Tom Bigley: Tap Plastics does offer a variety of products and services. The staff offered helpful suggestions and options for a small project and, because it was small, even made the part while I waited.

Jacki Cardoso: This place is the shining example of great customer service and old school craftsmanship!!! We had a very special sized signed bottle of champagne that needed a nice case. I called in the morning snd the gentleman on the phone assured me that they can do a custom case for my needs. When I brought my item in later in the day, David came out and helped me with my item. He took the proper measurements and made recommendations on what materials to use to make it look great. They were very helpful and nice and the job was finished even earlier then they had promised…we are lucky to have this location in Fremont and the folks in the shop are wonderful to deal with! Bring all your custom needs, they will take great care of you!

JS 2K: Mike is excellent! These were the best prices on Homelegance furniture out of 9 other stores we looked at! Originally, we wanted a couch that wasn't in the showroom, but Mike was able to order it for us and saved us $400! His delivery team is excellent and got it to us and assembled in a week. Highly recommend checking them out!

ChinHobbyToys (ChinHobbyToys): I recently bought a recliner leather sofa set, dining table, and sliding double twin bed and mattress from them.. mike was the one whi helped us and showed us their small display.. mike was very professional and friendly he even offered us a synthetic leather version of the recliner sofa that we were eyeing for a cheaper price.. but we went ahead the leather and expensive one.. mike gave us bundle discount and the delivery was on time. They even assembled it. Randy, mike's son and one of their employee was very nice and took csre of the assembly...We will surely recommend this place and we will surely come back if we need more furnitures...Just FYI. You have to throw the boxes by yourself. I really dont mind since they deliver all three for FREE..Mike and randy thank you.

It literally was "all hands on board," making it happen.This was one of, if not the best, shopping experiences I have ever had.I personally want to thank Mary and Megan. I also wanted to acknowledge how so many employees just said, "Hello."I shall return to use the free designer services because of how well I was treated.Since I have been involved in retail work for decades, I must admit I was surprised how meticulously well stocked the entire store appeared.
