Lin Yates: Lamps Plus is my go to, only to, lamp store. And other home decor items too. Patan Vahdat was terrifically helpful with lamp shade options including changing the color of the light bulbs. This made classic Stiffel lamps new and relevant again.
Robert Cortez: Unbelievable selection of light fixtures for the entire house. Their prices are also very competitive. We found many specials and ended up selecting a full set of kitchen lights. The service was also excellent. The gentleman was very enjoyable to work with. We totally recommend you stop by and give them a try.
Miss Holmes: Kathy Wang is the ONLY reason we buy exclusively from Lamps Plus. Knowledgeable, professional, focused and friendly, she has been able to fit us with numerous pieces over the years. We are approaching a major remodel and purchased 27 different lamps, chandeliers, sconces and fans this week after she showed us hundreds of options in store and online. She is a model of customer service and we just adore her!

Although I didn’t purchase anything from his store, he was so helpful, even recommended a place across the parking lot for quick, tasty Chinese food.While I waited for the return label to print, I wandered the store and was surprised by how big it is and the variety of options for all lighting, and ceiling fans as well as decorative items and furniture.Seeing the fixtures in person was a lot different than viewing them online where it can be difficult to determine size/scale or quality.Although it’s a 30 min drive for me, I will be back when I’m ready to upgrade our lighting.
Deborah Burstyn: Great quality for a great price. And nothing beats seeing the actual color, size and design elements of a fixture in person. Plus their knowledgeable helpful sales staff - Michael DuBois in Pleasant Hill is terrific - help you find the best choice for your needs. I recently bought a ceiling fan with LED light and the electrician who installed it was very impressed by how quiet the fan is, the sturdiness of the housing - no wobble - and the design of the blades. A superior experience compared to online sites or big box home stores.

Alan Shirek (Alan): Best experience I have ever had at Best Buy. A Geek Squad member named Mike helped me deal with an older laptop that had died. I had gone in with the idea of replacing the old laptop. I bought a replacement with some advice from Mike. He worked with me for over an hour to begin to transfer as much data as he could from the old laptop to the new one. A really good experience.

Julia H: It's so nice to have a brick and mortar store to go and look around compare and get customer service for my items. They could use more help because I was waiting behind someone who was in the customer service line and there was no one at the register. However it wasn't terribly long until someone else came up and manned the register.
