Jennifer Nguyen: One of the perks of living at Crescent Village Apartments is having the best maintenance customer service. Antonio is always quick and efficient in fixing my issues and had wonderful tips and tricks for my appliances. He is able to answer all my questions and makes sure I’m happy with the results. He’s a lovely human being and it’s always a pleasure when I see him. I am glad he is on the Crescent Village Apt team and I appreciate him! Antonio absolutely deserves 100 stars.

Cassie Palmer: Susan and Malgorzata were both incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to work with me, which I greatly appreciate! This complex is very well maintained, quiet, feels safe, friendly staff and overall highly recommend living here.

We wished we could have stayed longer—the price was reasonable, the property management team was friendly and helpful, and the on-site security team added to our peace of mind. The environment was tranquil, with well-maintained greenery all around. José from the maintenance team is a rock star—friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Plum Orchard to everyone!
Brian Truong: I lived there for 4 years. Great place. It is well kept. Staff and manager were nice and helpful. Requests for maintenance were handled promptly. VIVEKANANDA DAYANANDA: I have stayed here for an year, Susan and team have always been very responsive. They care for the tenants, any issues will be addressed immediately. Security on-site adds to feeling secure and at peace. The community has great vibes with full of trees and greeneries.
Kratika Sahu: We have been living here for three years now. We have had nothing but good experience ever since day 1. Susan really cares for the tenants and is willing to go to the extra mile for them. Jose was able to take care of our maintenance requests very next day. We were apprehensive about security but never had any problems. There's atleast one security person at all times on the premises. It's a nice, peaceful community. All in all I would highly recommend this place.

Ana Garcia: I have lived at Duo Apartments for over 2 years now and my time here has been nothing short of incredible. The staff is unbelievably welcoming, kind, and supportive. They make it clear that they have your best interests in mind, answering questions and concerns as quickly as they pop up. The property is well maintained and during my time here, I have experienced no issues with parking, mail, noise, or anything else. The neighborhood is very secure and clean, and the neighbors are respectful as well. The office staff additionally hold events that allow tenants to interact with one another, get to know each other, and bond. This is something I haven’t seen done at other apartment complexes. There is an emphasis on taking care of one another and making each other feel comfortable and understood. I truly could not have picked a better place to call home.
Evan Carlson: Living in Duo has been a wonderful experience so far. The apartments themselves are large and feel very modern; and the surrounding area is excellent with parks, groceries, restaurants, and easy freeway access.The leasing team is always very nice and helpful. I specifically have to shout-out Martha for helping me coordinate a cross-country move. She definitely went above and beyond in helping me secure a gorgeous unit and making my move-in process seamless after a week-long drive from the East coast.I'm very glad to have chosen to lease with this staff, and I highly recommend this property.

Brandon Fruits: Have been delivering to dual apartments for a few months now with Amazon and every time I step foot in the building the staff is always so welcoming, and so genuine always making sure my stops and visits always goes so smooth. Martha and Claudia are the two leasing office attendance. If they are both there or one is not available they always make sure to To give great customer service and never fails. I am not a resident in the area, but the whole duo staff and residential makes me feel at home.

I moved in January of this year and moved out only two weeks.I loved my stay there.A lot of pros. Safe, gated, all fobbed off, a lot of amenities, awesome mailroom, awesome gym, and great staff! I faced 87 freeway, but honestly, did not mind it all! Freeway noise was not an issue and neighbors as well- not noisy. DUO is super conveniently located as far as gas, shops, stores and all that. The closeness to the best Costco is also a major plus.Apartment studio is a great size for one person. Loved loved loved the washer and dryer in unit. That was key! DUO is clean inside and out. Great experience overall!Moved closer to work and family, but I wanted to send flowers and shed some love on here for DUO.Will miss living here but definitely a great spot!
