Katarina C.: - the garbage rooms are closed during the week because some people living here did not follow the rules and dumped huge mattresses and furniture without permission, which costs everyone in our community dumpster fees which we would all have to absorb as rent increases. To address this, Venue instituted a Valet Trash service where an attendant picks up the trash by your door. This is to ensure accountability. It takes some getting used to and I was quite upset at first when I learned of the change, but I spoke with the team in depth and completely agree that this is the best approach.- elevators go out of service fairly regularly. I lived in an area that had two elevators so it didn’t become a problem for us personally, we just went to the other one if there were any issues. Venue is really on top of the issue when it happens and has good communication on what to expect. Again I like how they handle this limitation- some apartment locations may be prone to some noise from the outside business or the VTA. Overall it’s a quiet area, if you’re sensitive to noise like we are chose a courtyard facing unit and you will be happy.In summary, grab this apartment if you can. The team is really great and works quickly to resolve the few limitations this place has!
