Michelle Galgoci: My teenage son asked A Tool Shed Equipment Rentals in Santa Clara for a discount on his Eagle Scout project for Deer Hollow Farm. They were genuinely helpful and interested in my son and his project; they offered him a two-person gas post-hole auger to use entirely free for a weekend. Digging 2-foot holes for eight fence posts with the auger helped the project move much faster than having young Scouts hand-digging. We couldn't have gotten better service or had a better experience. Brian gave me his email and asked me to send him additional photos and information about the engine needing the parts. Brian methodically followed-up through several emails until he found multiple options for purchasing the parts. The customer service at Gardenland is what sets them apart from all the rest. I have shopped at Gardenland for 25 years and employees like Brian and his attitude toward helping the customer is what makes me want to shop there again and again.
