Lin Yates: Lamps Plus is my go to, only to, lamp store. And other home decor items too. Patan Vahdat was terrifically helpful with lamp shade options including changing the color of the light bulbs. This made classic Stiffel lamps new and relevant again.
Robert Cortez: Unbelievable selection of light fixtures for the entire house. Their prices are also very competitive. We found many specials and ended up selecting a full set of kitchen lights. The service was also excellent. The gentleman was very enjoyable to work with. We totally recommend you stop by and give them a try.
Miss Holmes: Kathy Wang is the ONLY reason we buy exclusively from Lamps Plus. Knowledgeable, professional, focused and friendly, she has been able to fit us with numerous pieces over the years. We are approaching a major remodel and purchased 27 different lamps, chandeliers, sconces and fans this week after she showed us hundreds of options in store and online. She is a model of customer service and we just adore her!
carole meierer: Nice variety, priced well, good service
Julie Taylor: Payam is the very best at customer service! Wish all were like him! Smart, polite, helpful and when I had a switch, some thing that had already been shipped for another color he just made it so easy for me!
Joe Ellett: Went to LP to shop for a ceiling fan. Good selection, good prices, knowledgeable helpful staff. Bought fan, had it delivered with free shipping, arrived four days later.
Erik H: I ordered the lamp by phone and it was ready to pick up the next day!
Kimberly Naugle: The manager went above and beyond by assisting me with an open box internet purchase return by calling, printing a label and shipping the item for me so I didn’t have to find a FedEx store. Although I didn’t purchase anything from his store, he was so helpful, even recommended a place across the parking lot for quick, tasty Chinese food. While I waited for the return label to print, I wandered the store and was surprised by how big it is and the variety of options for all lighting, and ceiling fans as well as decorative items and furniture.Seeing the fixtures in person was a lot different than viewing them online where it can be difficult to determine size/scale or quality.Although it’s a 30 min drive for me, I will be back when I’m ready to upgrade our lighting.
Deborah Burstyn: Great quality for a great price. And nothing beats seeing the actual color, size and design elements of a fixture in person. Plus their knowledgeable helpful sales staff - Michael DuBois in Pleasant Hill is terrific - help you find the best choice for your needs. I recently bought a ceiling fan with LED light and the electrician who installed it was very impressed by how quiet the fan is, the sturdiness of the housing - no wobble - and the design of the blades. A superior experience compared to online sites or big box home stores.
James Martineau: Fast efficient staff.Good selection.
Sophia Martin: Jacqueline was awesome and a huge help! We are very happy with our beautiful lamps.
John Ritchie: Amazing service and selection.
arturo navarro: Good professional
J alino: Great staff and great selection of lighting stuff
Tristan B: Lamps!
Veopa Owens: Gorgeous 😍 beautiful 😻
Gary Gillard: Just got finished with lamps plus in Pleasant Hill Ca. Worked with Norin who is extremely professional and and expert in his field. I will return again and again and work with Norin. He gave us phenomenal service

Reo Francois: Good products
Jason Gates: Great Place! I’m so sad to hear this place is closing Permanently! It’s the Last Pottery Barn in the city what a disappointment.
Brian Obertone: I was looking for a large sectional couch online and by chance got to chat with Sasha, the assistant man., of the San Fran store. He was not only very knowledgeable about the product lines but he called me back immediately after I made a mistake in the design. He canceled the order and made sure the new one was 100% correct and was cordial the entire time. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that wants exceptional care.
MARTHA TORPEY: Of course my favorite expensive store.
Harold Mosby: I visit Chestnut Street whenever I'm in San Francisco visiting a friend. Pottery Barn is a few doors down from Le Marais, our favorite breakfast spot on Chestnut. After breakfast we'll walk to Pottery Barn to check things out. On our past visit we were looking to refurnish an apartment. We didn't ask for help, but noticed a young man moving around the store greeting visitors and making himself available. He looked awfully young, like maybe he was a college student collecting some extra hours. The following morning I realized that I had forgotten to take a picture of a white sofa we were interested in. We returned to the Pottery Barn again to check it out in greater detail. This time the same young man approached us and a conversation developed. We found out later he was actually Pottery Barn's General Manager. His name is Austin Stephenson. The questions we asked required a thorough knowledge of finishes, fabrics, lighting fixtures, sofas, chairs, end tables and lead times. Austin answered every question to our satisfaction without hesitation. We spent some time looking at images on the Design Center computer. It was a very positive experience. Austin printed out an estimate of the products we were interested in purchasing before we left. If you want to see, touch, feel and experience excellence in both products and presentation, and the way you're treated, the Pottery Barn on Chestnut delivers. If you see someone who looks too young to be on staff, that will probably be Austin. I'll include some photos of our visit. One, or more of them might feature Austin. He looks like he loves his job, his merchandise, his store and most importantly, his customers. We're fans.
Kelli McKinnon: Great visit hands down and I have to say the store hasn't been running very well In the last couple of years. Turns out they have a new manager and he's all for the people and service. It's soMuch more inviting! The employees are just on it it's incredible! The new general manager they have is definitely over qualified in my professional opinion but he's so good!!! The experience I just experienced was out of this world!! Great Way to turn it around pottery barn!
Ken Wong: 12-20-20:Open during the shelter in place! Very friendly workers! Thanks for being open and very diligent about safety.

Noe de la Cruz: I love coming to the store - great designs, price, quality. My one complaint is that the closing time feels too abrupt; they dont give 30 min heads up that the store is going to close instead they announce that the store has closed and employees dont want to help out if you have any outstanding questions. As a case in point, we went to buy a rug and says that there was two left in stock, we could not find them and when we asked for help they said stored is now closed. If Ikia staff is going to completely stop helping anyone at 8pm sharp, then Ikea should close their doors at 7pm-7:30pm or earlier to give enough time to go through the store for the last customers entering the store
Kan Fu: Same IKEA standard and quality and friendliness, and overall feels bigger and more spacious than the East Palo Alto store.
jose losa: A classic
Robert Birner: Swedish meatballs don't miss & The Gravy too!
Ty Dyce: Still great products and prices!
Deborah M: I have been going here since they first opened and have seen changes good and not so good. But I will always go here. This is my place. Some days you can fine helpful people , and then the are those that are rude . But like I said this is my store. My recent visit was great.
Hugo Pelland: What you expect from an IKEA! One new thing on my last visit that I particularly appreciated was the easy pickup after ordering online. I parked, texted, and the box arrived within 5 minutes to my car. It was quite late, a few minutes before closing, so not crowded at all, which probably helped...
Barbara S: Ordered online, had to return items and the return process was a snap, easy peasy.
Joseph Morris: Seems weird to come to a furniture store for dinner, but it's good!
