Jenny Trang: . Since I haven't driven at all for years, I was incredibly nervous with driving and wanted a safe environment to learn. Katie was very experienced. She knew when to hit the breaks on her end, knew when to advise me on what to do, and knew when to even adjust my wheel while I was driving. She did it all in such a calm manner and never made me feel bad for my driving skills. She encouraged me and gave me confidence in myself even though I felt like a very bad driver.After 5 lessons with Katie, I had the confidence to take the wheel, practice on my own, and even chitchat while driving! Not only that, Katie made the lessons very enjoyable! I looked forward to our lessons just so that I could catch up with her :

Sri Shaila: I had a great experience with this driving schools. The registrations and scheduling for the classes is easy. I had some classes with Wassim, Tim and Yolanda. The instructors were patient and and gave me suggestions on how to improve. Yolanda was very understanding and was able to pinpoint my errors gave me great tips and helped me to pass my test.

Waasim was great teacher and critically tells the improvement along with theory and practicals of driving, would recommend lessons from him if someone is complete beginner like me. Luis Alejandro Santos: When I started my first driving lesson I didn't know how to drive. However, I had a great experience driving with the instructor Yolanda. She is very kind, calm, teaches you each driving technique in specific detail as it appears in the description of the A-Z Driving school and corrects your mistakes. Now I feel safer behind the wheel and confident when driving. Just a warning for those students who don't like to follow instructions and think they know everything, follow the instructions of what Yolanda or any A-Z Driving School instructor asks you to do, don't be fooled by what your inner ear tells you. that can cause an accident. Because it happened to me that I thought I was doing something good when it really wasn't. I greatly appreciate the services of this school and I recommend to the Latino community of San José, CA that if you need to learn to drive or practice before taking the DMV exam, hire them.

Anjana Ramesh: I highly recommend Advantage Driving School. Although I already knew how to drive, I needed to familiarize myself with driving rules in the US. Jeff and Amardeep were brilliant instructors, effectively teaching me these rules. The ADS team was also very helpful with rescheduling and payment issues; just give them a call. Thanks to Amardeep and Jeff, I passed my test on the first attempt.

Mai Yang: This is edited from my previous review and I want to comment that ADS team has done an exceptional job at taking care of their customers. Their online booking system is kinda tricky and caused overcharge. My plan was to call them in the morning but they reached me first and was able to resolve my concern with no issue or difficulty. This will be my second time booking through them and they've made it a great experience. I highly recommend them for your child BTW driving. Keep up the good work guys.

It was affordable, offered the free online portion when we signed up for the three behind the wheel lessons and the instructors were great. My daughter had a couple lessons with Gilberto M. and a lesson with Leisa H. We plan on buying more lessons from this school. Just make sure to schedule as many months in advance as you can, since they do get booked out fast!

I always had anxiety about driving- so I really needed a patient and calm instructor.Thomas is perfect! He knows exactly how and when to introduce more challenging situations. During the classes he is patient and calmly corrects you when you make a mistake- while making adjustments to ensure safety. He focuses on developing good driving habits- not just focused on the test.Overall, I would highly recommend Thomas!

He will cover everything you will need to know for the road test.The only negative things is they will not pick you up from and drop you off to your desired location like many other driving schools. However, because of their great price, I didn't mind going to them.

Michael Tran: . The instructors are stern but they give you all the training and tools you need in order to pass your DMV skills and road test. They are flexible and work with your schedule within their operating hours. I highly recommend this school over the many others I've heard about in the area because of their quality instruction and hands on training. I had not driven manual transmission in a VERY long time and had never double clutched before, but thanks to Daniel and Tony's training I was able to get it down in no time. I was able to pass my DMV inspection, skills test, and road test without a problem. Big plus is that this school guarantees you your license if you put in the time and work. They also work with you on payment plans for the tuition. Coast to Coast trucking school will be my one and only recommendation for any one that is interested in obtaining a commercial driver's license.

I'm also a foreigner so maybe it's because of me. Other than that, it's really good. I got 1 hour training before test. They picked me up for the training, accompanied me to the test, after that drop me off at my place. A little more than a hundred bucks. REALLY RECOMMENDING

Steve Masler: Both of my daughters went through Maxwell’s school. They are both good drivers but I couldn’t tell you if it was what they taught them or what we taught them. Great safe cars for the lessons.
Amanda Day: Well I am glad they offer something like this for insurance discount purposes but this is not a quick process. We started in August with the 4 day class, did 8 one hr driving lessons but it was hard to find available times after school and on weekends. I am sure the number of lesson times to teacher ratio was lacking but just wasnt expecting to start Aug 5th and finish Oct 25th with last lesson. Overall, if your patient, everyone was nice and process was easy but it took a lot longer for my daughter to get her license than anticipated. S Chin: My adult son just passed his driving road test yesterday. I've booked my son for 6 hours adult driving lessons with instructors Leroy and Forrest. In addition, my son took a 2 hour "Pre-Test Preparedness Course” with Instructor Forrest and she really boosted his confidence. The Bay Area Driving Academy's 5-CORE COMPETENCIES Assessment was really helpful for my son to know what he needs to work on his own time. Both instructors Leroy and Forrest were patient, friendly and knowledgeable about relaying safe driving and road tips to my son. I also want to give a shout out to Jenny at the office for being efficient on rescheduling us when things didn't work out as planned. I highly recommend learning with Bay Area Driving Academy.
Alyssa G: Took four lessons with Scott and passed the road test using their car! Scott is a patient and supportive instructor who explains things very clearly and is very fun to talk to! The post-lesson review email they send out is also super helpful in reminding me what I learned and what I need to improve in.
