Lisa Do: I have been to this shop several times. They have many varieties of phalaenopsis orchids and other plants. Their orchids are always healthy and the price points are very reasonable. More importantly, the lady at the shop is always very pleasant and patient. I asked several questions and she answered them professionally. I collect orchids, so will definitely be back for more. Trang Thu: We picked 2 big ochirds and 1 small one. We asked the sale man for advices for colors we should pick... Then he help us put together in a vase adding a red bow to make it look xmas. And that was $60. There are arrangements already made you can just pay, or you can say how much of a piece you are looking for and he can tell you what you can pick and help you putting together.
Em Hooper: A great place to buy orchids at amazing prices, but it is very cluttered. They sell used flower pots and they have many small and medium size pots of a variety of shapes, sizes and colors, some of the prices are negotiable. If you want a neat organized flower shop this is not the place to shop, but if you want good prices and have a little patience it is worth a visit.
Kelli Kitty: I used to kill orchids, but this place is my lucky charm! Despite a language barrier, the gentleman there helped me find a specific style of orchid pot, and i also purchased planting media. They also have a broad, healthy selection of plants. I will be going back for more orchids.

Ara Deukmedjian: I have purchased over 40 orchids recently from Brookside. I am so impressed with their orchid health and quality. I recommend their orchids without reserve. I had them shipped to Florida. They wrapped each orchid carefully and lovingly. The orchids came larger and healthier then orchids I have received from other well known vendors. These people really care about the orchids and their customers. I couldn't say enough good things about Brookside. I actually ordered a second time and now own every orchid in their inventory. You wont be disappointed.

Brookside Orchids did such an amazing job, that I won't hesitate to order from them again. The orchids were amazingly well packed, so carefully wrapped, and in beautiful condition when they arrived several days later. These are healthy, large orchids, that bloomed within days/weeks of arrival and have continued to bloom for months. Just gorgeous, and so vigorous! Thank you!

The entire team at Fractal Flora provided excellent services - they were professional, responsive, timely, detail oriented, flexible and produced beautiful arrangements. I mainly communicated with Emily via email, and Yuri was the florist on our wedding day. Our wedding day timeline was a little tight - but the team and I were able to work around arrangements that needed to be moved during the day. I would definitely recommend Fractal Flora for all weddings and large events in the future!

Amy Bernwanger: We were unsure if my son would make it to prom so we hadn’t ordered a corsage. It wasn’t until the day before that we learned he would make it, but now we needed a corsage! We stopped by this local shop and while they were busy preparing for a wedding, we were so happy that they were able to accommodate the last minute order. We picked up the corsage the next day and I swear it was one of the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen! The staff at Fractal Flora was pleasant and kind. They made our experience easy and stress free. Additionally, the shop itself is fun to walk through, with lots of fun plant pots and gift items.

We did a DIY air plant terrarium.I worked with Yuri to setup and arrange the event - she was highly responsive and accommodating. Yuri led the virtual event from their location. Fractal Flora set up an order form for our team - everyone got to choose their arrangement. The DIY kits were mailed to everyone within a week of the event.The team LOVED the concept, detailed explanations of plants, care and how to arrange the terrarium. Everyone was sharing pics during the event, and went beyond to keep designing after the event. We have some great terrariums now for our desks to help us reflect on our day, ease our eyes, and put a smile on our faces.Thank you Fractal Flora!

john STETAK: Great little plant shop right in downtown San Jose. Fanastic varity of health vibrant plants. The guy who worked there was super friendly and helpful. Our place faces north so getting enough sunlight is challenging. He had lots of tips and very appreciated advice. Plants seemed a little pricy even with the discount he gave us but we were happy to pay more for the convience and to support a locally owned downtown shop. The neighborhood is not the best but seemed safe enough mid afternoon. I posted a photo of the plant we bought.

Ak: I have gone to the plant lush in downtown San Jose and it's always been a great experience. They have some unique plants that people search for. For the first time I went to the newly opened location for my friend Brandon's memorial. It was such an awesome and amazing experience to be around the plants and celebrating my friends life. The owner is so nice and kind and I highly recommend plant lush. For a memorial, or just for your plant needs. Good healthy plants, clean store with an amazing warm vibe.

Shirin Montebare: One of my favorite places for planters. It was like a paradise, with so many colors to choose from in different sizes. I bought two planters and brought them back with me to Canada. Definitely one of my favorite shops.

bartika dutta: This is a charming, personality-filled store that sells all kinds of indoor plants. Extra marks for the decor, the soft pink seat and the orange sofa. It’s an aesthetically pleasing space and I found it therapeutic. They sell pots too! Thankfully each plant is labeled and one doesn’t have to think of how to care for ‘assorted tropical foliage’! The staff also gave me accurate care instructions for the beauty I bought.

I bought a plant here. They told me not to water it for two weeks. So I left it in the living room as an indoor plant. Sadly, mold formed and died in 10 days. I called to ask for a replacement and they said no. She said She can't do anything for me. She can only give an advice. I won't buy any plant here from now on. They don't have much responsibility for the plants they sell.
