I like this place because it’s so close to my house and I get my dog groomed here but the black manager was rushing me while I was checking out and I was trying to use my points on my account so I asked him to help other people while I download the app but while doing that he said to me “your holding up the line” and kept on pressuring me and asking me if I’m done ever few secs which was very rude. The reason I asked him to help other people first was to use my points. Why does petco have these points but when I need to use it I have to feel bad about it and rushed?? If I see him again I’m running out the door. I don’t need to feel stressed out while shopping for my pets.
