Sophia Nguyen: Before upgrading to our new home, our previous house was extremely old; the material looked cheap and everything was creaky, and clearly aged with stains that would not be removed. Furthermore, the floorplan and the interior designs of the house was lackluster as it did not fully expand on the potential of our lot. Overall, there was an obvious need to upgrade.We chose to work with Alliance Homes because of our close proximity to the office and because of Alliance’s expertise in our mobile park. We eventually worked with Alexander Ho because he could speak Vietnamese and because he has worked with other people in our park before.The entire process of working with Alexander Ho went pretty quickly and smoothly. We kept in contact over the phone and email, but found that the easiest and most efficient way was through text which really allowed us to be flexible with the communication. Customization was simple as Alexander went through the materials and blueprint with us. As an upgrade/trade-in expert, he was definitely helpful and knowledgeable in answering our many questions. He also knew many people in the field such as the construction team and had the resources to help us buy our home.The time from moving out and getting the house rolled in and ready was supposed to be the average which Alex mentioned in the beginning would be around 2-3 months. However, the Alliance team was able to finish the house within 6 weeks.
