Alicia Strickland: It was SO difficult to reach anyone about an appointment I needed to reschedule. I left message after message, but no one ever called me back.But the 800-number operator put me through to the branch manager's direct line, and I was able to talk to him and get an appointment change.After that, I went to my appointment and was seen almost right away. It was a notary appointment, and the branch manager handled it himself. Quickly and efficiently. Then I had a quick deposit, and I was off.Visits at Provident are usually quick with no hassle. The only issue I had this time was in trying to reach someone over the phone.

Sam Behnam: Patelco has been amazing and this branch in particular is one of the best.Yaveth has been helping me with a membership and he went above and beyond to address all of the issues. Although I didn't realize at the time, he had to postpone his lunch break because the process took a long time. Robert who is the branch manager is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. While waiting I also observed that the other staffs are very helpful to all the clients that coming in the branch. I definitely recommend patelco and this particular branch.

I know that their branch closed at 6pm and my appointment was at 5:30pm. I process took bit longer then I thought. But Robert was very patient. He actually stayed to 6:50pm, way after their closing hours. I decided to go with Patelco Passage Rewards World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card.Was approved.
