Thomas Roscoe: Best Hu Tieu in San Jose hands down. Been here about 70 times since they opened. 100% constancy and amazing owners.Parking: Never had a problemKid-friendliness: Kids love it hereWheelchair accessibility: No steps
Calvin Ho: The pork meatball was tasty. Like I had read in other reviews, there was some sweetness in the pho. It was not overly sweet though. My family had a pleasant experience, but it was not the best pho we ever had. The shredded chicken was tough/overcooked. If I am back in the neighborhood I would be curious to try their other noodle offerings.
Tung Nguyen: Recommended dishes Noodle Soup Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot
Joseph T Mai: Recommended dishes Noodle Soup
Jian Lu: that I have not seen in any other Vietnamese pho restaurants in Bay Area.+ Personally really enjoyed the wide rice noodles.+ Good portion size- The soup has a slightly sweeter taste than usual.
Mellow Jello: Probably the largest servings of pho and hu tieu I've ever had, but the price reflects that. Definitely one bowl for two people!..unless you're really hungry.Flavor wise pretty good, up there with Pho San Jose and Pho Dao.Location is right by a famous burned/rebuilt church and has it's own parking!
Dharma M: Stopped by this restaurant while looking for a restaurant which we haven't visited. It has parking next to the restaurant. The restaurant is pretty big with outdoor sitting. It is the type of vietnsmese chinese cuisine. It was not that busy when we arrived. The unique stuff on the menu is that you can choose a couple of types of noodles and choose 2 if you want. While looking for the menu, I think at least 3 times they asked us what to order. It is a bit annoying since we told them to give us a minute. We just try to figure out what to order. We order white and yellow noddle soup. It comes with slices pork, shrimp, and quail egg. The soup comes with pork bone. The soup is clear and yummy. The noddle is ok.Wecalso order beef stew white and yellow noodle. The gravy l is yummy, but the beef is a bit tough.Pricewise, it is a bit high compared to the portion.Overall, they are good. I like the beef one compared to the noodle soup.

Thuy Nguyen: I've introduced many friends who keep coming back here. They now take Venmo or Zelle compared to previously being cash only.Parking: Parking spots are very compact w many cars who don't part centered.
Van Le: The very best Vietnamese Udon real Crab meat soup in the Bayarea. The broth is thick and excellent flavor the blended seafood ball are great and you can even get a Maine Lobster claw add on. The service is exceptional and when they are short staffing or very busy, the owners husband and wife couple lend a hand. The never have done Credit card but since Covid the take Venmo and PayPal. During a cold winter morning it’s very satisfying breakfast.
Wilfred Cho: Pretty interesting bowl of noodles. I thought the noodles is going to be spicy, but it's not. Interesting flavor and it's worth trying. They are cash only or venmo. Ended up paying $25 for this.
Neo Revolution: Parking: shopping plaza
Mike Dinh: Udon noodles in a thicker pork broth. Delicious!
Annie: was super filling, had to keep adding in lemon juice they offer on the side to help cut through the rich broth flavor a bit. Overall tasty, but definitely come hungry since it's a very filling meal.Kid-friendliness: A group of 8+ kids with 2+ adults were able to eat here

Jianwei Shi: Excellent. You may prepare cash if the amount is less than $35.
Saipraneeth Sanchula: recommended this item. I loved it and it was my first time having a pickled noodles. The spice from the pickles was juicy and was a new experience for me. Loved it and highly recommend to my SPICE-lovers!
Tarun Bhatia: I did not know that this small restaurant was hiding right in the backyard. My daughter talked me into trying this place while I was craving for Korean food. I must say it was good decision. We tried few items and we loved every one of them. Spicy fried potatoes were instant hit. Hint of Sichuan peppers in every dish would make me want to visit this place again and again. Only thing that this place could do is better service. I don't think they are short staffed as they had only 2 tables full but our server chose to hide behind the counter and use his phone. We kept wondering someone would show face so that we could ask for hot oil or salt. Having said that, it won't keep me from visiting the place again. I look forward to bumping the rating to 5 stars as they have the potential and may be deserve it too.

julian liu: Bun Bo Hue was very good, just the right amount of spiciness and flavor. After the food was served, getting additional service took quite a bit of effort, but eventually got taken care of.Parking: Parking spaces were small
Lingchao Mao: The best pho I ever had. The few chicken soup broth is super good, you can tell the difference with the standard beef pho in other restaurants. The spring roll also very good. Roasted pork is fresh and tender, much bette quality than other restaurants.
Amin Adalatkhah: Good food and good prices
Elbert Papa: One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in San Jose. Great flavors in the soup and rice plates. Staff is eager to serve you. And you don’t have to wait long for your food.Parking: Plenty of free parking at the lot

David gonzale: Kevin, the manager at Noodles and Company, has an exceptional way of making everyone feel instantly welcomed. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in his customers' experiences make every visit memorable. Kevin's attentiveness ensures that each customer feels valued, and his efforts to personalize interactions truly enhance the dining atmosphere. His leadership clearly reflects in the positive vibes of the restaurant, making it a favorite spot for many. Thanks to Kevin, every meal here is not just delicious but also comes with a warm, inviting experience.
Jesus Christ: Food is ALWAYS fresh, and I order here a lot. Consistently, fresh food is rare. I appreciate the zoodle option, as it's my go-to "noodle." Good, attentive service. One of my favorite fast, casual places. As far as people complaining about portion size. You can add more noodles for a buck or two. Or double your portion of protein. I find the price reasonable for what you get. The caloric content is definitely a normal meal size.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan, vegetarian

Mars: I’ve been going to Santouka ever since Kinokuniya Books was across the parking lot from Mitsuwa. It’s totally awesome to know that it’s still around and they make a great bowl of ramen. The ramen has always been great here. Not mind blowing but they deliver a taste that hasn’t changed since they’ve opened. The noodles are good and the broth delivers. The roast pork is darn good. I can’t think of any other ramen places that’ve been in San Jose for as long as they’ve been. BIG props to Santouka for having the stamina of a long distance runner.
Torsten Keil-Long: This is one of my favorite ramen spots in the South Bay. It is inside a grocery store, so expect a food court style seating arrangement. The food comes out quickly, and on days they take longer there is a whole grocery store and book store to look through. They are friendly and always get the order correct. We usually get the 36 and the 63 when we go, and I personally love how the spicy char sui miso soup!
Jeremy Roberson: If you have to choose one ramen shop to try, this. Classic is the one.
Amy H.: I ordered the #2 Salt Ramen here and it’s absolutely delicious and creamy. The broth is the best! This ramen spot is located in Mitsuwa Market. When you order they will give you a receipt with your order number. Back then, water was provided but now this spot doesn’t provide water to go along with the ramen. The Salt Ramen includes chashu, which I usually like since it’s very soft and tender. However, the chashu this time was a bit over cooked. The ramen noodles has a good texture and the broth was rich in flavors. I would highly recommend this spot!

Rich: Place is packed with Vietnamese people do you know it’s good. Must have the coffee with sweet milkAtmosphere: 5/5 …
Ksenia Postolnik: The pho here is fantastic! Especially if you opt for the combo and request to add meatballs—it takes the flavor to a whole new level! The only thing that's missing? Spring rolls!Keep in mind, this place gets really crowded during lunch hours, so it's best to arrive early if you want to savor your hot soup without the rush.
Hotcocco 78: This was the best Pho EVER!! Small, clean, co comfortable spot. Went on a Sunday so it was packed! LOVED the atmosphere and table with benches set up.Now, this place only serves BEEF Pho. One veggie Pho. So. If you can't eat beef move on. I got the Oxtail Pho and the other got the all meat one. Super flavorful. Service isn't the best. No one came to check on us one time! No problem. The food was still 💯Better SERVICE PHO PAPA 😉

Greenlife Construction. Jose Millan: Great food …. Always back and back !!!!
Lawrence Boesch: Tasty phood, great service, moderate prices
Gideon Sughrue: This restaurant that has a homey and none pretentious attitude. The food is served hot, with good depth of flavor and texture. I had the Vietnamese beef stew and spring rolls both top notch. The owner Mary kindly saw high to customers and checks to see people are happy with their food. The thankfully is MSG free thankfully, as I am sensitive and get headaches. I did not experience and after eating here. Only side-effect was a full belly and happy heart.Interestingly the music and hanging art are mostly creations of the owners son as well. Definitely stop and try the Pho, Beef stew and spring rolls.

Danielle St. Onge: from my hotel to grab a hot bowl of pho. Was instantly greeted and sat down. They quickly brought me water and a menu. I ordered the Spicy Beef and Pork Bologna soup and a coffee pearl drink. Both were brought out within 5 minutes and were absolutely fantastic. The broth of the spicy beef was pho base with hot chili oil. Meat was melt in your mouth, and the rice noodles were thick. The coffee pearl drink was nice and frozen; perfect to cool down the palate. I was in there for all of 30 minutes, and nice and warmed up for my wet walk back to the hotel. Absolutely recommend this small business!!
N A: I had pho for dinner.Quickly find it on the map.I had the chicken pho and it was delicious. There are large and small sizes, but the small one is quite filling. Thank you for the meal.

Matt Hamilton: Introduced an old friend. It's a good restaurant which serve vietnamese food. Banh Mi is pretty good. But is even more special when I met my really good buddy, Rylan! He served as a missionary in Viet Nam many years ago. We built up the relationship over years. It's just like before, same food, but many thousands of miles away. Although he lost some Vietnamese, I still love him. He is a soldier now, in US army. What a historic day!I remember this moment forever!
