Eddie Valadez: The Ace Glass Company is located on 11th and Harrison St which is next to Costco. The shop is mainly used for stock and parking of company vehicles. If you need to speak with the owner, this would be the place to visit. Otherwise, the estimators may need to visit your home or business for an accurate scope of work. In hindsight, this Glass shop is the best in the area.

Gerald Knapp 1985: Had a sunroof drainage issue in my 2008 Lexus RX causing passenger carpet flooring to flood in the front and back seat area. For those of you with this car, accessing the drain and repairing it can be really tough bc of the drain location. Express Auto Glass was able to creatively redirect the drain so that it would no longer cause flooding....and they did so at a very, very reasonable price! I couldn't happier with the service. Highly Recommended. This review was also left on yelp. Not a bot.

Allen Tam: is an OEM glass manufacturer and has supplied OEM glass to manufacturers since 2018 or so. Since this was an OEM/OEE glass brand, I decided to move forward with Best Service Auto Glass for the replacement.The installer was very prompt and came to our house for the installation. The installation took maybe about 75 minutes before he was done. After the installation was complete, I noticed the brand of glass they installed was from Benson. And again for those who don't know, Benson is a more generic brand of glass and does not supply to glass to OEMs or any current auto manufacturer. This was definitely an aftermarket brand and wasn't what was promised on the phone.I got on a call with the manager at Best Service Auto Glass and they scheduled another glass installation due to this mistake. They came out 2 weeks later and installed a Fuyao glass. The installation was quick again and completed in under 75 minutes.For those who care about the brand they're getting when it comes to glass replacement, I hope my experience here helps you with your decision with Best Service Auto Glass. I personally take comfort from having a brand of glass that's more well known and supplies directly to car manufacturers vs unknown brands. That being said, Safelite also offers both Fuyao and Benson too.For those who don't care, Best Service Auto Glass provides great customer service, prompt and at-your-door service.

He did a solid job of not only replacing the glasses but went above and beyond to clean things up nicely. Even sweeping the road to remove any glass shards. Other places didn’t have availability but when I called this place they had a slot within 1.5 hours and they came to my apartment on time and replaced the window in about 35-40 minutes, vacuumed all the glass and made sure my trunk would still close. It was a very pleasant hassle free experience. It’s what you need when you’ve been violated by a perp. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if this happens again, I know who to call.

I ran across California Auto Glass, and they had a used window. $210 out the door, which includes installation and tax. There was nothing wrong with the window. It was just taken off another infiniti that was at a junk yard. I'm ok with that. I live in SF, so I will continue to go to them for help. I'm sure this won't be my last broken window.

Rodent Exclusion: This place is great! I dont like calling them because that just means somebody broke into my vehicle and stole my tools again in the city of sf. One day im going to set a trap in tbe vehicle and make sure they get caught... expenses expenses. Almost feels like it would cost an arm or a leg to park anywhere...i mean a window and seeing shattered glass all over the empty seats.... can you imagine just to buy a drink at walgreens or to use the bathroom at a fancy 5.star hotel... you have a possible chance of getting a ticket or robbed? Or both... possibly from the same person xD if anyone sees a small golfcart sized vehicle with heavh tool boxes tipping the front wheels up.... plz stop them from selling them for drugs!!! I bought those on black friday... aint no good deals until next year comes.. :(

James Baker: As it goes, someone in Oakland with little remorse from theft or property damage smashed out my rear window on Ford Edge and stole a decent amount hidden items. As angry as I was the first 10 minutes I came to acceptance and forgiveness. I'll trust and allow the forces of the immediate aspects of the cosmos to return the favor to my thief- and to do is on better ways than I can. And as careful as I always am, nothing is safe in Oakland. Well that's how I felt. Turns out that area was being cased and thinking no one is looking, well in Oakland where I was they obviously do.Ty at Super Auto was honestly, super. I called my USAA insurance the rep and Ty handled most of it. The next day Thomas arrive on time to the appoint in front of my apartment and had a perfect new rear window in in less than an hour and hhe cleaned all the glass. Very polite service and informative. If you like nice people helping make a tough situation better I'd say you probably can't go wrong here.
