Paul Schraeder: My stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The best customer service - thanks Antoine and staff! The hotel is central to everything and just three blocks from Chinatown so great food is just steps away.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …
Scott Bartels: Staff is nothing but perfect. Had sticker shock for the price of breakfast that was so so. And again when we got drinks at the bar 48$ for 2 drinks???????Rooms: FabulousNearby activities: About a mile and a half from most activities.Safety: I just feel safe until a Gaza protester came into the resturant
Thorsten Knoop: Location: 5/5
Pam C: Just stopped in to pick niece but this place looks AWESOME. Just walking around the main floor is stellar.Noteworthy details: Statues of all the music/rock stars that have stayed, including Beatles, Bowie, etc and a great statue outside of Tony Bennett
Tenzin Subhar: Amazing experience and exceptional front desk service, especially front desk manager Ashley, she was so helpful, kind and though. When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful, very clean and the location was close to everything especially the cable cars. Loved it here and will definitely visit again.

Afton Crewes: I truly can't say enough great things about Hotel Nikko. I've traveled over the world and have never had the level of customer service my family and I received at Hotel Nikko. Every member of the staff was so polite, attentive, and anticipated our needs before I could even ask. The check-in was beyond smooth and went over helpful information. There was never a long wait for our car with valet and they even gave great advice for nearby attractions. My 2 yr old son was always treated with such care and patience and loved this hotel so much. He was provided with his own bed, stuffed animal, and even Hotel Nikko coloring book with crayons. Even the TVs had Chromecast so we could project our shows on a larger screen. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're traveling for business or with family.Rooms: Excellent views, very comfy bed, welcoming environment, no outside noiseWalkability: Plenty of good shopping and restaurants nearby.
Kevin West: Security is also goodThe hotel staff are also very friendly and kind. Since it has been renovated, the water area is clean and I had a comfortable stay during my trip. When staying on the club floor, breakfast and welcome drinks are also free. The hotel is also conveniently located in the heart of the downtown area, with easy access to Union Square and the trolley stop. Although the hotel has excellent security, it is best to avoid wandering around the area at night.
モッツァレラチー介: .It was quite big and covered in dust, so I got the feeling that the previous guests hadn't even used it.However, the front staff and cleaning staff are very nice and serve customers with a smile. I'm grateful for that alone. The location is also quite good and I think it's easy to use for traveling.
Ethan Denny: Truly exceptional hotel with exceptionally service - some of the best I’ve ever encountered anywhere, from checking in to the evening turn down service. I had a room on one of the imperial floors which was a bit of a larger room and was very comfortable with a great view; quiet at night. Everything was modern and clean. Just a very enjoyable stay. My only regret was I was there for one night. I won’t hesitate to make this my go-to hotel when I travel to San Fran.
ana m: The location was perfect for sightseeing as it was within walking distance to Union Square and restaurants, and close to public transportation.Nearby activities: The tram stop was within walking distance.

Neil V: It's a massive hotel conveniently located near all the popular attractions, including Pier 39 and the Golden Gate. Rooms are decent, but wifi isn't free. It's about $14.99/day for non-members but $1/day for Marriott members. The Roof top bar on the 39th floor was amazing. Also, if you want to save some money then don't buy food or drink from the hotel as they could be expensive. There is Target supermarket just across the road.Rooms: The room was serviced daily and was very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower isn't that great, though.Nearby activities: San Francisco shopping mall, Target, Star Bucks, Super Burgers, Sales Force Tower. Macy's, Cheesecake Factory

Jessie Stackhouse: Robert and the team at The Phoenix SF were extremely helpful to me today. I've stayed with this group a number of times in Austin as well and every experience is a 10 out of 10. It really means so much when service is above and beyond like this. Thank you and I can't wait to visit soon. Thank you!Service: 5/5 …
Tina Willits: This hotel is awesome! Such cool decor and the location is close to everything. Yes there are homeless people in the neighborhood, not an issue for us at all. Not one homeless person approached us or asked us for anything. The staff were chill and we felt totally safe parking our rental car in the attached lot. We would definitely return!!!!Rooms: Super cool decor in the rooms, the lobby and in the pool area.
Patrick: The rooms were totally awesome. Very retro and chic, but still a comfortable and safe feeling. Loved the classic rock posters and magazines in the room. I didn't go in the pool, but it's certainly a beautiful spot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The overall property and our room was very clean. One star less, for the pretentious front desk guy, who thought he was better than me, because I asked if the walk to the Warfield was sketchy or not.Be prepared for $100 deposit and $25 parking..It's definitely an oasis of awesome in a concrete jungle of homeless and crazy people.I would definitely stay here again.
Ashley: Such a fabulous space! I came here for the New Years event and I had the best time! It was so fun exploring both indoor and outdoor! Everything is fun, tastefully designed and quirky! The DJ was outstanding and the vibes in the crowd were immaculate. I would definitely come here for any future events and would consider staying at this hotel if I had a need in the future. The surrounding neighborhood is rough, but it is what it is. I love this place
Magnus Pacificus: Great history and vibe, but the neighborhood needs cleaning up big time, it's a war zone outside. City councilman Dean Preston wants to buy this property for sheltering the homeless. Terrible idea. Drugs are the problem, so don't enable them. Find another location, Dean, heck there's always Alamo Square next to your house. Let's keep this hotel going and give them their life back by making the streets safer.
Robyn M: , and Sam were so incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely would return again. Not in the greatest of areas but there is a great pizza place nearby.

Leah Glavan: Great hotel, staff are super helpful with navigating the area and using public transportation. Took yellow BART line from SFO, hotel is just a block away. Close to Union Square and Chinatown. Booked through Travelzoo. No restaurant in the hotel currently 6/2024, but one opening soon. Lots of food places nearby. Fridge in room, coffee and tea too. Sipping hour with local wine & gin martinis, 5-6 pm. Tea & coffee available in lobby until 11 am. Elevator usually open and waiting on 1st floor which is convenient.
Steven Mejia: The room was adequate for the price of around $200 a night. Located near shopping and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Lloyd Tobias: Downtown San Francisco great updated renovation. Nice comfortable rooms with a hint of nostalgic remnant.Walkability: Great restaurants and shopping in business district.
Tamara Davis: My teenage daughter LOVED this place. It's a whole vibe!!! The rooms are a bit small though. Our flight and hotel reservation didn't line up so we needed to stay here one night. They were very accommodating and friendly. They stored our bags while we waited for our other hotel to be ready.Hindsight it would have been just as nice to stay here for our entire trip.Nearby activities: Close to everything no rental car needed.Walkability: Close to everything no rental car needed. Valet parking is expensive.Noteworthy details: Beautiful Art. Free wine and Marti happy hour daily
Lauren Matthies: , but everything else was delightful. We were able to check in early and the friendly front staff also held our bags after check out. The evening happy hour and the water bottles in the room were lovely amenities. There is a nice fitness
Macit Ege Ercan: I just can’t get over paying more than $60 a night for parking.
Sara Cooksey: I've stayed in many hotels while visiting San Francisco for business and personal trips. Galleria Park Hotel is my favorite. The staff were genuinely friendly and kind. The room was comfortable! The hotel has great amenities - in room espresso, refillable water bottles, coffee and tea in the morning, wine and cocktails in the evening, printing services, the garden terrace. The location is great - with plenty of restaurant options near by. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book here again when I return!
Radwan Ktesh: I stayed in this hotel for a couple time. No wonder why I keep going back. The fact that the building build in 1911 it’s just amazing and the vibes of the building and the warmth it feels like home The lobby is beautiful the staff is very welcoming and helpful . My room is perfect the location is absolutely great and near to everything in walking distance, and if you stay here don’t forget the sipping our between 5 and 6 pm they offer red and white wine and the shocking fact this is where the martini 🍸 is invented!!! So they offer martinis and tell you the story about how it’s invented in the basement.I had great experience in this hotel and will be back again for sure

Katarina Stewart: We stayed here for a weekend conference, and had the best time! From the moment we pulled up to the building, the staff was phenomenal! They were so kind, professional and attentive, and went above and beyond to give us a great time! The room was beautiful, and the cleaning staff was amazing- you could tell they took pride in their job with all the small details they left behind. Also this was such a great location! All in all, I highly recommend staying here for your trip to San Fran. I felt so pampered and cared for! Loved it!
Andrea Clayton: Was travelling to stay with my best friend to catchup and she had to cancel. St Regis took care to help me get a late check in, book High Tea, book a nail salon - true old world service. I then needed a late check out which they accomodated and also got to enjoy a free champagne in the salon before catching my Uber to the airport! My only dissapointment is other St Regis properties have underfloor heating in the bathrooms - which is such a nice touch! Wish they had at SFO Regis.
Coach Karl: 6pm Sabraģe @ the St Regis lobby bar is a experience befitting royalty.SABRAĢE is 6pm daily#liveexquiste#StRegisSFNearby activities: M0MA & METREON Plaza /Mall are both Meters awaySafety: Safe for friends, family & allNot an area that is impoverished or neglected like the tenderloinWalkability: From M0MA to the Mall this neighborhood is only meters from delightful endeavorsFood & drinks: The Bar is a primarily Cocktail program yet offers a Waygu steak plate & BurgersNot for the faint of cost/price.WORTH THE TIME/ EXPERIENCE.
Pooja Tejani: Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet
Evlyn Liu: My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the SF St. Regis Hotel bar and lounge area! The bartenders and servers were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every moment was enjoyable. However, the standout was the manager, Mandeep, whose excellent service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for their top-notch service and ambiance.
Daniel Mason: Amazing, amazing, amazing. I had never stayed in a hotel like this and my girlfriend and I went for Christmas and to say we were blown away would be an understatement. The rooms, the service, the restaurant, all amazing. I don't usually care for hotel food, but it was actually something I would eat, even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. Everything about this hotel, from the rooms to the slippers they gave us, everything screams luxury and relaxation. It was amazing.
