They had upgraded a major part in my car just before I bought it from them, and the part failed four months later. I asked if they could do anything about the situation, and they had the part replaced for me; within a week of the failure, I had my car back in working condition again. They did all the heavy lifting and were very pleasant throughout the process. Other than this one issue, my car has continued to run reliably and without incident.

    Dmitry Klokotov: Very streamlined process. I requested a quote online. Booked an appointment for 3:30. Checked in at the business office. Was told it would take about 30 minutes. In about 30 minutes they confirmed my quote. I was told that it would take another hour to get to signing of the paperwork because they were a bit busy. I was fine with waiting. It took closer to an hour and a half, but I figured it would be something like that and I was OK with it. The paperwork took 10 minutes at most. Just a few signatures. So altogether close to two and a half hors in the afternoon on Friday. That is pretty reasonable by my standards. I was on my laptop working so it did not feel like wasted time.

    Mr.Black Stig: and I literally had been stalking every car website. A1 motor group listed the car the morning on June 10th & I immediately called them to put it on contract. They agreed unlike many other dealers who had old listings or were obviously playing games.The only negative was that they had the car listed originally at $24,995 and this was wrong price and they had to up the price. However I actually believe this was an accident because that price was below market and it was literally listed 10mins before I called them, However this is also why they only get 4 stars instead of 5 as they did not honor the first price. The second price was still below market and I was fine with it.I was out of state and paid cash, Nick and Hamid were very accommodating and helpful especially when helping me arrange shipping. They are that small town independent car dealership with good deals that I love. I would 100% do business with them again!

    Dylan Holton: Very forthright about everything and accommodating. I was going to drive from 7 hours away so I wanted to make sure it was worth it for the car I had my eye on. I talked to Art who told me everything that I could want to know about the car. When I decided to make the trip, he put a hold on it. When I got there, everything was exactly as described and the terms we discussed were honored exactly. I did a diagnostic on the car while there using a dtc scanner, everything was tip top shape. I then had Audi dealer check and everything was perfect. A quality car and great service — financing and everything was legitimate and no pressure!

    Sean Smith: already installed and cant be removed so the price is really $1300 more than advertised. All modern BMW's already have GPS tracking built in so you end up paying a $1,000 for something the car provides from the factory through the my BMW App. I get it, they need to make money but no one mentioned this until I sat down to make the final purchase. They need to be more up front with this information.
