Alicia Strickland: It was SO difficult to reach anyone about an appointment I needed to reschedule. I left message after message, but no one ever called me back.But the 800-number operator put me through to the branch manager's direct line, and I was able to talk to him and get an appointment change.After that, I went to my appointment and was seen almost right away. It was a notary appointment, and the branch manager handled it himself. Quickly and efficiently. Then I had a quick deposit, and I was off.Visits at Provident are usually quick with no hassle. The only issue I had this time was in trying to reach someone over the phone.

Sam Behnam: Patelco has been amazing and this branch in particular is one of the best.Yaveth has been helping me with a membership and he went above and beyond to address all of the issues. Although I didn't realize at the time, he had to postpone his lunch break because the process took a long time. Robert who is the branch manager is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. While waiting I also observed that the other staffs are very helpful to all the clients that coming in the branch. I definitely recommend patelco and this particular branch.

I know that their branch closed at 6pm and my appointment was at 5:30pm. I process took bit longer then I thought. But Robert was very patient. He actually stayed to 6:50pm, way after their closing hours. I decided to go with Patelco Passage Rewards World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card.Was approved. Idrivecarsinc: One of the best branches of KEY POINT CREDIT UNION, walked in for a personal loan and less than 15 Minutes it was approved and the money was deposited to my account. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, This is one and only branch which has best staff right from the Bank Manager Ms. Gina and others Jazlyn, Daphne, Mario they are the best of the best. you do not get this service in any other branch. Thank you Gina and Jazlyn for taking care of me in such a short time and getting me the loan. Keep up the good work. I hope Cupertino Branch would get some training from Ms. Gina how to improve the customer service. I live in sunnyvale but drove all the way to this Branch.
