Robin Heckenlively: Stellar fashion, well made and constructed clothing with a variety of price points. Zara is on point. Happy to have the WC store to rely on as backup to the SF locations.

Piper Lyons: This review is specifically for John who I was lucky enough to be helped by the other day. I came in looking for a specific dress in which my Zara app said was most likely out of stock. John was extremely helpful, patient and searched for about 30 minutes till he found me the last dress! Can’t say that about most associates these days. John definitely deserves a raise for all his hard work and amazing customer service. Thanks again John!!!
Delency Parham: One time only , was I not pleased with their customer service. Other couple times process went without a hitch. That one time I feel was the result of a lazy employee. But who knows what they were going through that day. I like to give the benefit of the doubt. For the most part. Really cool store.

Robert Hedric: One of my most favorite stores. Great variety, something for everyone. Super good prices and great sales. Clearance items are pretty terrific too! The building itself at 4th and Market in San Francisco has wonderful architecture. Having visited again on 6/18/23, things unfortunately have changed. Old Navy will be closing their Flagship Store on July 1st, 2023. A major loss for the city of San Francisco to be losing this beautiful, iconic store. There was a notable air of sadness amongst employees and customers alike.
