Monica Wu: It’s a long overdue post. I haven’t had my eyes examined for quite some time . I had a history of astigmatism before lasik surgery. Recently during the pandemic my line of work required loupes and a face shield . I was concerned that my eyesight was starting to change from those new safety precautions. Dr Kevin provided the most comprehensive exam I have ever experienced after years of eye exams in the past. He has a wonderful one on one approach with some providing educational information. Other optometrists are ready to sell you a pair of prescription glasses like used car salesmen. Dr Kevin has your eye health in mind and not pushy with his recommendations. Highly recommend !

Told him I was having issue with bifocals that could be used to stare at a computer screen all day and he worked with me to come up with a prescription that dealt with that, along with contacts that I could both use to read and also drive safely.

Dr. Mac listens to my concerns, answers all my questions and explains things that I am not understanding. I really appreciate that Dr. Dinh thoroughly explains your eye health in a way that is understandable, and has recommendations for ways to improve it. Alex is also great help if you're not sure what style of frames would be a great fit or look good on you. I love the last two frames of mine that she's helped me pick out, and I would have never thought to try them on myself. So waiting is pleasant.Customer service:Fantastic my appointment wasn't til 6pm I got there at 5:20pm and was all checked in within moments. The front desk staff is warm and inviting.The optometry staff is fantastic and funny. Definitely make the visit enjoyable. They are very open about their prices and are willing to work with you.Glasses selection:They definitely have a bunch of brands and a wide selection. I will admit they might not have what you want if you are picky... I am picky lol. Definitely worth a visit and I am very glad I get to use them again for all of my eye needs.

Not as big a frame selection as lense crafters or costco eye department, but Foresight left a better impression.
Betty Blacc: I went during Covid and their precaution is very clean. Receptionist is very welcoming which is hard to find and the doctors bedside manner is friendly and efficient. Their choices of glasses is ok. I think a good mix. I like a lot of wild styles and most of their stuff is safe with a sprinkle of flair. I did manage to find a pair of sunglasses so it’s not like I left empty handed. Services is wonderful but selection is mediocre
adrianna santillan: I have been a patient here for 3 or 4 years now, I honestly forget. My husband and 2 children also get seen here and we have always had great service. My son wears glasses and they have a large selection for him to choose from. His glasses are always ready within a week or so. I wear contacts and I always come in when I am out. He always reminds me if I find myself without some to contact him and he will help me out. He is always kind and patient. His front office staff always makes sure to give me rebates for my contacts and the paperwork I need to go with them. My husband & daughter don't need prescription eyewear so the staff helps them get sunglasses instead, covered by our insurance. I was recommended by a girlfriend who had super cute glasses on and I'm so glad I was.
Mireya Coronado: This review is for two different visits. One was for my annual eye exam in early September. The nice lady who is their new receptionist took the necessary safety precautions and let me inside the office. The doctor took probably less than 5 minutes then came to greet me. He went over the usual eye exam and asked me if I had any specific concerns I wanted to discuss. The doctor made his recommendation and I made my decision to get a new pair of glasses and a new pair of prescription sun glasses. I feel very comfortable coming to this eye doctor. I think he provides honest feedback and if the patient has a questions he takes time to explain in simple terms. I was very satisfied with my visit and the service I received.The second comment I want to make is regarding a second visit I made because I had questions about my sun glasses. I called a few days before I came to the clinic and was instructed to bring by the clinic and bring my glasses with me so they can see them and help me with my concern. I arrived and a younger woman came to the door. I told her I was there for my sun glasses, she asked for name and then went inside. She came out, took my temperature and told me to come in. The older woman came out and tried to help me with my concern. After taking my glasses to the back to inspect them, she came back to tell me it was normal but that if I wanted to they could send my glasses back to the lab.I appreciated the help and orientation I received regarding polarized glasses. I do want to mention that the younger woman could have better people skills and be nicer to their clients.

I decided to give it a try anyways and i loved it the service is great from the moment you walk thru the Door. The Doctor is amazing he made me feel confortable and guided me thru the whole process from the beginning. He even gave me a pair of prescription contacts to try while i got my glasses in. The prices are affordable and the whole process was super fast i received my glasses in a lil less than the 2 weeks. And got free trial colored contacts. Will be going back here any time i need to.

T P: I was looking for a place nearby to repair my daughter's glasses. I didn't have time to trek to Costco like i usually would've. I walked in and received a warm welcome from one staff member. She asked what I needed and I explained. She then handed my daughter's glasses off to another friendly staff member. He took a look at the glasses and said, "I think I can fix these." A few minutes later, mission accomplished. I asked him how much the repair cost and he said there wasn't any cost. I was amazed. Thanks so much for the fantastic service!

Vicki Rivera: This is the best place for an eye exam and for purchasing glasses. Dr. Gracie is wonderful. She took the time to explain in detail what each part of the exam was for. No other doctor I've been to has done that. Suzanne was great about helping me choose frames and lenses. This is really her area of expertise. She knew exactly what frames would look good on me. And finally the price for my exam and purchasing 2 pairs of glasses was less than when I went to a private practice and purchased one pair. And Target was not even in my insurance network. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Norman Chou: I went through the home try-on program and pick 2 frames out of 5 candidates. I then went to the store with my doctor's prescriptions for 2 pairs of glasses. In store, they only have one pair of frame that I wanted. The other pair they'll have to order for me. So, for this pair I used a different color frame for all the measurements. No problem there. I received both pairs of glasses just exactly as expected. I really like the home try-on program. It gave me a much relaxed pace to pick a frame out of hundreds in the online store. When I was in the Santana store, I was greeted by an older sales lady. She is not very keen on technology but very friendly and helpful. Other staff members in the store were very quick to help her with the technical issues. Overall, I was very happy to placed my orders through the lady. The end result is exactly as expected down by the book. I still have some questions that I need to go back to the store and ask. But that may be just because I'm a new progressive lenses user. BTW, WarbyParker don't do bifocals.

The supplier/provider did not honor the discount and the extra cost was passed on to them, which in turn would be passed on to me. They honored the mistake and the original price I had signed up for. So I received a year's supply of high powered contact lenses for a very small price, thanks to them. Thank you so much.

There really isn't that much and its expensive. I also learned there are no returns so we will be purchasing from somewhere cheaper. We couldn't return my spouse's pair after the frame was uncomfortable and even with insurance we spent quite a lot.Still, I highly recommend for the doctor!
