Through the years, if we had a question or needed help, we have primarily talked to Josh. He went way beyond the call of duty when we had problems with a windshield replacement on our car. Kawi Bunga: Great customer service and knowledgable staff. Pricing is comparable to other reputable insurance companies. Only 4 instead of 5 stars because for automatic payments, whatever banking or payment processing system they use, the payment is not paid through the bank on the day payment is due. For those of us that aren't good at budgeting, that poses a problem. Your auto policy will show paid on the date payment is made, however, the bank doesn't deduct the amount for about 3 days. I know it's not my bank because the previous insurance carrier we used deducted the payment from my account on the date the auto payment was processed. Other than that, definitely recommend. David Tofig is nice and easy to work with.
