Alexus Flores: Today, my 6 year old son was seen at O’Connor ER. The doctors, nurses, and phlebotomists were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and felt safe in their care. They were very thorough with the tests they ran. When we finally came to what was causing my sons symptoms, I felt reassured and grateful to have such amazing medical staff by my side. Thank you specifically to Dr. Mark Penner & P.A. They have a new system in place to check in the patients in the least amount of time possible, and I was amazed by their discipline, professionalism, and sympathy for the patients. Donald Ross: Just got home from being an in-patient of Good Samaritan. I want to shout out the excellent care I received from pre-registration, pre-surgery, surgery, recovery and my admission to the 6th floor. As a retired nurse myself, I can honestly say I received 5 Star care. Applause from me and my family, and a great big thank you to my teams at Good Samaritan, San Jose.

Kathy Easter: I would just like to say, I have never been taken care of so well, I came in for a reverse shoulder replacement everyone that was involved was so nice and comforting and caring you can tell they really cared I would and will recommend this hospital to anyone that needs to go to the hospital have major surgery done of course I had a wonderful orthopedic surgeon that would be Dr. Johti Moreli, she explained all the processes, the anesthesiologist was very good and explained everything, the food was excellent if I ate I can't remember I was under anesthesia but yeah you guys get a 5 plus Stars, thank you so much for your care

Lisa Bone: I do not reside in CA. Ended up in the ER here for medical treatment. From the time I walked through the door, they were kind and efficient. Everyone was fantastic from the triage area, to the providers, nurses, CT tech and transport team. I’m not sure how you’ve inspired this wonderful culture but your team is thriving! They even called when I forgot my reading glasses tangled in the sheets on the gurney. I wish I had written down everyone’s names so I could thank them each personally.

O V: I’m surprised and wasn’t what I was expecting. Visited my family member and was greeted nicely by the reception and the nurses were very nice. He came here from the Emergency room and we didn’t know what to expect. He is doing well and likes his treatment and food is very good. So far so good. Would recommend.
Kassel Weinstein: THIS IS STRICTLY FOR THE OUTPATIENT PROGRAMI was in SJBH hospital for 10 days before being walked directly to the outpatient program.At first I was hesitant about being there. I had been in other PHP/IOP programs that were less intensive and not as productive. I even told the group that I didn't see myself staying there long.What I found, however, was an incredible staff with empathetic leaders who guided us patients on a healing path to discover our true selves. The staff provided thoughtful and intriguing resources that challenged our thought patterns and behaviors that were sometimes maladaptive to society, or at least self-detrimental. They helped me appreciate myself and my abilities more. They taught me practical coping skills, how to have radical acceptance, relaxation techniques, Tolerance, patience, and so much more.The patients were so incredibly supportive. They were genuine and welcomed me as part of their group. They supported me and helped be the surrogate ego that I needed as I built my own.The entire experience was incredible and invaluable. I have come away with so much more insight and have experienced extreme personal growth. Today was my last day, I graduated from the program! The entire program was extremely happy and supportive of me, and told me that if I need them, I am welcome to return. I am grateful for the patients, the staff, the program, and all of the incredible support I received. THANK YOU SJBH PHP AND PATIENTS!!

Well Being: Busy, but great compassionate care from ER staff and Pharmacy. I think this place is highly underrated and has amazing capability to be a source of healing for our local communities. The trauma informed staff shows.

Veronica Anaya: I saw Dr. Campbell in the ER last night for increased oral bleeding due to a wisdom tooth extraction. Truly a great doctor all around. He ended my 4 agonizing days of oral bleeding with two injections and I was finally able to get a good night's sleep and eat breakfast, blood free. Thank you Dr. Campbell and all the staff that tended to me.

Thien An: I have nothing but best words for KP ER at this location. I went in with my husband Wednesday night. From initial contact nurses, to nurses that run tests, the X-ray technician, to the physician that looked over my husband Covid test results were so professional. I had been at another location for my parents emergencies, this one is way much better.The pharmacy in building 4, needs to be reviewed. I waited an hour. They declined to sell me the drug. When I got home, they call me to come in to pick up the drug again. I came in again, just to be turned away again.
Unknown Unknown: Wow have to give these people 5 stars, for hard work and polite and understanding. Even though it was a busy night. I was able to be seen. I would definitely come to this place again.
Cheyenne Spano: I have had a kidney stent and a large kidney stone for the past 3 months, due to another hospital’s neglect. I am so happy I switched to Kaiser. I came into the emergency department with flank pain from my stent and I was unable to walk. I was able to sit in a wheelchair and be wheeled to registration who quickly and kindly checked me in. I was in a room within 20 minutes of my arrival. That’s unusual for an ER at midnight, unusual but fantastic! The nurses and doctors were all incredibly kind and understanding. I was in the know about exactly what the plan was and what we were waiting for the whole time. I was given medication in a timely manner, and the nurse who put in the IV was incredibly gentle. I was in and out within 2.5 hours, with a follow up plan. This is an amazing emergency department with kind and dedicated staff. If I ever need to go to the emergency room again, I will be coming here.

Brandon Woods: We came in shortly after 3:30pm on a Tuesday, and it wasn't very busy. I felt for the amount of people there, we were attended to in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions, after explaining what was going on. I was surprised at the amount of people not wearing a mask... It's a hospital people, it's where sick people congregate, think about it!Over-all a very positive experience for the issue at hand. Thank you!

James Saunders: I was hit by a car. The doctors and staff were very caring and thoughtful of my pain and needs. It all went well except the police and security stationed right there, where you explain what happened. They wanted to go thru my entire belongings/backpack. They "volunteered" to hold my backpack, and oh yeah, a utility knife/pocket knife are not allowed. Which is ok. But please remind me or inform me to take my pocket knife back. I have to ride five miles now to hopefully get my $30 pocketknife back. tbc ...
Kathy Nguyen: I felt like everyone I met there actually care and wanted to help me and they did, the staffs are amazing, I came in not knowing what was happening to my body, felt really hopeless cause I went to EC in downtown earlier and they just gave me tylenol and told me to go home. But they were able to diagnosed my diseases and treated me immediately, I left knowing what sickness I'm dealing with and pills to help me heal. I trust them with my life.

Rajeev: Compared to many other ERs in San Jose, I must say I had the best experience at the RMC ER. I was admitted around 7 am for shortness of breath and respiratory illness, and got my paperwork, X-ray and vitals done within 1/2 an hour. My Physician was great to check me right away after that, and got me on meds and was discharged around 9+ am. The waiting time is short compared to many other ERs. Thank you!
Main: Wow, By far the best experience ive had in a bay area hospital. BY FAR. All of the doctors and nurses were in good moods, smiling, happy. The doctors were professional, intelligent and happy to spend time with you. Even the billing guy, and the girl up front that signs you in…were absolutely lovely people. 10/10 thank you for helping the community….Kaiser should come here for lessons

Local Legend: Once called back to see the ER doctors they took great care of me and were very attentive and explained everything well. I was in for a “routine” paracentesis for my liver cirrhosis that I’ve had done half a dozen times this past year now. They tested my fluids and noticed some bacteria and immediately sent a culture off before I was even informed of the bacteria infection. Which was good to hear on their part to get to it immediately. They decided it was best to keep me overnight to evaluate and get on an antibiotic while they waited on the culture and tests from my fluids. I spent the next 5 days in their care.
Christopher Lewis: Well run facility with caring people who are truly trying to help everyone. It is a county agency so of course things get a little crazy with the clientele in the amount of people. Overall it is very well run with kind professional people trying to do the best they can. The staff and medical staff are competent and professional.
