it was intentional and that I chose performance tires instead.I loved that they wrapped the tires I asked them to save for me in bags and had them already placed in my car upon arrival. From beginning to end, I was very pleased with the warm and friendly service I received today. Thank you! ⭐
Anju: I bought tires from Costco three years ago for $1000. They fixed a flat at no charge under warranty last year. Last week my right rear tire showed low pressure, left front tire had a bubble. Both tires were replaced with a prorated warranty. I paid $250 for 2 tires. I love Costco warranty! They are booked out for 2 weeks. If you walk in without an appointment, go early in the morning when they open.

Tong Xu: Got a low PSI on my class C rv , my portable air compressor did not work over 40 PSI ,and I accidentally lost one of my TMPC sensor into the front tire hubcap . I stopped by the shop this morning asking for help , the staff was nice . One guy helped me to open the front cab immediately after I pulled the rig in . They even lift up and took out the front tire try to find the lost sensor . Then they inflated all my rv tires to 70 PSI as I required . Good service and good people . Solve the problem . Arthur

Spencer Zeljak: Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. I spoke with Omar through Offerup and again in person. Their install is free, and you don’t have to make an appointment which are both great to begin with. I had found a specific tire that they were out of, but Omar was willing to sell me a more expensive set for the same price. My aftermarket wheels I bought from a different source ended up being the wrong size, so things didn’t go to plan. Still, I am extremely impressed with how friendly everyone I spoke to was compared to other shops I’ve been to.

Herrick Hernandez: I have to give them 5 stars because they definitely gave me the best deal I could find when it came to lifting my truck and installing new tires. Even their insight on which tires to buy, they didn’t just try and up sell me on expensive brands even though I had my eyes on one.They were also very accommodating and welcoming. I’ve tightened my suspension and rotated my tires x2 for free, a nice comp when you purchase from them.
