DIANE NGUYEN: Cynthia had been a great help in getting me into a position that truly fits my experience. I was placed in another role from another recruiter and it did not match my experience and she reached out to me to ask about my experience with my old role. I told her about the roadblocks and that they were not using my skills fully for this position. I have worked with a few recruiters for various contracting roles in the last 3 years and when the role ends, they usually say they will call me for another role, but I never hear back from them. I thought Cynthia will be the same, but she actually cared and found me another role within 3 weeks. I interviewed with the new team and I saw that it was a great match. Cynthia also helped me get a higher rate than I expected. I enjoy working as a Project Coordinator with this new team and the projects are interesting. Using Jobspring felt like having a well connected uncle who knows of jobs all around the bay and who also owes your mom a favor for not telling on him when they were kids so he goes above and beyond in assisting you in finding a job. Tim Caserza: Had a surprisingly quick and pleasant experience. I went to chat with a couple of recruiters at their office in San Jose on the 9th. Recruiter Ian found a nice position for me, I interviewed with that company on the 18th, had an on-site on the 22nd and an offer letter on the 24th. Communication with Ian was great, I liked that they were local and I could meet face to face with them and they work with local companies rather than some guy in Phoenix or Bangalore trying to work out things in the bay area.
