I trust my own intuition along with the preferences and inclinations of my client to tell us what each therapy session should look like. This spontaneity combined with sensitivity makes my work kind, swift, exciting, and enlivening.

In my practice, I currently work only with individual adults, though I have extensive experience treating children, teens, and couples. I have been practicing counseling and psychotherapy in various capacities for more than 23 years. In addition to my private practice, I have taught college-level psychology classes for many years. I am also a trained Reiki master.

I was awarded my Doctorate of Psychology and completed my dissertation on treatment for Panic Disorder using cognitive-behavioral techniques.
