Энхболд Ганболд: Nice home parking place. I have been living here for 3months now. So far, I haven’t encounter any issues with this place. Only thing, you might need to concern is parking. Parking spot is rare to find here, either park far from home or don’t own a car. Other than that, if you bike around the town. This place would the great choice for you.

Chateau La salle is well ran, safe and a great place if you want a mobile home and a good park. The area of town is not so great, but once you get inside the park itself it's pretty clean, safe and meet s the expectations of a modern mobile home dweller.

Black Cat Rants & Reviews (Review Kitty): Super huge mobile home park that if you are not careful, you'll end up driving around this place for hours trying to find the one entrance to exit from! I needed a map and I didn't have one. My phone was not with me or I could have used it to get out. Other than that, this is a beautiful mobile home park a nice place to visit residents at who are my friends. 😵🤓

Ronald Reagan: I've lived in this mobile home park for over 28 yrs and have loved it. Staff is very very professional. It is a very family oriented community I've seen young family move in as I did and they have had kids now their kids have kids. I raised two kids and they still live there and now one has kids. Has pool, jacuzzi, laundromat and park very beautiful.
Alex Chow (Alex Chow Homes): Located in a beautiful neighborhood of San Jose between highways 85 and 101, Magic Sands is a wonderful community that provides the benefits of suburban living in one of the best locations in the Bay Area. 🌴 The large community offers several amenities including a park with a barbecue area surrounded by maintained lawns and picnic tables, a relaxing pool and indoor jacuzzi, a club house with billiards tables, cafeteria and laundry room, and great laundry facilities. 👴 All age community. 🐶

Hana Van: There's so many stray cats here and there's no parking whatsoever. Other then that, it's a nice community.
