RB: I recently had the pleasure of working with Safelite in San Francisco, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team was exceptionally professional, demonstrating a high level of expertise and courtesy throughout the process. They completed the work efficiently and effectively, ensuring my vehicle was in top-notch condition. One important note they shared was to avoid pressure washing the vehicle for at least three days after the service. This attention to detail and clear communication truly set them apart. My insurance provided a seamless claim process and I was able to get an appointment with this location to for repairs within 48hours. I arrived when they opened in the morning and in 90 minutes I had new glass, my car was cleaned of the broken glass, and I was on my way. I’m so grateful Safelite made an inconvenience much easier to navigate!

Yusi: I have such complex feeling about this place… i had to reschedule three time to get my glass changed properly but the job was done quickly and properly. Very careful and thorough instruction on what to look out for and what to expect. The calibration of safety cameras is done very carefully. Appreciate that.Not a good start to begin with; this place is at the worst part of town; the front desk lady blamed me for being late, even though I’m right on time and had to stand there waiting for her finishing her conversation with another guy…Also, I was forced to come back to pick the car up the same day since they don’t do overnight parking.On the other hand , the tech guy was honest with me about OEM parts vs non-Audi parts. Personally don’t think non-Audi parts should be a thing. But at least they are honest enough to tell me.

Through my Geico insurance Safelite covered the replacement entirely for free!They also came to my house and replaced my window while I was at home. Miriam: I have used Lynx a few times after a window has been cracked. They are super friendly, professional, and fast! My window was fixed in under 30 minutes! They travel to you within a certain mileage range and provide an arrival window that they stick to. Most of all, they are cheaper than a name brand company and, as far as I can tell, locally owned!Definitely recommend!
