Tim Caserza: Had a surprisingly quick and pleasant experience. I went to chat with a couple of recruiters at their office in San Jose on the 9th. Recruiter Ian found a nice position for me, I interviewed with that company on the 18th, had an on-site on the 22nd and an offer letter on the 24th. Communication with Ian was great, I liked that they were local and I could meet face to face with them and they work with local companies rather than some guy in Phoenix or Bangalore trying to work out things in the bay area.
