Arman Sheikholeslami: Great hospital, amazing staff!I was referred to the ER of the Good Samaritan Hospital and I immediately was processed very quickly and efficiently. They have a new system in place to check in the patients in the least amount of time possible, and I was amazed by their discipline, professionalism, and sympathy for the patients. Donald Ross: Just got home from being an in-patient of Good Samaritan. I want to shout out the excellent care I received from pre-registration, pre-surgery, surgery, recovery and my admission to the 6th floor. As a retired nurse myself, I can honestly say I received 5 Star care. Applause from me and my family, and a great big thank you to my teams at Good Samaritan, San Jose.

Kathy Easter: I would just like to say, I have never been taken care of so well, I came in for a reverse shoulder replacement everyone that was involved was so nice and comforting and caring you can tell they really cared I would and will recommend this hospital to anyone that needs to go to the hospital have major surgery done of course I had a wonderful orthopedic surgeon that would be Dr. Johti Moreli, she explained all the processes, the anesthesiologist was very good and explained everything, the food was excellent if I ate I can't remember I was under anesthesia but yeah you guys get a 5 plus Stars, thank you so much for your care
Po Shin Huang: Wife gave birth twice and one ER visit here. We always felt we were treated like a family. If necessary, will definitely use their services.
Lisa Bone: I do not reside in CA. Ended up in the ER here for medical treatment. From the time I walked through the door, they were kind and efficient. Everyone was fantastic from the triage area, to the providers, nurses, CT tech and transport team. I’m not sure how you’ve inspired this wonderful culture but your team is thriving! They even called when I forgot my reading glasses tangled in the sheets on the gurney. I wish I had written down everyone’s names so I could thank them each personally.

Alexus Flores: Today, my 6 year old son was seen at O’Connor ER. The doctors, nurses, and phlebotomists were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and felt safe in their care. They were very thorough with the tests they ran. When we finally came to what was causing my sons symptoms, I felt reassured and grateful to have such amazing medical staff by my side. Thank you specifically to Dr. Mark Penner & P.A. Maria D Garcia: I am 55 yrs lady with diabetic wound in my right feet,I went several time around hospital,doctors at my wound no body help me the way correct am need antibiotics infection growth in my leg feet...in emergency room I ask for mercy on compassion at me to the doctor attended me the day hi see me directly my situation and admitted me at this hospital O 'connor.i have7 days wit bottles atn antibiotics ,good assistant ,good nurses care team at nurse Tracy 2404 she is a good hospitality good heart action to me with 276 pounds she help me put me up medication all moment personal care exelent with monitoring me my pain. ,wound care , everything for now thanks to everybody God bless you guys and all Iin Connor hospital . Well Being: Busy, but great compassionate care from ER staff and Pharmacy. I think this place is highly underrated and has amazing capability to be a source of healing for our local communities. The trauma informed staff shows.

Veronica Anaya: I saw Dr. Campbell in the ER last night for increased oral bleeding due to a wisdom tooth extraction. Truly a great doctor all around. He ended my 4 agonizing days of oral bleeding with two injections and I was finally able to get a good night's sleep and eat breakfast, blood free. Thank you Dr. Campbell and all the staff that tended to me.

Nana Being: I really do recommend this spot. They were so nice so welcoming their step-by-step process of talking to someone really is sweet. They make you feel so welcomed and so comfortable to speak your mind plus they gave me a bunch of sonogram pictures of my baby which was so nice so some clinics only give you one picture.

Called in to see if I could get an ultrasound and it was a breeze, receptionist gave me great info and when I showed up for my appointment I was treated wonderfully by the first older lady I met when I went in and receptionist whose names I forgot! The services they provided exceeded my expectations. Nelly was so gentle, attentive and supportive. Lisa who did my ultrasound made me feel so comfortable and gave me good info and preggio pop drops. I felt supported throughout the visit. I got some few items for my little girl and myself. The atmosphere is very welcoming and calming at the same time. Very clean. Every staff member I came across was lovely. I will be coming back for optimal health sessions and more. The US pics were great, and brought us such joy. Thank you to your lovely receptionist. I left this place with a bag of resources and freebies. You guys rock!!!!
