I'm always skeptical about going to a Mexican restaurant since I am Mexican myself and can cook. I was recommended by a friend to try it out, so I did...and boy oh boy it didn't disappoint at all! I had a shrimp tostada and a plate of camarones al mojo de Ajo. Fresh delicious and they use huge shrimp! Great flavors, perfectly seasoned. My friends had a shrimp cocktail, full of large seafood pieces, so big she couldn't finish it. My other friend had the Chile Verde, perfectly seasoned, so tender it melted in your mouth. Great service, great atmosphere especially if you're craving that homemade cooked meal feel.

Luis Aguilar: I had a craving for an Aguachile, and I knew this was the right place to get one. Highly recommended for its great environment and great food. It didn't disappoint! The Aguachile with the green sauce was insanely great! Spicy and delicious. The shrimp was just right, but the sauce! OMG, it was so hot, and yet I couldn't stop. Definitely go here for some Mariscos if you want a great environment and great food.

Michelle Tsang: I went here for a friends birthday dinner. Our server Robert was so friendly and such a good host. He really made us feel welcome and celebrated our friend well. I asked them about it and I was told it’s because they didn’t hung up the phone correctly. It happens more on Saturday’s. I’m not sure if they don’t want to be bother taking orders over the phone. Robert Stager: I grew up in the downtown area, and for some reason, I never went to this place.I obviously missed out, but I'm glad that I tried it out, and I will definitely be back. It's definitely athentic food. The girl there didn't speak much English but she definitely did what she could do to help me. But most places don't do is give you your temples or napkins and they made sure that I had everything including any extra lemons or sauce that went with my food. I give it a 10 out of 10

AJ Strong: Tried today for the first time and was not disappointed. Grabbed 3 tacos and an insane margarita. They could put a little more meat on the taco, but the flavor was *chef’s kiss*. I’ll definitely be back.One problem is that they charge fees your paying with a credit card which is illegal. Businesses can offer cash discounts, but it's illegal to charge extra to use credit cards for payment.
