Piper Lyons: This review is specifically for John who I was lucky enough to be helped by the other day. I came in looking for a specific dress in which my Zara app said was most likely out of stock. John was extremely helpful, patient and searched for about 30 minutes till he found me the last dress! Can’t say that about most associates these days. John definitely deserves a raise for all his hard work and amazing customer service. Thanks again John!!!
Delency Parham: One time only , was I not pleased with their customer service. Other couple times process went without a hitch. That one time I feel was the result of a lazy employee. But who knows what they were going through that day. I like to give the benefit of the doubt. For the most part. Really cool store.

Ton T: The men’s store is literally separated from the women’s and children’s shop by two stores, and are not connected. Perhaps it’s the prevailing style trend but I didn’t see a lot of colors in the stores. A lot of blacks, greys, blues and some earth tones and pastels. The women’s store definitely looked like they had more attractive sales. Please add some seating for the non-shopping spouses.
Agustin Segura: is spacious. The prices are not cheap, on average, but this brand has its own style. The service was friendly and the wait for the purchase did not take long. It earned four stars.

I visited on Veteran's Day at about 1:00 pm and was fortunate to receive assistance from one of the most pleasant retail store members I've ever met. I'll definately return to shop with her again. Thoi Milton: Staffs are polite and helpful. I met the young lady who is very patient, helpful and talked on the phones with 2 other men staffs: Andrew and Brandon are very helpful, polite, too. My daughter and I definitely come back again.

When we were waiting, a gentleman came to us with some chocolates, different flavors. After a while, more champagne. That’s so attentive.We actually went to some other luxury brand stores the same day and the experience here is the best.

Katelyn was also very patient and nice. 3/8/22: Jocelyn Li is working here now, having moved over from Tiffany & Co. She's great! I bought myself a just released on 3/2/22 new color change pocket holder.
