Dolo Corp: All the staff are super helpful including Mario. The manager Steven was the best. He helped me through a tricky issue: the porting process completed but I couldn’t activate with the SIM card. I called the customer support 5+ times but he was able to fix the root cause.I wish AT&T has better validation logic, because the porting shouldn’t succeed if the IMEI is a dummy and I definitely put the right IMEI so I am unclear why there’s dummy IMEI attached to the eSIM card.
Alan Fox: The Att store on 16th street was great and helped me transfer all the info from one phone to another.I had originally bought phone at Costco and the manager Ed was horrible and lied to me about helping transfer info so went to 16th st.
Alexander Grossman: asked me what I needed, they found it on the shelf/in the drawer, and in ten minutes, I was out of the door with a brand new screen protector, installed PERFECTLY. And not only did they install it, they cleaned the hell outta my grimy iPhone 13! Looking spanking new! My new fave AT&T store!

Ron Chun: Fixed my daughter's Nintendo Switch. Front desk was professional, patience and thorough on possible causes and prices to repair it. Actual repair was different than expected and paid lower than what was quoted. Will come back again for sure.

Aaron Mischler: .Elite 2 controllers don’t exactly grow on trees, so I can’t imagine that they’ve seen many before - if any! - and thus I wasn’t exactly full of hope on the repair but it’s been a week or so now and it’s still working beautifully; if I understood correctly the controller’s motherboard overheated and melted, which I didn’t expect at all, as the controller had never really felt hot to the touch during use. 🤷♂️So, yeah, if you’ve got something pricey enough to warrant an attempted repair, give these folks a shot!

Calli B: George was so incredibly helpful and welcoming! After a stressful few days of having my phone pickpocketed and having to wait for the new one to be delivered, I went in when my new iPhone wasn’t connecting to my Verizon number. He was so knowledgeable and clearly excelled at his job, and he knew the exact process to get it connected to my Apple account and line number. Thanks George! You made my week!

Lexie Tillotson: The place was empty and there was zero hassle getting the PIN code I needed to port a phone number. My experience with Verizon has always been positive. I can't say the same for AT&T which, after decades of bad customer service, price hikes, and terrible tech support, led me to conclude that they are a criminal enterprise that profits from driving their customers crazy.

R “RR”: The store, the staff, shout out Rhonel, are all exceptional. One of my favorite things about the store isthey often do same day same hour service on iPhones, if you cracked the glass for example or damaged the camera. That speed of in-person service is a much better option for locals if you can’t afford to be without your phone for very long. So don’t hesitate to see them in person!While the store can be busy, they are well stocked with services for broken phones or if you’re looking for special inventory combinations. In that sense, this flagship store is one of the best if you’re looking for design variety and hardware options. On top of all of the services the retractable glass walls to create an open air experience is truly stunning and over looks Union Square. The area is heavily policed now and the store gets a lot of customers. Going in the morning or early afternoon tends to be less crowded.
