I frequent Unleashed by Petco often while out walking my furry companion. The staff here is always welcoming and ready to provide basic training tips. They also spoil my dog with occasional treats which we both appreciate. It’s nice to have access to their restroom and a water fountain for my dog during our visits. The store boasts a well-stocked inventory, catering to a variety of pet needs. I’m always on the lookout for their clearance sales which offer great deals. Plus, they match online prices, making shopping here a pleasant and economical experience. Highly recommend for all pet owners!
I only wish that I could recall the associate's name, because she was the reason for the 5 stars. The friendly and informative banter made up for,... well, everything else. Everyone should always keep in mind that "in-store" shopping no longer means that the items are in store. Even if they show a "dummy" demo box. And the prices online aren't guaranteed which is a fad spreading through all department stores these days. Long short of it, Don't Take Out Frustrated Purchases on the sweet sales associates

Elle S: Giving 5 stars only because of the staffs at front desk was so kind. He tried to understand and resolves the issues with our bad grooming experience. He listened to us about the details, saw our dog and asked his manager if he can waive the grooming fee for us. We did not expect that but I appreciate how kind and patient he was. Thank you so much!The grooming experience:I took my Papillon for grooming here and asked for nail trim, sanitary cut for paws, genital areas and below his tail. He had mattings in his ears so I agreed that he would get them trimmed and evened out.He was returned with one nail untrimmed, paws not shaved and a bald spot behind his ear without any evening it out.I told my groomer Changson that he still has one nail not clipped but she said angrily that is the shortest he can get… I had dogs for decades and I know what the shortest it can get looks like. She just forgot one nail… his other nails were trimmed but she said it’s extra charge for the nails and paw trimming in grumpy manner. She glared at me like I am a hassle for asking questions, I understand that service industry is highly stressful. but her response when I simply asked her a question and hearing dogs crying , groomer screaming “noooo” did not make me feel comfortable to come back for another grooming service.

Tucker: I like my 2 Petco locations, their well rounded, educated, professional associates, and it appears the pricing seems to be getting a bit better.Both local Petcos I shop are always clean, staffed, and well stocked.I do enjoy the online ordering with pickup within a few hours and it's occasional extra discounts.NEW...RECENTLY visited the Saratoga Avenue Petco where MIKEY was greeting and working the register. What a perfect well rounded associate who, if he wanted to, could be running any type of retail store but he loves animals in seems, so we are blessed to work with him at our Petco.
Zema V: . Our cashier was really nice too! I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. This is my favorite SJ Petco now. Even though it’s the furthest from me. They always have stuff in stock and it’s a good experience. All employees I’ve met here have been helpful and kind. I appreciate how they care for the fish and ask me how many gallons in it to ensure they have a proper home and educate others shopping as well.

A flat loop of trail to be able to walk, jog and bike. Good for dogs and kids. Fees required but many other entrances if only for trail.
Lillian Chaudoin: Wonderful park, all volunteers were very helpful. A master gardener helped me carry all the plants I purchased to my car. All the volunteers were very knowledgable on all the plants. It was a wonderful day because of all the people working this event. I plan to go back next year.🌻
