T Marlowe: I called Sunstate Equipment to see if they could transport my dead forklift and/or if they had a forklift charger. Although they couldn't accommodate my needs, Tresa, the representative, made several good suggestions. She was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She was the most informative person I talked to out of all the various businesses I contacted. Great job, Tresa! A+ customer service skills.

The Pape and Bobcat split.I called bobcat nearby about getting my tractor in for repairBobcat informed me I needed a Credit line or down payment before they would take it inThankfully Pape said they would take it in the shop for no depositand or credit lineThey also had an amazing mechanic that was expert on Bobcat machines Thank you pape
