Natsume Shiihara: I love the bento lunches from Shalala Deli inside Fugetsu Market.In particular, the "Shalala Deluxe Bento" recommended by Shalala Deli's manager, Nobu Iwahashi, contains seasoned chicken and fried shrimp, and the salmon with white sauce on the side was delicious even for me, who doesn't like salmon.If you run out of ingredients and only rice is left, it's a good idea to eat it with the vegetables on the side.

Jaime Felix: This shop has everything here. When you think of Japanese food, they got it allâ sushi, Kushikatsu, bento, and matcha soft serve. They just started matcha soft serve here and it was so delicious. If I lived closer, I would seriously come everyday. They give large portions like it should be for your hard earned money. Get your bang for your buck here!The dons that my family and I ordered were so delicious. The flavors take me back to Japan.Fugetsu is an Osaka-born global chain that specializes in okonomiyaki. However this shop along with Shalala deli is a special place in Strawberry Park.Quick grab and go meal for lunch, dinner or a meal for the next day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Weston Choi: Kizuna was reopened recently and we visited it today. It looks the owner has changed and menu was expanded with sushi roll. We tried Katsu curry and spider dragon roll. Itâs fantastic and I love roll here. Curry isnât same as previous menu but still very good. Service was great and staffs were very friendly. I will come again. I missed a sushi on this place before and now it offers sushi menu. Itâs worth trying them out.
Stephen Chan: Seems like new ownership/menu as of May 2024.Menu is no longer as unique as before, no longer has my favorite items like Kakiage. Pretty standard Sushi/Bento menu now, not very different from other nearby options.Food was good, but no standout like before. Service was fast and polite.

Hanoch Raviv: Went there yesterday to celebrate birthday. We focused mainly on the Sushi rolls which was viewed on the table menu under the glass. Service was great. What I miss is some Japanese music to provide authentic atmosphere.Parking: it is a mall so you can park almost everywhere

Rosalie: Iâve been coming here for years, this place has consistent quality, service and atmosphere. Miso soup is always delicious. I tried the Kelvinator role this time and it was delicious, very substantial role and great mix of salmon, eel, spicy tuna and crab, and jalapeño. Reduced one star mainly for price, roll was $20.25 on its own. That, plus the miso soup, put it more in the $30-35 range once you include tax and tip.
alynda her: My husband and I ordered the Yuri special plate for two and added a fire crunch roll just in case if it wasn't enough for two people. When the food came out it was more than enough, we ended up taking some leftovers home. I recommend trying the Yuri plate for two if it's your first time and just want to try an assortment of food. However, the rolls were the highlight of our meal and we're definitely going back to try out the other rolls. A little pricey, but the generous portions do make up for it.
Duong Truong: We ordered the sashimi platter, the fried vegetables for appetizer and the rocknroll roll sushi for dinner. Everything was so fresh and delicious. For the sashimi platter, we asked to only have the tuna and the salmon. Both were good. However, the salmon was like butter, yum.The dinner also came with the salad and miso soup. Both dishes were worth mentioning as well. The salad dressing was perfect and the miso soup was perfectly cooked.Highly recommended!

Marwan Mezher: âïžâïžâïžâïžâïžSushi Koya never disappoints! We arrived right when they reopened at 5:00 pm and were the first ones there. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was amazing as usual. I absolutely love their Honeymoon Rolls â the mango is always fresh, unlike many other sushi places. Their signature Battleship is simply delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch sushi!

Brian Brooks: Best place in South Bay for sushi. We have tried them all.... Nothing stands close. Who else gives you all this sushi, drinks, appetizer, soups, and is less than $100? Only the amazing Sushi Koya. Try anything on their menu, it's amazing. The bento boxes have sushi themes. The "boat" is served on a white plate so it doesn't look as expensive as the place down the road... Because this place is the place to eat good sushi for cheap. We love it!!! Tell Kim we said hi and ask for the special cheesecake dessert with green tea ice cream...

Deven Olds: Food was truly incredible, and I couldn't have asked for better service. From order to table in 15 minutes tops and we ordered a large amount of food. Servers were polite, accomodating and had great attitudes. The best Takoyaki I've had.Seating is limited and it's a tight izakaya, large groups may have issues with seating.

Vishal Kasliwal: Excellent sushi!!! We're vegetarian, and while there were few options, the ones available were excellent. In particular, the Yukatan Roll is to die for!! If they expanded the veggies selection, this would become one of the most awesome sushi options in the Bay...Vegetarian options: The options are few, but they are excellent! The Yukatan Roll is dangerously good - try this one at your own peril because it is addictively good. It has just become my favorite roll...

I was here on Valentineâs Day with my girlfriend and we made a request for one roll to be made different and they completely changed the whole order. I always order a ton of rolls when coming here and theyâre always fresh and full of flavor!Update!Iâve been coming here for a couple years now the service is always great and the stuff are pretty awesome. The prices are a little high, but I feel like if they lower the prices this place for sure deserves five stars. The sushi is top quality here, but it seems like they recently raise their prices even more which in my opinion definitely wasnât needed. The inside of the place has great ambience. Sarah Shaikh: Ordered the Big Smile roll and the salmon Maki on Uber eats. Overall rolls were good. Fish quality was good, not too much rice, and the rolls were rolled neatly. Order came with ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. However, they did forget my chopsticks and since this is a delivery order, they should be providing the utensils. Prices were normal for a sushi restaurant in this area. Selfishly, I do wish they were more salmon rolls on the menu.Overall, solid sushi , they have a huge menu with lots of variety: sushi, noodles, bento box etc â would come again in person and would order delivery again with them!

JM Wu: This is a restaurant that I think is delicious in the United States!Itâs cheap and has a large portion, and it also comes with hot tea and a small bowl of lettuce salad before meals!Every dish is delicious and cooked to perfection!There are a lot of portions and you can feel quite full!The key point is that itâs not very expensive, and youâll be free to fill in the tip later. Theyâre currently doing takeout only, but the lovely couple took pity on me for needing to bike back to my office with a bag of ramen so they let me eat inside.This place seems to be missing the office lunch crowd, and is surprisingly quiet for the quality of food. Would recommend anyone check this out since itâs pretty good ramen for the price.Will definitely be coming again!

Christine Hou: The curry flavor is so good and addictive here. It can be a bit slow sometimes esp if full house but the food and flavor more than make up for it. Take out option also super good. Their tonkatsu is best Iâve had in the bay and is tender and not dry. Their tofu, spinach and mushroom curry is so good. And the chicken with mushroom and spinach. The staff are all super friendly and my kids also really enjoy it here! They love their miso soup and Ebi fry. Karaage is also super good. Iâm going to make an effort to try everything on the menu đ€Ł Iâve yet to find something I donât like! But I keep going back to my favs
