Stephen Toumi (6thGoal): On August 31st, I visited Capitol Mazda with the intention of purchasing a used 2014 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid priced at $10,888. This decision was made for my girlfriend's son's transportation needs. However, this seemingly straightforward purchase led to a series of distressing events.Shortly after leaving the dealership, a parking brake warning light appeared, leaving me stranded at an intersection. I contacted Mr. Steve Valentone, our salesperson, who promised to help, but two Toyota employees assisted before he arrived. The warning light disappeared an hour later but reappeared consistently, triggered by various activities.We returned the car to Capitol Mazda, and they attempted to fix the issue by replacing the battery and sensors. However, the problem persisted. On October 16th, the car's battery drained, and the warning reappeared, causing temporary immobilization. The warning persisted on subsequent journeys.Mr. Valentone advised us to contact General Manager Rusty Bumstead for a refund. After returning the car on October 19th, the dealership refused a refund and encouraged us to explore their inventory, which didn't meet our needs.The Prius spent 38 days at the dealership, surpassing the 19 days in our possession. After persistent requests, on October 26, Mr. Valentone informed us that they would pay off the loan. We received a refund of our initial $550 deposit.Despite this challenging experience, Mr. Valentone's dedication and professionalism stood out, and we were satisfied with our sales experience. Our experience with the Prius did not diminish our respect for the dealership, and we promised to return if we found a suitable vehicle on their lot."

Keenan Hurley: It's a difficult position to be a used car dealership. They want to promise you a lot. With that said Wholesale Auto Plaza is a good dealership, when many of them are difficult. They are aware of laws and consumer requirements, that's a plus. Commutation with response times could be better but overall I'm satisfied. The facilities could improve a lot for a better experience but they do have diverse inventory. Francisco helped me out a lot for my sales that I'm pretty content with. I've had much worse experiences at other places.

Sean Smith: already installed and cant be removed so the price is really $1300 more than advertised. All modern BMW's already have GPS tracking built in so you end up paying a $1,000 for something the car provides from the factory through the my BMW App. I get it, they need to make money but no one mentioned this until I sat down to make the final purchase. They need to be more up front with this information.

Brisa Chipres: We went here over the weekend and were greeted by Elias, we told him we saw a Honda online and we wanted to do a test drive. He got the key but battery was dead from remote and car, took 10 min to get it going before we did the test drive. At first we where questioning the car because all the signals of the car where going on and didn’t know what was going on but Elias assure us that when the battery does a restart normally it takes time for the car to reset back to normal. Indeed he was right. The key knob will be replace as well. Also the person that helped us to sign the contract was super nice and explained to us everything in details and we nevered felt rushed. I want to say Thank you to Elias and his team for the help in purchasing my sons first car.

Luis Malta: Its my first time buying a dealership car and jose litteraly did everything he could to get me into the credit union to build credit when i tell you it was easy i mean that he insists and puts pressure on the credit union to evaluate the application. Basically i gave my info and he did the rest .I bought a car from all usa motors and it was really cool. Jose the salesman and Don Geronimo the showman will help you and get you right.

After talking with Kodie, I felt confident to go back when I found the car I wanted in their inventory. Being a female, I felt more comfortable and reassured when Kodie answered all the questions I had and gave great advice regarding an uncertainties that may have occurred. I didn’t know much about cars or financing but I left with much more knowledge than before. I knew I could count on All USA Motors to provide reliable cars in their inventory with all the car facts regarding each car’s history. AND TO REQUEST A REFUND WITH A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TIME.BY LAW, THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO OBLIGE. AND IF THEY REFUSE YOU CAN SEND A LETTER VIA CERTIFIED MAIL TO PAY THE REFUND, INTEREST, AND ANY LEGAL FEES ASSOCIATED TO THIS.I GOT MY REFUND. ❤️ ✌🏽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
