Since the people at SCS are a bunch of stand up guys, they acknowledged the mistake, and helped me fix it. They are good at picking quality cars for resale, especially BMWs. Mine was one of the best examples I’ve seen advertised nationwide. So happy I went to see them.

Brisa Chipres: We went here over the weekend and were greeted by Elias, we told him we saw a Honda online and we wanted to do a test drive. He got the key but battery was dead from remote and car, took 10 min to get it going before we did the test drive. At first we where questioning the car because all the signals of the car where going on and didn’t know what was going on but Elias assure us that when the battery does a restart normally it takes time for the car to reset back to normal. Indeed he was right. The key knob will be replace as well. Also the person that helped us to sign the contract was super nice and explained to us everything in details and we nevered felt rushed. I want to say Thank you to Elias and his team for the help in purchasing my sons first car.

Abhinav Roongta: We had to take our car for safety recall. First time there was some glitch as the dealership did not have the part to replace. But they apologized. Second time everything went smooth. We were provided with Uber to go back home after dropping off the car and then again to pick up the car. Overall very good service and great staff.

Ruben: , never got it and the other was my Navigation did not work. Navigation said it needed to be updated and to take to a Mercedes Dealership. I was told by the salesperson to download Android Auto Play. Never got a response to why Navigation did not work. I booked an appointment for service. Took my car in for my appointment and found out that I had to leave my car, no one ever told me this, even though I got texts and phone calls reminding me of my appointment. Someone read what my online appointment was for I am sure and could have told me that I had to leave my car. The dealership is not close to my house, an hour and a half drive. Drove back home and went back a week later for service. Left my car and got the seat belt clip put on and the Navigation, I was told did not exist on my car, though there is a button on my car for it, and the screen said that it needed to be updated. The Technician, Jay, was good. He communicated with me about my car and when it would be ready as well as any cost to me, if any. My car is a 2023 C-Class Cabriolet convertible. I find it hard to believe in this day and age that a car would not have Navigation installed, especially on a 2023.

Horrible value for money.UPDATE: The dealership contacted me and after listening to my experience they said they would refund the full charges. Context: I have a 10 year old Stingray that I bought from them new which hardly gets used so its battery was flat. I took it in to them as I had a good experience when I bought the car there. They did an oil check, a battery check and cleared the error codes that the dead battery had caused and charged me $530. No oil added and the battery was good. No explanation other than a rep reading thru the notes when I asked what they had done - he just walked me over to the register to pay. Ramon followed up with me and after hearing the details said they would refund the entire amount. I am both surprised and grateful that they have shown care after my initial experience. Changing my rating to a 4 - because this should not have happened in the first place.
