It's very lucky for us to get a promotion of 50% off, the mattress is firm enough to hold his back and the pain is gradually reduced. The staff is also very friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for high quality products and excellent customer services.

Nhung Bui: I bought a Serta mattress from City Sleep Furniture and I'm delighted with the experience. As a light sleeper who sleeps hot and needs minimal motion transfer, their knowledgeable staff recommended the perfect mattress for me. The Serta's cooling feature and firmness have improved my sleep quality significantly. They also have a price matching policy, though I couldn't find any place that sell the same mattress for a cheaper price at that moment.

A kind gentleman named Suleiman greeted me at the door and helped me from start to finish. I usually am a quick shopper but I stayed in this store for about 2 hrs and even came back to alter an order I had! Suleiman never complained and was always eager to help. I was exploring their website while sitting in their store for an hour and had personalized help the entire time, even down to details like measuring the height of an ottoman in relationship to where I naturally would put my legs up to rest.Tl:dr - an absolute gem of a spot, with great people working here, great quality products, for an outstandingly reasonable price. Owner even let me use his laptop to browse speciality items.

Kristine Mendes: Five years ago, I spent months looking for the perfect couch, and I found it at BoConcept. In those 5 years, every guest has made a comment about it: how sleek it is yet comfortable, followed by "what brand is this?" The couch has held up remarkably well over time with heavy use.Recently, movers lost one of the feet. I reached out to BoConcept and they gave me outstanding customer service by scouring their warehouses internationally to find a part for my discontinued couch. They gave me updates at every step of the way and when I arrived in store to pick up the part, they were friendly and knew exactly what I needed. When I got home and opened the box, I noticed that they even gave me spares. They'll be my first stop for new furniture in the future.
