Li Wen: The friendliness of the team, their professionalism, their passion in horology as well as the team’s willingness to always go above and beyond, has made Tourbillon my favorite store to visit in the city.This is definitely a store you must visit whether you are shopping for your next watch, looking to try on new releases, or simply swinging by to chat about watches.Huge shoutout to Amy for helping me throughout the years in building my collection.

Aditya Nidmarti: The Seamaster Diver 300m had always been on my mind and I was waiting for the right opportunity to jump on it. I happened to be visiting SF and decided to walk into the Tourbillon boutique while strolling through Union Square. Daniel was extremely courteous and let me try on many pieces. Saw the one with the blue dial and I was in love. You know with any big purchase, you’ve never really made up your mind till you swipe the card. So I walked out thinking I’ll wait for a bit and maybe buy it when I’m back in NYC. Then I hopped on to a ferry to visit Alcatraz but my mind wouldn’t stop thinking about the watch. Since I was with my family who were visiting from India, I thought to myself that it might be a good opportunity to buy the watch in SF itself while I was with them. So I called up Daniel telling him I was ready and would come by the next day. Just like that, I walked in again. The buying process was top notch and this time Robert, a fine gentleman, also assisted. I walked out with the first watch I proudly bought for myself. If I ever have to purchase another watch manufactured by the Swatch group, Tourbillon SF would be my go to AD wherever in the world I happen to be in.

A K: This review is for the exceptional experience my wife and I had purchasing a speedy to celebrate a big career milestone by Ron and Robert.From start to finish, I felt valued and respected for my business. Ron went above and beyond explaining all the quirks and features behind the time piece and Robert was kind enough to give me a tour of all the other fantastic pieces they carried.At first I was, like many others, in the market for a Rolex- but after being treated like second class citizens at all the Rolex AD’s, I made the wise decision to not associate myself with that brand or give them my business.The history behind the speedmaster is amazing, and the experience we had purchasing this watch makes it mean that much more. I cannot wait to pass this along to my son in the future.Thank you, Ron and Robert for the wonderful experience and I hope to see you again soon.

Toni was very accommodating; showed us different pieces and noted down the models we were interested in. To my surprise, the very next week, she had one of the watches available for purchase and was able to source another watch within a month that my wife wanted. I couldn't be any happier ! By far the better of the two Rolex retailers in San Francisco.Since meeting sales professional Ruby towards the end of last year, she was able to help me get a hold of an Explorer 36 within a reasonable time horizon. She set clear expectations and was always a friendly presence during my visits.Subsequent to my purchase, i returned a week later in a walk-in visit half an hour before closing for a bracelet adjustment. Ian and Naomi helped me out with that. Fast and easy and no fuzz.Absymal treatment from other Rolex ADs had soured the brand for me in recent years, but my experience at the Tourneau boutique has gone a long way to rehabilitate that.Additional observations:- It's probably the best use of your SA's time and your own if you plan a visit via appointment.Exhibition professional models are readily available to try on.- One or two OP 41s spotted in the cases, persumably available for walk-in sales.
Kee Pao: I was in San Francisco for a conference and stopped by the Rolex Boutique. It was my first time there. Toni accommodated me and had me try on some pieces that I was interested in. I put my name down for a Yacht-Master 40 blue dial. She told me no promises but she'll try her best. 227 days later and I got "the call". When I was there picking up, they were turning people away. Although the store looked empty, they were extremely busy and only had two sales people working that day. My suggestion is to call ahead or make an appointment. They might not pander to you like other Rolex AD's but they will deliver! Toni is now my Rolex go-to person...

After one month, just before Christmas I received a call from Ruby as told me my watch as arrived. I was very happy and lucky because this model of Rolex is very rare. Dolo Corp: All the staff are super helpful including Mario. The manager Steven was the best. He helped me through a tricky issue: the porting process completed but I couldn’t activate with the SIM card. I called the customer support 5+ times but he was able to fix the root cause.I wish AT&T has better validation logic, because the porting shouldn’t succeed if the IMEI is a dummy and I definitely put the right IMEI so I am unclear why there’s dummy IMEI attached to the eSIM card.
Alan Fox: The Att store on 16th street was great and helped me transfer all the info from one phone to another.I had originally bought phone at Costco and the manager Ed was horrible and lied to me about helping transfer info so went to 16th st.
Alexander Grossman: asked me what I needed, they found it on the shelf/in the drawer, and in ten minutes, I was out of the door with a brand new screen protector, installed PERFECTLY. And not only did they install it, they cleaned the hell outta my grimy iPhone 13! Looking spanking new! My new fave AT&T store!

I can't say the same for AT&T which, after decades of bad customer service, price hikes, and terrible tech support, led me to conclude that they are a criminal enterprise that profits from driving their customers crazy.

Melissa Lau: Due to very negative experiences with a competitor I dreaded the process of getting a new phone. However, my experience at this Verizon Express could not have been more pleasant. Justin and Jared helped me through the process of selecting and ordering a phone and reviewing my plan. The best part is that they didn't pressure me to add new lines, upgrade or purchase services. They were honest with me and very helpful. We discussed things I might want to consider for and provided instructions on how I could transfer data to my new phone. I had zero issues and was very pleased with my experience here.
