Jose Manuel Gómez Lozano: We took this Free tour through Civitatis and our guide Jose Manuel impressed us with his extensive knowledge and good work during the visit, he made it extremely interesting for us with his many explanations. I can say that it has been the best Free Tour we have done, which are quite a few between Europe and America. If you visit San Francisco, California, do not hesitate to book this tour in Spanish, you will not regret it, especially if your guide is Jose Manuel.

We did a huge amount in one day and didn’t have to drive or know where we were going, what lane to use, where to stop, how to reserve tickets, etc. well worth the money.

Megan Horanic: and had missed the return time by over 30 minutes, when one of the other 2 people who was with her returned to the bus, he asked if she could get in touch with them or go get them. That person stated that they weren't answering her and they were in the cafe eating, they chose not to be on time. Brendan explained he could not keep waiting as it took time from the rest of the tour and participants, as well as the fact that some folks were continuing on to Alcatraz. He offered her the option to stay or to take her things and be left with them. In the end, he did not leave we were ALL inconvenienced. I normally wouldn't bother to include any of this in a review, but for two reasons I have. #1 - I think as a business owner/employee it is a delicate thing to hold a customer accountable for their role in affecting other customer's experiences, and in the moment this was handled very well. #2 - The person who was late, showed no regret to her fellow tourmates & then accused Brendan of degrading her friend. Alaska, if you're reading this or leave a review I want you to know you degraded your young friend by putting her in that position, you negatively influenced other's experience, you could have just acknowledged what you did and said I'm sorry, but like listening to the schedule and following it, this proved too much for you.I guess that's a long way of saying, don't think twice, book this tour. It really was the perfect day with must-see locations, a great time on the bus, lots of laughs, and I don't want to spoil any of the little touches that made it perfect, but the soundtrack of the day was just one of the many things that made it awesome! I would also like to add, we were the only people that didn't go on to Alcatraz & Brendan was kind enough to recommend a few places in North Beach/Little Italy, as well as drop us off there so we could take advantage. It is the little things that make a big difference!

Frances Carreon: Brendan is the best tour and tour-guide ever! Give hints on favorite sights and good restaurants to go to. A little history with humor plus fun. No dull moments, only enjoyment.

Rachel Hawkins: Brendan was a great guide. He made the tour so fun. 10/10 would do again.

Preety Bhandari: An excellent tour made very enjoyable by Brendan, our guide. The trivia he shared, along with his choice of music made for an interesting day. Thank you Brendan.

p b: The 'Muir Woods, San Francisco, and Sausalito, in one day!' Tour with Brendan was a great introduction to some well-known sights and some not so well-known sights. The information was given in a relaxed and humorous way. Snacks and bottles of water were provided too.

Ryan Clark: I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. Brendan is a superb tour guide and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the city he lives in.On the way to Muir Woods he stops at key photo opportunities in the city and points out so many places of interest as well as recommendations for lunch / dinner. Our only regret is that we didn’t do the tour sooner in our trip as we’d have known of mote places to see after he pointed them out.Muir Woods is breathtaking and the 90 minutes we spent there was just the right amount of time to take it all in.Sausalito is a beautiful town and a nice location for lunch.Brendan; thank you!

Walid Choueiri: Our family of five loved the tour. The guide was very informative and more importantly entertaining!

Yvette Ebersole Ronquillo (Yvette): Brendan is Great Toir Guide . Highly recommended.

Stephanie Kelliher: My family and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a tour of San Francisco, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods and Sausalito. It exceeded all our expectations. Our driver was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the city's history and landmarks, but also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire journey. They were punctual, ensuring we made the most of our time, and their passion for the city truly shone through in every detail they shared. The tour was comprehensive, covering all the iconic sights while also delving into hidden gems that truly made the experience unforgettable. Overall, this tour was worth every penny and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore San Francisco with an expert guide at the helm.

Kacy Rizer: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with SF Excursions and Brendan today! His in depth knowledge of the city he loves really made it special! I highly recommend this company for your tour of SF, Muir Woods and Sausalito! We’re so glad we took Brendan’s advice for dinner too. The Original Joe’s was so delicious!

Terrinique Banner: This tour was awesome do not hesitate to book. Brendan was super knowledgeable and super passionate about his city. I learned so much and will book again.

Desmond Lim: if the tour included more sites

Celeste Jones: Fantastic tour. We only had about one full day in San Francisco, and this was a good way to see and learn a lot in a short amount of time. So many stories and data about the city. Fascinating information. The tour made me want to spend more in depth time at several places we saw along the journey.

Chris Shaw: Brendan was a great tour guide, he shared lots of interesting facts about San Francisco and played the best classic songs about SF for us in between. Was a great way to see some iconic SF neighborhoods and loved exploring Muir Woods.

Barb Algrim: We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Brandon. We could not recommend him more highly. He was informative, fun and very engaging. His personal approach made all of us so comfortable. What a fun day and way to see San Francisco!

Sheri Flaro-Tegelaar: I cannot say enough about our guide/driver- Brendan. He was knowledgeable, funny, passionate about the city, friendly and kind. The tour took us to SOO many of the BEST spots that San Francisco has to offer.Thank you for an amazing day!Highly recommended!!!👍👍👍

Penelope Kaplan: Brendan accomplished something that I hadn’t believed possible; My husband’s never done a group tour, due to his inability to commit to allowing someone else to plan 5 hrs of his time while accompanying strangers on a tour—but he thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of Brendan’s itinerary! I was pleasantly surprised! Excellent music selection also— two thumbs up.

Dee Dee Kuharik: We had a great time. Brandon drove us through multiple neighborhoods and shared his knowledge of the areas with us. It was well worth the cost and time. A great excursion!

Matt Halasz: Awesome tour! Can be busy but you can move at your own pace

Callie Johnson: Nestled in the chilly waters of San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz Island has long intrigued visitors with its storied past. The Behind the Scenes Night Tour offers an exclusive glimpse into the hidden corners of this iconic former prison. Here’s why it’s an experience worth every moment:Guided Exploration: Imagine stepping beyond the ordinary tourist path. With a group of 30 or fewer, you’ll embark on a 4-5 hour guided adventure led by knowledgeable experts. These guides unveil off-limits areas—the very spots where notorious inmates once roamed. You’ll hear tales of daring escapes, prison life, and the island’s eerie history.Off-Limits Areas: The tour takes you to places rarely seen by the public. Explore the hospital wing, where medical secrets and inmate stories intertwine. Stand in the solitary confinement cells, feeling the weight of isolation. These spaces hold echoes of desperation and resilience.Special Programs: As twilight settles, the island transforms. The Behind the Scenes Night Tour includes special live presentations—intimate glimpses into Alcatraz’s past. Listen to riveting accounts of escape attempts, riots, and the daily struggles faced by both inmates and guards. These programs change, ensuring a fresh experience each time.Cellhouse After Dark: As darkness envelops Alcatraz, you’ll join the regular Alcatraz Night Tour. Wander through the cellhouse, guided by an audio tour that brings the stories to life. Imagine the clank of cell doors, the whispers of desperate men, and the haunting echoes of history. It’s a visceral connection to the past.Breathtaking Views: Alcatraz at night offers a different kind of beauty. The city lights twinkle across the bay, framing the island’s rugged silhouette. From the parade ground, gaze at the Golden Gate Bridge—a sentinel guarding the entrance to the Pacific. It’s a view that lingers in your memory.Practical Tips:Timed Entry: Arrive at least half an hour before your ticket time. Security checks and boarding take time.Prioritize Ranger Programs: Attend any ranger-led presentations—they add depth to your experience.Embrace the Night: Alcatraz reveals its soul after dark. Let the shadows guide you.In summary, the Alcatraz Behind the Scenes Night Tour transcends mere sightseeing. It immerses you in the layers of history, leaving an indelible mark. Don’t miss this chance to step into the shadows and hear Alcatraz’s whispered confessions.Remember, Alcatraz isn’t just a place; it’s a chapter in the human story—one that continues to captivate and intrigue

Bret Salowitz: It was amazing to see the actual isolation and regular cells. Only seen it in television with Eastwood but stepping inside was unreal. I had no clue that they had woman and children also living there at that time. Also , they had a battle there that I've never heard of. A must see for sure. Only small drawback were those damn flies. They were everywhere from the ferry to the ground level of the prison.

Tarcisio Carvalho: We bought tickets online in advance and had no problem going on the tour on the scheduled day and time. The Ferry takes around 30 minutes to get to the island. Once there, you walk along a ramp to a higher point. Following the arrows, you reach the place where you pay for the audio tour. The audio is available in several languages, including Portuguese. With audio guidance, you can walk through the old maximum security prison, viewing its cells while listening to an explanation about the place. To return, just go to the pier and wait for the next ferry.

Superfm Den Haag: Really very interesting worth a visit

Randy Trimble: There is so much to learn and see. The tour is definitely with it.

Maddie: Trip was amazing. Brandon and Mary were the absolute best tour guides!! We did not know what to expect and they exceeded everything we could have ever imagined! They took care of everything down to the smallest detail. They felt like part of the family. Thank you Brandon for driving through the Klamath thru tree! You made our day! I get car sick easily -but not with Brandon. The winding roads were driven with care and super smoothly.

Lee Mandy: Brandon is an amazing guide! He has great passion for our private tour. He was friendly and really knowledgeable.Absolutely loved hearing him tell the story and the natures of Yosemite , and take us to amazing spots for pictures throughout.Appreciated him getting us around safely and he gave wherever we were. He left us with a memorable Yosemite tour that was a key highlight for us on our trip. Thank you so much for the experience.

Diletta Sole Maramotti: Had an amazing experience with this private tour: you can enjoy all the cool hot spots of the Yosemite National parkThe guide, brandon, was well knowledge and passionate plus took great pictures of me

Rita Bean: through the trails, took family photos for us so we didn't need to do selfies or ask other visitors to take our photo. Our first day ended with a stay at the Eureka Inn, a charming inn that was once visited by former Presidents and celebrities. We had a fabulous dinner at a local pub that served one of the best filet mignons I've ever eaten. On our 2nd day, we headed more north to see even bigger Redwoods before heading back to San Fran. Our jaws kept dropping when we entered the forests. Both days were long, 12 hours each, but we loved every second. Being a native, Mary was very knowledgeable of the area and shared info and stories with us as we went along. She made recommendations and gave us choices on what we wanted to see or do within the time we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you want to see the real RedWoods, I can't recommend this tour enough. It's worth every penny & second.

John Church: We wish we had the experience of Golden Horizon on our first day in San Francisco. We would have used them for several excursions. Adam was top-notch!! He catered our day to what we wanted. The day was far beyond our expectations!! Definitely will hire them again!!

Cherie Hu: Mary is a friendly and patient tour guide with lots of knowledge about the city. She is also forthcoming in her sharing of everything. The trip itself is well organized. We had chance to visit many iconic places, including Stanford Uni, Lombard Street, Alcatraz Island, Napa Valley, Safari West Wildlife in San Francisco, to name just a few. Under her suggestion, we chose the right time to book the city Cable Car to travel up and down, which was super fun while not much crowded. The customer service is great as well. Nelly is amazingly efficient to answer my endless questions before and during the trip. We would never forget this trip. Big thank you, Golden Horizon Tours!

Carole Ryan: We hired Golden Horizons for 1-1/2 day SF tour, and 1 full day Muir Woods and Sonoma Historic Plaza. Also, for 4 days in Yosemite. I can’t speak highly enough about our tour guides!! Mary took us around for the first 2 days and she was amazing! So knowledgeable and super friendly! We learned so much about the different neighborhoods and history of SF . She recommended an Italian restaurant in Historic Sonoma and it was awesome!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Mary! The four days, 3 nights with Adam were totally amazing as well! He made sure we had the best rooms on the Merced before we ever checked in. Also wonderful stops on the ride to the park! We learned a ton and also loved his sense of humor. He took us right in to the Ahwanee Hotel for lunch so we would know exactly where to go! So much attention to detail and even sent pictures once we were home. Thanks so much Adam and Golden Horizons Tours!! Don’t hesitate!!I also had several questions ahead of time and they answered quickly each time! Thanks again Adam, Mary and GH

Dorothy Blass: and we kept going higher in elevation to see some truly breathtaking sights!! He’d stop for any pictures we wanted and also used my phone to get some nice pictures for me.The hotel we stayed at was 5 minutes from the entrance to Yosemite, so convenient! The rooms in hotel had balconies overlooking Merced River which was very high due to heavy snowfall and rain! It was mesmerizing to listen to at night to sleep.Adam stayed at the same hotel and we were ready to go at 9 AM into the park! Adam kept us laughing all day and made everything so much more fun!!I highly recommend Golden Horizons Travel!!Forgot to mention that Mary also took us to Muir Woods and Sonoma. We had a great lunch at a restaurant she recommended and she left time for shopping around the Sonoma Plaza. Nice ride back to the city with a few stops to take in the area’s beauty!Highly recommend the tour 👍👍👍

Sonia Resines: Fabulous private tour. Both Buddy, our guide, and Mary, our driver, made us enjoy an unforgettable family day by adapting to all our requests. Very close and friendly treatment. Professionalism, punctuality and seriousness from the first time we contacted the company until the moment the tour ended. They far exceeded our expectations. 100% recommended

Mònica Andreu: We took the tour of Silicon Valley and it was great considering that technology companies do not make it easy to access their facilities. But we were lucky that our guide, Adam, was very friendly, eager to show us everything that interested us and other places that we would not have even thought of visiting. Adam was a great guide and wanted us to have a good time. Truly a very professional and serious agency, starting with Nelly, who was also very cordial and attentive throughout the reservation process. Thank you so much to both of you, Adam and Nelly!

Oscar Quiroz: Wonderful landscapes accompanied by a friendly and professional knowledgeable guidePositive Responsiveness …

Richard A. Charlemagne: Muir wood is great. Really enjoy the boardwalk.

Kristy Edwards: I don't even know where to begin this review because it really did blow my mind. Adam our driver and tour guide was amazing. He was very personable and friendly. We laughed so much during our time. He is also very knowledgeable about the locations we went to giving very interesting and detailed facts. He suggested so many tips to make the experience even more memorable such as which spots to check out for the best views and even took a few photos for us. He also showed us new features on our phone so that we could take just the right photos. Visiting the Muir woods he advised us of what paths to take and even took photos of us with the trees to get the full scope of not only the circumference but the sheer height of the trees as well. Since were were running low on time he also suggested a a cafe in Sausalito that we got seated right away and the food was delicious. So much so that I tried to see if they had a location near me when I got back home. Since we drove into San Francisco we would have to drive back home. This time we wanted to take the more scenic route and while we would have just plugged in the directions into the GPS Adam gave us specific cities to visit. This was by far one of the best experiences that I've had. I will definitely do another tour and request Adam!

Susan Smith: We had a wonderful experience with the Yosemite tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the park and all the details were handled! All we had to do was show up and enjoy the beautiful park! What an easy way to create lasting memories!

Emily Yu: , which became a few of the highlights of our visit. Leo is clearly an experienced guide, but he was also kind, easy-going and great to talk to. It is very apparent that he is passionate about the outdoors and Yosemite :

hihoccs: We booked two tours with Golden Horizon Tours and could not have had a better experience all round. We booked a full day tour of San Fran, Sausalito and Muir Woods, and also did a two day tour of Yosemite. Golden Horizon Tours were great communicators and were always available to answer my questions prior to and after booking. They were very professional and helpful at all times. We had Leo as our guide for our Yosemite tour and Buddy as our guide for our San Fran, Sausalito and Muir Woods tour. They were both absolutely fantastic!!! We couldn't have asked for two more thoughtful, friendly, good humoured and helpful guys. They were super knowledgeable and and full of invaluable information that totally enhanced our experience. It was a pleasure to be in their company. Both of them went out of their way to customise the tour to our interests. They have provided us with a lifetime of happy memories that we'll always treasure. Exploring Yosemite and San Fran on our own would have been a totally inferior experience. Thanks Leo and Buddy! You guys rock!

Lilly Slack-Smith: David was a wonderful tour guide had the best time

Tim Comerford: Bryan did an amazing job. He picked a great time to get in and out of the woods before it was busy , then pick three great vineyards and lunch. He was very generous with his time and knowledge.

Shanna Poirier: My friends and I went into this tour not really knowing what we were getting ourselves into! But our tour guide, Brenden, helped us navigate our way, and he had all the best fun facts throughout! We got to tour the sequoia trees, as well as Yosemite National Park! Some pretty intense sloping terrain for us ladies from the prairies, but we had such a great time! Definitely recommend this tour to others, and hope you get the pleasure of having Brenden as your guide too!

Maryna Erdyk: Besides his incredible humor, Dustin is also a very knowledgeable and experienced guide. He kept us entertained and engaged throughout the day. Thank you, Dustin. In general, the tour was well-organized and relaxed, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each stop. The transportation was comfortable, making it easy to enjoy the scenic views of wine country. It is the perfect one-day getaway, even for locals. I highly recommend Extranomical Tours. Will definitely travel more with them!!

Carla Wilson: Informative and really the best way to see the park.

Nilesh Kapadia: Good and appreciating your with youI will recommend to everyoneVery co operative driver and guide both in one

Oksana Kovalyk: I recently went on a wine tour with Extranomical Tours, and it was fantastic! Our driver, Dustin, made the experience even better with his friendly personality and hilarious jokes. He kept us entertained and informed throughout the tour. First, we stopped in the beautiful Muir Woods. By the way, you can buy coffee and some snacks in the park cafe. Then we visit three top-notch wineries. I highly recommend adding the lunch option to this tour, where you will be at a nice restaurant with delicious food ready for you. This will save you so much time, and this time can be used to explore a little downtown in Sonoma.I live in the Bay Area, but this tour is a great opportunity to visit Sonoma and Napa wineries and not worry about driving back home after a delicious wine tasting. I really recommend this wine tour, especially with Dustin as your guide.Next time, I will book their Yosemite tour as well!

John Kyle: Yosemite day trip was great. Beautiful views and our guide Dustin was informative and funny. We loved it!

Luis Marquez: Good time pleasant experience Dustin was phenomenal

Jonathan Pover: A well guided tour by Dustin in a absolutely wonderful environment. Only thing wrong it wasn't wasn't long enough. I strongly recommend staying overnight if you can book the accommodation

James Hammonds: I recently took the San Francisco Muir Woods & Wine Country tour, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our tour guide, Don, was absolutely amazing. His extensive knowledge of the area, combined with his engaging storytelling, made the entire trip both informative and fun.The day started with a visit to the serene Muir Woods, where Don's insights into the natural history and ecology of the redwood forest enriched our exploration. His passion for the environment was evident and contagious. After soaking in the beauty of the towering redwoods, we headed to Wine Country. Don's expertise extended beyond the woods; he shared fascinating details about the region's wine-making history and the unique characteristics of the local vineyards. Each winery we visited offered a different perspective, and Don's friendly demeanor made everyone feel welcome and included.Overall, Don's exceptional guidance and enthusiasm transformed a great tour into an extraordinary one. If you're looking to explore Muir Woods and Wine Country, this tour is a must-do, especially with Don as your guide!

Anna Kelly: The tour was awesome! Highly recommend the company as well! I booked the early tour to Yosemite and the meeting time was at 5:20AM. Needless to say my alarm did not go off and they text and called multiple times looking for me until I finally woke up just as they hung up for the last time…at 5:58AM. I panicked and called back and the tour guide, Ben, said they had just left but would circle the block and pick me up!! Couldn’t believe I got lucky and was able to make it there afterall because I was definitely expecting to be left as most would! As a side note, I thought the tour also did a great job of making just enough rest stops throughout -all at convenient times, including at a supermarket, for food, lunch, dinner and toilet breaks! Never been on a more comfortable tour!

Perry Shah: Alberto was the best Guide/Driver. Very pleased with his attitude and demeanor. He made our 16 hours like it was two hours trip. I highly recommend. Booking with this company.

Princess Palacio: these tour was exceptional our guide was doing and going an extra mile service. Appreciated for what he served. thank you hope to do it again.

Carolyn Lorenzoni: Gino made the tour extra special and the amount of beauty we were able to see was extraordinary.

upsilver: Who wants to fully enjoy Yosemite bu oneself, One night stay is essential!

Arch Stanton: Excellent day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite. The trip is very long; picked up at 0540 and dropped off at 2200. So most day is spent on the coach. However it is worth it for the sites of Yosemite - the mountains, waterfalls and especially the fun, informative knowledge of the 2 staff. David and Shelly were both superb. Made the long day fascinating.

Betty Tsai: I joined a one-day tour to Yosemite, and it’s was so great! The driver, Debi is friendly and safe. She drove a whole day alone! The guide, also a storyteller Dan is cool and trustful too! He let us know the history when we arrived or just passed through some certain places. I felt he is really responsible for the trip, and his stories is the most impressive point in the trip I’m so happy that I chose this trip. People who have limited time to explore SF, like me, this tour fit us😄

edward knight: Great day out - really well organised and led by our guide, Don.

Romeo García: It is a highly recommended activity when you visit San Francisco. Getting to know the impressive rock formations of Yosemite National Park is indescribable and this is a great option with good guides and comfortable transportation.

Helen Law: Napa Sonoma wine tour. Lovely afternoon tasting wine and enjoying the scenery. Not a great deal of wine production knowledge on the trip, but a good tasting experience

James Davidson: Great tour!!!

John G: Family did a half day tour of Muir Woods. James, our driver, was outstanding. He was a pleasure, funny, with excellent overview and history of SF and Muir. Very highly recommend.

Gary Precious: Very friendly service.

Timesh Amtha: Great time!

Lee Spoor: We had a great time! We loved the ride and got to see much more of San Francisco that we thought we would. It was easy to get set up and fun to do. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Chris Smith: Great way to see the sights of San Francisco and have extra fun in the GoCar with it's guided tour using its own SatNav which I was sceptical would work that well but it did. Staff were really helpful. I would recommend 👍

Mary: This was a SUPER fun day. Loved the guided tour, but with the ability to stop and savor the sights.

Ivan Hermosillo: Great ride

Alina Maria: Taking a GoCar tour in San Francisco is a great idea to explore the coastline areas by the Golden Gate. You'll enjoy lots of green spaces on a somewhat ‘clear day’ for hiking, picnicking, and views. We were able to explore some of the touch points on the GPS within a 3hr time frame.1st time doing this and for sure gave me a lasting impression - would highly recommend for those who just need that time to be slightly spontaneous while still organized with how to spend your day outside.

Carlen Crespo-Farias (CRESPO-FARIAS): Excellent! It was a little out of my comfort zone but they offer good guidance and support. Be aware that you are definitely going to pay extra because with traffic and normal city events there is no way you can do the route in 30 min or an hour. We purchased the Groupon and we had the 1 hour tour as part of the included attraction. We are locals so we knew how to get around in the city to avoid going too much over the hour but if we where tourists we would have payed a lot extra since it's a dollar per minute after the established time. Overall it's a very cool experience and staff was friendly and chill!

Linda Baron: A great experience to visit different neighborhoods without getting tired and with lots of laughter. The GO CAR is great, and with GPS! I recommend 😜

Marie Gregg: The gentlemen that worked here were very accommodating and friendly. Helped with questions and the like very willingly. During the tour we had a great time! We took our children ages 8 and 10 and they had a blast. The only thing concerning was the fact that we were part of traffic but because we moved slowly cars tended to go around us which is intimidating when you are so small. We've been telling all our friends how fun it was!

Jayne Porta: I was hesitant at first but this was so much fun. Saw much more than I thought I would and the staff at GoCar Tours were great. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because the upgraded GPS tablet stopped working. We called and explained what happened . They sent some one with a new car to where we stopped; on the road we went again. Would recommend 1st time visitors to the city to tour this way. The history and directions are told to you through speakers on the car. Easy to hear and follow.

Sara Carter: So much fun! What a great way to see San Fran. Didn’t want the tour to end. My son loved it too

Simone Mims: who have lived in SF for years. We learned so much!!!!

Jon Flynn: The best time driving around seeing so many sites. The all day option is the way to go....too many photos to add

CJDonnigan: Highlight of my trip to San Fransisco, buying for the day is a must, there are just so many places to stop along the way for amazing views and experiences.

Karen Cantrell: We were looking for a wine tasting tour of Sonoma for our day in San Francisco and found Edge of the World. We were picked up at the port on time, and after a few more pick ups, we were off for a wonderful day. If possible, request Anthony as your guide. He is extremely personable and provided a lot of the usual information, but also a lot of colorful unusual tidbits about the area. The day was enhanced by Anthony’s colorful narrative, as well as his photography skills. We visited three diverse wineries, and enjoyed all. I highly recommend this tour! Thanks Anthony!

marina Vladimirskaya: Really lovely wine tour- relaxed, funny and very flexible. Loved all three wineries - very different vibe and the wine types! Will definitely recommend joining. Marc is a great guide, witty and accommodating - done hesitate to book a tour☺️

Alexey Varfolomeev: Thank you to our guide Marc and Edge of the World Tours for making our day so special. We have fully enjoyed all the experiences visiting local vineyards in Sonoma valley and all the stories you have shared with us. We felt we have been fully taken care for the whole day and we are now sharing your passion for wines, San Francisco history and heritage and all the landscapes and places we have seen. Vineyards were great, wine selection was amazing, your stories and jokes were funny, engaging and interesting. We would definitely recommend the tour to someone who is looking for how to spend a day while you are visiting SF. Thank you Marc. Alexey & Marina

Jeff Orluck: Edge of the World put together a well planned tour of three excellent vineyards with great wines and interesting presentations. Our tour guide, Anthony, was fun, smart, engaging, funny, spontaneous, gracious and overall excellent host! We had a grand day!

Jason Feathers: Recently did the Great Wine Tour with my wife and step-daughter and it was fantastic. Anthony was our guide and he was outstanding. He was fun and funny. Oftentimes these tours really do come down to the guide to determine how well it goes and Anthony ensured an outstanding day. Went to three wineries, with the stand out being Peter Cellars. Highly recommend to anyone interested in a fun day and a nice tour of Wine Country!

Jamie Martin: . We had so much fun, and the wineries were all different and enjoyable. Nick was our guide and did an amazing job! So glad we booked this day trip

Abe: First of all you don't want to miss visiting the Japanese Tea Garden in San Francisco. This Golden Gate Segway tour was amazing!! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and should be doing comedy on a stand-up stage. We took our Segway tour with our leader Sundog. This tour begins with a hands on experience using the Segway. There is a video explaining how to get on and off your Segway and how to operate it safely. Next, your guide gives you individual training with the Segway. Once they are sure you know how to use it, off, you go on an amazing adventure. Sundog, took us through the park, explained the different species of Flora throughout the park, gave us an interesting history of the people that created the park and background history of San Francisco itself. The tour was supposed to last 2 and 1/2 hours but it went on a little longer, which I was very grateful for. We stopped several times at interesting spots. We also got to taste some very delicious edible plants. If you are a history and nature buff, you will love this tour. If you our adventurous you will love the segways. I highly recommend this tour. You will have a blast!

David Vianello: Fun and interesting. It's not my first time on a Segway, but, for sure, one of best one. Sundog, our guide, was interesting and the Segway always fun. Don't miss it, if you want to enjoy San Francisco.

Tim B: Devin was a great guide. My first time on a segway.

Omri Boiman: Family loved it!

Marc Adelberg: This is also an amazing way to see the park.Highly recommended!Just beware that it’s cold; even in July. Dress accordingly.

Kelly Kim: Highly recommend!

Cliff Otte: We had a great time! Johannes was an excellent guide sharing many interesting facts about the park and be very entertaining while doing so! He truly enjoys being a guide and it shows. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the park beyond just walking around it.

Arjit Barua: did a great job showing us around and was very patient with my sister who was a little nervous learning the ropes. All in all fun tour for the family!

Greg McMurdie: A great experience for anyone. Pleasant trip, excellent guide, at a nice pace, very safe. Highly recommend

Jonathan Gross: Wonderful, safe tour of the park. Our guide, Mariella, was great.

Lisa Bosse: This was a great experience. Johannes was funny and entertaining and very informative. He gave us excellent training and advice on how to use the Segway and there were no problems. Highly recommend this tour. You will get so much out of it. Worth the cost.

ryan stephens: Great experience with my two kiddos. They loved it. Johannes was fantastic as our guide. One of the highlights of our trip to San Francisco.

Rod Anderson: 1st time on a Segway but because of their training it was a breeze. The tour was just the right amount of time...not too short and not too long. Our guide, Zack, was great and had some great info on the park and it's history. Highly recommend.

Cecilia Kitele: Devin was funny and patient. We all started nervous and afraid of falling. But, he taught us to drive the segway patiently. And made us all confident driving the segway. Thank you for the great experience

Brenda. H: Great tour! We took some older girl scouts and even with all the walking the girls were so engaged with our tour guide Andre they never complained. They all loved hearing the sights and stories of the city. We saw many great locations throughout the city and the food was amazing. It was not just samples but a full on multi course meal. I especially enjoyed the. Chinese tea tasting. I highly recommend this tour and would do it again.

Rich Goldberg: We had a great time doing the Chinatown food tour with Brian. He was knowledgeable, funny and engaging with everyone on the tour, including the 9yr old daughter of another guest. We tried a variety of pastries, dim sum, Peking Duck and lo mein at different establishments. So not really a “culinary” experience but enjoyable and yummy nevertheless. A highlight was a tea tasting with a very knowledgeable gentlemen who was both entertaining and informative. All in all a terrific afternoon. Plus the company was very thorough and proactive in its communication.

Dona Poole: Cynthia was a very informative and interesting guide. She took us to many unique places and tastings. The tea room and Betty Lou’s were 2 of our favorites. Plus the history and stories behind the restaurants and surroundings was a bonus.

Meggin Lanier: Great tour, got to learn really interesting history of the area and try food from several local hot spots. Brian was a great guide and I can’t recommend this tour highly enough!

Ilona Wilmont: I did the Chinatown food tour with Andre, he was a great guide and a lovely person. I learned a lot about the history and iconic places in Chinatown and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Alice: Tom and Scott are absolutely amazing! If you've traveled to or lived in San Francisco, this is where you'll learn about the amazing culture and art of what made San Francisco so special! Much loves and hope you have an amazing year! 💕

Erinne Wilkens: First off we won this tour in our local school auction. I respect any business that donates to education. Thank you Local Tastes. We are SF residents and booked the Chinatown Tour with our 2 kids ages 5 and 8. We loved it! Our tour guide was Isabella and she was great. She was super knowledgeable and funny. As a SF native, I even learned things about SF that I did not know. We made many stops along the way that made walking easy and enjoyable for the kids. Our favorite stops were the Buddhist Temple and tea tasting. It was such an enjoyable experience spending the afternoon in Chinatown. We can’t wait to book the north beach tour. I am definitely recommending to all our SF visitors when they ask for recommendations.

Emily R.: Had an excellent tour with Brian through Chinatown and little Italy. His knowledge, sense of humour, and love of the area created a unique and throughly enjoyable experience. Though the tour was only supposed to be 4hrs, we were touring for over 5 due to some bonus food "side quests". Worth every penny!

Ruth Blystone: This food tour was the best! I’ve been on several food tours throughout the world, and this was excellent. Our tour guide Brian was knowledgeable and humorous. We experienced many different tastes of the area and got a nice history too. Highly recommend this tour and looking forward to doing another with this company soon.

Sherri Schwartz: , and visited so many interesting places. The group was just big enough and sitting down together a few times for tea and 2 meals was a nice break for a chance to get to know fellow travelers. There happened to be a gentleman playing the Erhu on the street, and Andre ran over and asked him to play Happy Birthday which was such a treat! So glad of all the tours available we chose this one! We loved our time in SF and can't wait to come back. I HIGHLY recommend anyone traveling here to make this part of their trip!

Linda Olsen Davis: was full of great information and background of the city’s history and culinary delights. Since we were a small group he was able to add a few

Carmen Osborn: Andre was an amazing guide. He was able to keep all ages in our group engaged for over 3 hours, part of which was in the pouring rain! Book this tour if you want to experience what Chinatown in San Francisco is all about.

David: Fantastic experience with Brian! Really appreciated the effort he put in and all the fun stops.

William Stewart: This was beyond an amazing tour. Brian is a great and caring tour guide. His knowledge of San Francisco was a genuine joy to hear and coupled with his jokes and personal experience, made the tour one of the highlights of our trip.In terms of the food part of the tour, seriously come hungry. Everything was a joy to eat and YOU WILL WANT TO EAT IT ALL!! I personally bookmarked the places we went to on the tour so we could go back again. This is a must do!!!

Amy Brummet: We took the combined Chinatown and North Beach tour. It was full of good food and fun facts. Would recommend.

Sierra Helmuth: Isabella was amazing! Food was incredible!Make sure to come with an empty stomach, you will leave stuffed.

Jennifer Duda Butwinick: Absolutely the best way to spend your first full day in the city! Brian gave our tour 1000%; even my nine-year old remained enthusiastic the whole time! Although we'd lived in SF before, the tour gave us so many ideas for the rest of our trip. The tea tasting and sitting down for Peking Duck were our favorites. We had such a great time and went back and visited many of the places he took us to or mentioned. Price is beyond worth it. Thank you, Brian!

Arif Zaladin: Tour guide was great. The amount of food you get for the money is a crazy steal especially considering it’s San Fran. Loved learning about the history of Chinatown and North Beach. 11/10.

Veronica Catanese: I love San Francisco! It has super incredible places. Yosemite and the Wine Tour are my favorites. Thank you Gray Line for this fantastic experience. I will definitely come back for more!

Administración Sutransfer: Excellent Tours!! incredible places

Dr Mahima Jain: We did Monterey and Carmel by the sea with them. Good experience. Comfortable 12 hour tour where don’t have to drive and relevant opportunities for photostop and sightseeing given. The tour head very nice as we were late by 1 minute in the morning to reach the pick up point. The helpline number and the grayline incharge got the bus again to pick us up. We were very satisfied and happy with their service

Jannina Fernandez De Castro: Great service and a lot of information. Great tour the problem was a lot of trafic and delay the arrivals

Lucia Alonso: Excellent tours of the city of San Francisco. We loved it and without a doubt we will return😀

James Taylor: Loved our guide and driver for the Muir woo

Kevin Ashurst: We had a wonderful experience with Gray Line tours in San Francisco! Clean, well driven bus, with a knowledgeable tour guide. I'll definitely use them again!

Cheryl: I had a great time on the Muir Woods and Sausalito tour. It was a convenient way to see the majestic coast redwoods and I enjoyed learning about San Francisco and surrounding communities while on the tour. I was especially impressed by our guide's ability to navigate the winding roads leading to the woods. Sausalito is a pretty coastal city.

Rachel Cipkins: We did the Napa Sonoma wine tasting tour. This was a great value for your money if you just want to do a wine tour for the vibes & pictures. The wine was okay it was not bad but you get what you pay for. We did not buy any to take home and for reference we usually do when we go wine tasting. Our group was 50 people which at times felt like being herded like cattle & not what we are used to when we have gone wine tasting before. The bus was nice, clean, you can leave stuff onboard, there is a bathroom, however they do not provide water. I would recommend this to the beginner wine enthusiast who wants to get a taste for wine country but definitely not a seasoned wine expert. Overall if I had friends visiting who were on a budget I would recommend this tour!

coriander stone: Great tour guide to Sausalito and Muir woods, our driver gave so much interesting and different information to what we’d previously heard about the areas. Would definitely recommend.

56 hj6: Great customer service and an unforgettable tour!Pretty decent pricing as well.

Liz Hammond: Awesome tour, great value! The timing of the tour was perfect, and Muir Woods was awesome. Our driver, Heather, was a great- very knowledgeable narration as we went on the tour, and very kind as well. Would recommend.

Joe Sampson: Booked and thoroughly enjoyed two different tours with Gray Line over the past week. The Muir Woods/Sausalito to + the Wine Country tour. Both delivered fantastic experiences at all stops and had really friendly, terrific tour guides. I would absolutely use Gray Line in the future and recommend you do the same!Thank you for two great days, Gray Line!

Kellie Blain: Can highly recommend Gray Line San Francisco for their Muir Woods/ Sausalito tours. Our driver Heather was an added delight to the tour. She was very knowledge with the information especially driving to and from Muir Woods. A must do when visiting San Francisco.

Charles Jackson: I recently had the opportunity to overwhelmingly enjoy a trip provided by our gray lines tour guide Danielo to Napa and Sonoma valleys in California.. The three wineries on the stop in Sonoma Square were all fantastic, and I learned so much about the region, wine, tastings, and pairings, and the extensive traditions and history of wine in California. I also met some great people from Australia and enjoyed spending the day with them, eating at a fantastic restaurant in Sonoma, and becoming acquainted with new friends. Blessed with an amazing weather is always a plus; however, I feel like our tour guide would have made the best of this even on a rainy day. Bravo!

Trish Shovlin: Wow! This was the such a wonderful tour. We had an excellent tour guide, Vlad. He had so much knowledge of.area and the history of the vineyards. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family. We should all take a minute to stop and smell the roses, and in this case take a minute to stop and taste some wine.

Allita Rodrigues: . Our driver, who also served as a knowledgeable guide, made the journey even more memorable by stopping after the Golden Gate Bridge for breathtaking photo opportunities. The combination of natural wonders and thoughtful details made this tour an absolute delight.

rolando martinez: Excellent choice of tour for Muir and Sausalito, very spacious and comfortable seats and the driver Heather is excellent, very friendly, I highly recommend it, on my next visit I want to go to Yosemite and I am going to hire this company 👍🏻😎

c wags1856: We took the tour on a weekday and it was fantastic. Tour guide was excellent very informative and just a fun person. Our driver was fantastic trip was smooth and I was impressed with how he handled the traffic. We had our grandson age 4 and he enjoyed it as well. Highly recommend the tour.

Gustav: How amazing to ride through the streets of this beautiful city on not only an open top fire truck, but on a vintage one from 1956!The fire engine is kept in immaculate condition and is bright and shiny and beautiful- it definitely turns heads as you cruise through the city streets. It’s a small group tour , and our group was just 12 adults and 2 children. It’s wonderful to admire the city’s architecture from this elevated open air perspective. And the ride across the Golden Gate Bridge was a bit blustery but thrilling at the same time. The tour was wonderful and since we’d already been to SF before, we wanted to do something a bit different… and this was perfect. My only criticism would be that we couldn’t hear half the commentary and information from the guide while driving around in the traffic and across the blustery bridge due to surrounding noise.Other than that it was a fun 2 hours!

Lizzy Liu: Such a wonderful experience!

Nadia Pelletier: We loved our experience. The very dynamic and kind guide gave us a lot of information. We went to viewpoints frequented by locals. They are very kind to the children and give them a fireman's hat. A must-see

Kristin Wroblewski: Had a great experience on our tour of the city. Tour guides were fantastic. Would highly recommend for tourists.

Samantha Corera-Pinto: Had an excellent experience yesterday. The ride was primarily booked for my two kids but I guess we adults enjoyed it a lot more. Loved the fire truck Mac, Our two hosts the driver Captain John and guide Rani were simply awesome. Would give seven stars out of five if I could

DEBBIE WHITE: Fabulous time with life time friends

Lourdes Lopez: Recommendation

Loiis Llane: Awesome idea

Academy of Sciences Museum is insulated with Levi's blue jeans and the grass roof is mowed by sheep. Victorian homes were named after Queen Victoria who ruled for about 60 years. Interesting stuff we only could have learned by taking a tour with these folks. Thanks for the great tour.

Beatrice guevara: It is pretty easy to navigate the site, but having links or suggestions for other activities would be nice considering the number of activities is only 3-4 for the pass. We'll be in town for a whole week, so we're looking for other things to do to fill the time

Alan Rose-Anderson: Great opportunity to visit multiple places at a great price!

Kim S: . We chose the Zoo and Aquarium as our 2 other options, which were both nice! We bought a Muni 7 day pass

Tawayna Bell: Very easy to use the pass. Didn't like that the kid prices at some of the locations fell under the adult price for the pass, 12 to 13. Overall, a good value.

William Roberts: Keep the On Off Bus receipt to get on and off, I mistakenly thought I could use the City Pass,

Sara Dearinger: Amazon cost for families and groups.

Tricha Hornbeak: The City pass saved us ALOT of money! Highly recommend. Used the pass in Atlanta and NYC as well.
