It's clear the people working here are trying to serve the public, and they usually do a good job. Big municipal governments are never perfect but San Jose does a really good job with the resources they have and I haven't had any appreciably bad experiences with them over the years! Thanks San Jose staff for being such good public servants. PS please annex Campbell, our local government is terrible!EDIT: not very happy with the Saratoga Ave project between Westgate and Williams Road; reached out their traffic people and got no response after 3 weeks so far. Minus 1 star, 4's still pretty good though...
