Yuki Amarone: I was staying at the San Jose Marriott Hotel and decided to have a drink with a colleague at a nearby bar. After walking around and looking around, I found this bar and entered. Although the lighting was quite dim, I found a sofa and sat down.After 3 minutes, no one came to take my order, so I realized I had to order by myself at the counter. I decided to order an original cocktail, and my colleague ordered and paid for it. The bourbon and whiskey based cocktails were delicious.The music was so loud that I couldn't hear my coworkers talking. This was more of a club than a bar. If you want to enjoy conversation with colleagues while drinking alcohol, this may not be the place for you.Kid-friendliness: Students are prohibited from entering.
Nowadays Music: Listennnn!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if u are from Europe zone and u are looking for rave this is the best place for raving in San Jose area. U gonna like music after 11pm for sure. DJ plays melodic techno music and atmosphere is good as well !!! If u are between this bar/club and pure nightclub this is better option if there is no good event in pure nightclub.

Rick Schuler: was so kind and went above and beyond. We were trying to grab one quick drink before our kiddo’s bed time and he quickly got us seated and got our orders taken and drinks out fast. The drinks were classic tiki cocktails, boozy but balanced, hitting all the right notes: sweet, sour, and bitter. Didn’t have time to try the food, but will definitely be back next time we’re in San Jose.Kid-friendliness: We grabbed a quick drink during happy hour on a weekday with our 9 month old. The host was super friendly with our baby, and sat us in a booth so we could have plenty of space with some privacy.

Josie Guerra: Jack's is a mood. Chill But lively. The atmosphere goes with the crowd. Drinks are good and they are affiliated with jtown pizza, so food options are great. I've always had a pleasant experience here.This is a regular place I meet up with my friends to have a guarantee good night out.

Jesus Vasquez: It's been at least 10 years since I'd visited Jack's, so I popped in real quick because I was in the area. I ordered a couple of beers and a whiskey from Monica the bartender and I must admit this place looks better than before with the remodeling and outdoor patio. It was how I like a bar to be, dimly lit, sports on Tv's and music playing. I would definitely stop by again when I get a chance.

Alison Jenkins: I’m so impressed! I came in on a Tuesday night looking for dinner and a good drink. There were two bartenders, and both were amazing. I started with a margarita made with Forteleza Añejo. The bartender used great, fresh ingredients – so good. The other bartender made a Naked and Famous. I mentioned that I don’t like a super smoky mezcal, and the drinj he made me was perfectly balanced. I ordered the beef stew – so good! I can’t wait to go back!

Britany Tadesse: Really great oak cabinetry around the bar. You can tell it's very old school and not like antique to where it's noticeably older. Whoever is the one that keeps up with the bar and keeping the wood and great shape is amazing. I really like that place. Customer service is awesome. Bartenders are awesome, very quaint place to kind of chill and relax on a date
Six O'Nine: , so the Cash Only branding has a triple meaning. I always say that the best, most comfortable and welcoming bars are owned/operated by genuinely good people and you can tell by the "vibe"

Simple but very refreshing!Wheelchair accessibility: Both front doors open wide and their is seating that could easily accommodate a wheel chair. Also a strait path to the restroom. Although passing through the actual bar area would be a bit tight when busy. But doable

Roscoe McNees: A friend and I came in for a few drinks and ended up sitting at the bar. We started off with cocktails off of their menu. The bartender that was serving us asked if we wanted something else off the menu or if we would like to try something of her making off menu. She walked through our taste and flavor preferences and ended up making us each different cocktails. I couldn’t be more happy with the drinks we ordered and the ones she made us. I would highly recommend coming here and would definitely come in next time I’m in the area.
Mehrnoosh Kh: Hidden gem in downtown San jose. It is an absolutely amazing cocktail bar. It is an underground place and has exotic drinks. A couple of tips: they don't have food, just some nuts as snacks, and they check every single person ID.Vegetarian options: They don't serve food.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility.

It’s Me P: Step into this cool old saloon styled gem in downtown San Jose. The bartenders are true alchemists, concocting drinks that taste like liquid history with a modern twist. Most Friday nights the scene is combined with live tunes setting the mood. Plenty of seating, even a cool nook with couches at the front. Great collection of alcohol on the back wall and experiences bar tenders aim to please with whatever your tastebuds desire. Great place to stop for a quick drink on your night out. 4 out of 5 stars - just because I think they should have more restrooms for a bar this size.

Games were reasonably priced too - 50 cents for a round on Donkey Kong which was awesome!Drinks were fantastic - loved the retro options - I mean who doesn't want a drink with Tang in it? My husband drank the Smoking Section and I tried the Tea-1000 and the Holographic Charizard.Plus the food was great. We ordered the Cowabunga pizza and Pulled Pork Sliders. The pizza had just the right amount of spice and the sliders were very tasty. Bar staff were friendly and quick!
