Viktor Mikhailov inspected our house which we bought recently in December of 2021. Viktor is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. Viktor was honest and forthright, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable. I have never seen such detailed Inspection Report as Viktor provided to us after inspection was completed. It was accompanied with many pictures, comments and recommendations. Viktor inspected even very hard reachable places in the house. We bought a house with a crawlspace. This particular crawlspace has very limited access to some spots. Anyway, it is very important to know foundation condition for any house located in the area. Viktor explored every single inch of the crawlspace. Viktor did excellent job. His report helped us a lot!

Lou was awesome! He went over everything he was able to get a look at, and explained very clearly what he could and could not do. He went over everything listed in the report in layman’s terms, and we were able to understand everything in the report (which we received the same day!). He reiterated more than once to call him should we have any further questions, but honestly, he was so thorough during the walk-through that we didn’t have any! Highly recommended!
