Charbel Moubarak: .

Elisa Cavaliere: was delicious and they have a VERY good happy hour from 4-6 with half off food and drinks. Pretty much this place is fantastic and you should 100% stay here! Oh yeah and EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, the Bed and Pillows were like sleeping on clouds! We slept like babies and woke up so rested! 10/10 stay here !

Antony Savvas: A very pleasant three night stay, a very welcoming reception, a well pointed room for chargers, good air con if u need it, perfect location for piers and alcatraz trips, and trams, walking distance to metro, nice pastries and coffee served in the morning as part of your stay, and integrated with the popular Perry's restaurant which has a very varied all-day menu.

Heather: tub, but has very little natural light. The hotel is cute and located in a good area, a short walk from the Ferry Building Market and the Embarcadero BART station. As others have mentioned, there is a $20 "amenity fee" payable directly to the hotel no matter who you book with, which they justify saying it pays for WIFI

Terry WC: Decent restaurant a bit pricey

Charlotte Jupp: Rooms: Functional and clean.Nearby activities: Nice hotel bar. Good location for a lot of the sights. Convenient for Powell Street and the trams.Safety: Safe enough for San Francisco. Busy area.Walkability: Can walk to a lot of locations and central.Food & drinks: Nice rooftop bar for drinks. Didn't eat food.

Leonardo Garcia: The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop bar. The rooms are old and worn out. As usual in San Francisco, it's too expensive for a terrible experience.Rooms: Terrible. Very old and worn out.

Gustavo Nadais: Region with a lot of drug addicts, which makes it scary to go out. But the hotel is still pretty cool.Rooms: Rooms ok, I expected more for the price. But OK.Safety: Hotel security, especially at night or on busier days, is good, but they are very rude. American profile. The streets around are full of drug addicts and homeless people, it's terrible.

Marco Polo: 2 blocks up on Sutter Street, great breakfast. Very good prices.

Elena Belgum (Count Talkula): This place is enormous, I forgot how big it was and that I had gotten lost there more than once. Tower one has 40 or more floors, reception areas huge and has a great but expensive store/ Deli which I think is open 24 hours. Security can be overly Vigilant and rude but considering the location and current situation and the fact that people are sleeping there, it's to be expected. If you are visiting somebody here have their room number and last name and it doesn't hurt to have picture ID and have them call them or come meet you in the lobby or leave a message at the front desk or something like that or you may not get in. The prices are more than double the last time I've been there, I don't know if there was a convention in town or that's just the current pricing or the person I know just didn't have any discounts, but this is definitely not a budget location. They also have A well-stocked gift shop, although I don't think I would rely on it for gifts for any kind of special occasion it's closer to an airport convenience store. They also have a couple of restaurants and bars, pool, hot tub, convention facilities, office equipment, 24/7 room service and maid service etcRooms: I've only seen standard rooms here. They are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are nice and well stocked and I believe most if not all of the rooms have balconies.Nearby activities: Great location near Union Square and the Theater District also near the tenderloin, so don't leave anything in your car if you park here. I wouldn't even leave your car outside of their parking lot or it may not be there when you get back. SF does not have a ton of 24-hour activities and businesses like it used to but if you're going to find them it'll be near that hotel.Safety: Don't walk around this neighborhood altered alone or you are likely to be targeted for robbery or something similar. I would not leave my car there overnight if it was nice and definitely not if it had anything inside . Great for shopping but don't leave any valuables unattended. Great for bars and restaurants but a pricey area, better deals available within a mile or less.Walkability: Almost all of San Francisco is extremely walkable, the tenderloin is much dirtier than it used to be and it's not advisable to walk in anything other than closed-toed shoes and not provocatively dressed unless you like a whole lot of attention. Also keep your wallet hidden and be friendly but not overly friendly if it's late at night. You can see Union Square from a street performers, Broadway level theater, a lot of bars and restaurants and shopping and cable cars, Market street, the ferry building, the Embarcadero, Grace Cathedral and a lot of other great sites and stuff to do within easy walking distance although you might run into a lot of hills.Food & drinks: Available 24/7 at the hotel but very pricey. Available in the area also very pricey, again go to the tenderloin for better prices but keep your wits about you and hide your money. I would recommend going up to Polk street for Napoli Pizza, and other great restaurants and bars for a younger, "hipper" crowd at a lower price than the Union Square area, you'll be passing through the tenderloin to get there which is possibly too Hip for most people and much lower pricing unless you're buying drugs or ice cream. LolNoteworthy details: Most likely the largest hotel in the city, great location, clean professional Etc but much higher pricing than other smaller and possibly more fun hotels which may not offer the same amenities or hours.

Klaus Zeiler: Top location, nice rooms, good breakfast. One tip. Bayview room unnecessary, you don't see much. City view on the upper floor is much better.Nearby activities: Fisherman's Wharf just around the corner, cable car - terminus too. Locals, shops

Alexandra Gaevsky: Hotel Service was very friendly! 🏨🛎️My room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. They also offer fresh cucumber water at the front lobby. Very cool! 🚰🥒Food & drinks: The lobby has a Fusion Restaurant! You can also buy snacks from the hotel before heading to your room. Get the cookies! 😉🍪✨

Griselda Vidrio: It was hard to find as both of our phones GPS were sending us to a different place. Once we located all was great. We got suggestions from front desk service personel as to where to go and do around. The area was beautiful, so close walking distance to wharf and other places. Clean rooms , very helpful personnel good breakfast.Rooms: Clean, 2 full size bedrooms. Hair dryer, iron plus ironing board available in room.Nearby activities: Fisherman's wharf tour trips, restaurants, park.Safety: I thought it was safe during day, i did not see any vandalism or unhoused people around..Walkability: Walking distance to a lot of things to do.Food & drinks: Restaurants available with walking distance.

DJNJD 6: Very professional, friendly, and helpful front desk staff. I was made to feel like they cared about my loyalty to IHG, and they got me into my room immediately, 2 hours before check-in without trying to gouge me like the Holiday Inn Golden gate does. The room is what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express; clean, updated, and cozy. The location is great! A very short walk to the water.

Jack Nesser: A little unhappy that they charged me 35 for being an hour and a half early however they did give me an opportunity to check bags. Otherwise everything good, location, breakfast and concierge desk. rooms cleanWalkability: Close to pier 39Shops and restaurants walking distance

Cinira Ribeiro: Great location close to Pier 39 where there are good restaurants, in addition to tourism services being strategically nearby.Impeccable services at the hotel, attentive staff and the conscierge Katarina made the difference in the tour directions.Comfort, cleanliness and a hearty breakfast are part of the package 😉

강민경: The hotel lobby was not large, but it was clean, the room was well organized, clean, quiet, and nice. If you leave the hotel and turn right, the above-ground subway goes right away and it was convenient to see the city.Safety: The area around the hotel was clean and safe.

Caleb Longest: Friendly staff, clean hotel, and a convenient location. Plenty of parking in the garage. The view from our room was phenomenal.

Rich Jolly: This is our go-to hotel for San Francisco. We just drive there and leave our car in the parking garage. It is centrally located to so many of the sites and attractions that we come to enjoy. The staff are top-notch and accommodating to anything that we may need. There is a restaurant as well as grab and go right in the lobby of the hotel. There are also a lot of vending machines including a CVS vending machine! The rooms are clean and comfortable with great views. The elevators are equipped with technology that only allow you to go to the floor that your room key is set for. I always feel safe with my family here. All in all it is a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone staying in San Francisco.

krishna: Outstanding and safe hotel.Nothing to worry about your car.I liked the car entrance and exit process. no other person can’t access the parking lot and easy way to reach your hotel. Totally worthy hotel in sfo with affordable price.Safety: Safe and secure the parking lot.Awesome building plans.

Jerry Schnieder: Such a great hotel, we will definitely return. Helpful staff, and what a view!On our second visit, it was just as amazing of a stay. Filtered water in the workout room on floor 6!Rooms: We loved our room!Nearby activities: Right next to the California cable car line!

Leonardo Acioli: Great hotel! Clean and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Jixi Fox: that was impressive, the artwork was great, 6 elevators, amazing cleaning staff, pool, self washing machine and dryer

Hamad Nasar: Best Hotel I have stayed so far in the US.Usually Iam not writing Reviews but this Hotel truly deserves it. Friendly Staff, especially the Lady in the Club Lounge. Spacious room, everything you need including a small kitchen. Room was clean. Whirlpool was a Blessing after a long-haul Flight and Not to forget the free Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available on the 15th Floor. Free Filter Water in Lobby another Plus. Location is perfect, Union square just a few mins Walking away. Will come again for sure when in SFO again.

david johnson: This place was a real surprise! Great hotel, downtown, close to everything! Big rooms, clean, excellent staff, nice sauna and Jacuzzi, great rooftop sitting area with a view! Very safe, in house parking availableHighly recommend the Donatello and will stay there again! As good as any hotel for the money! VALUE

Michael Niels Rasmussen: and many other activities.**Arrival and Parking**When we arrived we were greeted by a valet who took the car and our luggage. Everything was driven up to our room while the car was safely parked. Parking is $50 per car. day, which is worth mentioning.**Check in**The check-in process only took 2-3 minutes and was incredibly easy. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially Carlos who gave us a warm and thorough introduction.**Facilities**The hotel offers a range of facilities including a spa, fitness center and restaurant. There is also free coffee and tea in the rooms which was a nice extra service.**Rooms**The rooms were large and spacious with a great view of San Francisco. Although the windows weren't very well insulated and a little noise from the city got in, it wasn't enough to disturb our stay.**Service**The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile and a cheeky remark, which really added to the hotel's charming atmosphere. All in all, our stay at The Donatello was a wonderful experience. The hotel's charm, excellent location and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco.Rooms: Large and spaciousNearby activities: Shopping, the streetcar, Pier 39/harbor, theaters, restaurants, Alcatrez, China Town, Salesforce floating gardens.Safety: There is staff on duty 24 hours a day and full control of securityFood & drinks: Food is not included, but there are endless dining options in the area and a restaurant in hotels

Aida Ghidey: Cute little hotel with friendly staff. The Jacuzzi is on the small side where 4 people will make it crowded. It has a view from the terrace and a coffee room. Walking distance to Union Square and galleries. Restaurants nearby are on the pricey side, but a few blocks from Hallal Guys which is reasonably priced for the city. Has parking for a few. Would recommend it.Walkability: Pretty safe area, but not far from Tenderloin where it's not recommended.

Stosh Kowalski: Great place to stay in the heart of downtown and right near Union Square. Many Airbnbs inside, and the building is run like a posh hotel - complete great rooms, bar, gym and security - but at a lower price. Close to everything you need downtown including good restaurants and pubs, museums, shopping and the BART. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My go-to when I have business trips to San Fran.

Jonathan Maye-Hobbs (MrStaycation): did not seem organized, aware, nor helpful. The lobby orientation/layout is a bit unusual & elevators are very in-your-face. Cleaning standards are exceptional. This felt like an elevated experience walking through the building.ROOMhttps://youtu.be/Ldb5zY95vksVery spacious, aromatic, & well-lit.A modern design with a luxury feel to it, reminiscent of that old-world glamour but not at all stiff. Functional windows get so much natural light during golden hour. The workspace fell short in ergonomics , nevertheless it was an inspiring space. Storage was generous & the room was very clean.BEDHEAVENLY!!!You sink in this one & just never want to get up. Surrounded by an excellent brand of pillows & linens.Simply wow!BATHSmall bath space with a toilet of dread. These low toilets are a bane. The rest of the installations are more than satisfactory.Bath products

Grace: 👍👍

Ads: One thing that did really bug me about this hotel is that they do really leave you hanging outside for ages waiting for you to get in and there's a pretty rough and questionable territory outside. The staff weren't super approachable, seem standoffish and I was never made aware of all the additional fees they tack on when you check in.That being said, clean and modern rooms with plenty of amenities in a quiet and comfortable space is all you need when doing a short trip to the city and need a place to crash when on a budget.Gym is small but certainly does the job, they make good logistical operations with the small area for sure.

Mariana Fernandez: Super central location in SF, it is close to Soma and many museums as well as connection to all public transportation. The entire hotel is clean and the rooms are very modern. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom is open inside the same room, so I don't recommend sharing the room. For price and amenities it is worth it. Its biggest disadvantage is that it is located in an area with a lot of homeless. Having said this, when I read the reviews it was scary, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. I didn't feel unsafe even though I didn't walk around the area after 8. But I did think the situation was worse.Rooms: Simple and comfortable

Sierra Foxtrot: A good hotel with attentive and friendly staff. It has a central location due to its proximity to a large shopping center. From here you can explore San Francisco on foot. The modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows through which you have a good view. There is a luggage storage service for all guests who arrive early or wish to leave in the evening.

Q Wer: comfy, low-anxiety, memorable, & smooth. :

Jarred Capellman: Hands down the best hotel in the world. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last year going to various events in San Francisco. The location is perfect to get around to everything we goto. The rooms have always been super clean, large and luxurious. You really can't beat the floor to glass ceiling views of the bay.The staff has always been courteous even when we have checked in at midnight. The buffet breakfast is also the best breakfast, lots of keto options.Walkability: Giants stadium, Warriors Stadium, Ferry Building and SF Symphony are all within walking distance. Not to mention Enterprise Brewery, Rize Up Bakery and Black Hammer Brewery.

Hortencia Mayorga: Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

James Gilbert: Had the great pleasure of staying in a room with Club lounge access for 4 nights recently with a 20th floor view of seismic proportions. A true treat. Luis and the rest of the lounge staff were as one would hope - helpful, attentive, and great to interact with. The food and beverages were of excellent quality, and the views also from the lounge and the patio were terrific. Do not hesitate to stay here, especially if you opt for the Club lounge. The location can be dicey but that's basically the entire city. So, be a little cautious but do still come.

Lynda Mendoza: Keven welcomed me and checked me in even though it was only 2:30pm. He was so attentive and made sure to accommodate me knowing I was having surgery the next morning at UCSF 6am. My room was cozy and quiet to allow me to rest and prepare for my early morning departure. The hotel is located so close to many restaurants and stores. I will definitely be visiting San Francisco again and stay at Abri Hotel to enjoy all the amenities that surround the hotel.😊Safety: Lobby doors monitored by the front desk. Someone always thereWalkability: Trolly station less than half a block from hotelFood & drinks: Great Steak houses, Sushi, Pho, Chinese, Salads and Soups.

Bernd Katzer: Room a bit small but very clean. Central locationWalkability: Union Square around the cornerFood & drinks: No breakfast, but coffee machine in the room

JC Powers: Such a wonderful experience, there were some initial hiccups when I first came, and I spoke with management about it and not only did they own. What was my issue? They upgraded my room and made me feel extremely valued. I will stay here again and again excellent to all of the staff and management.

Duyen Jorundson: Conveniently located in the heart of downtown—Union Square so super easy to get around by foot. Rooms were on the older side but with some good paint and kept clean it was nice. Our TV in the living room didn’t work at all but we never used it, we only found out from curiosity. Not sure if windows were thin but could hear lots of traffic noise from the living room side early morning. Otherwise hotel staff were all very nice and helpful! Pricing was fair, Walgreens just at the corner so super convenient for snacks, lots of cafes & restaurants within a 1-2 block radius.

Edita Erovic: Stayed at Hotel Abri for three nights while visiting San Francisco. I like how close it is to the trolley at Market and Powell as well as the BART and city buses. The staff was very kind and the accommodations were comfortable. We had a room right on Ellis street and fair warning it is very loud especially on Saturday night with people revving car engines, drunk people laughing and yelling, and trucks crunching garbage and recycling. If you’re a light sleeper request an inside room so you’re not right against the street. They’re very eco friendly and only replace towels if you ask. We just needed the trash taken out and they accommodated us. I also wish the room had a microwave to heat up kids’ milk and warm leftovers but it wasn’t a big deal. Friendly staff, excellent location, and comfortable accommodations. Would stay here again.

Leslie Dugger: but our stay was quite comfortable. The location is close where we needed to be. While it is very close to the tenderloin, the area is not affected by that. We plan to return soon.Rooms: Our room was very clean and comfortable. We like that it is a green hotel so there is little waste

Pamibaga: I visit from Seattle often. This location is gonna be my No1 from now on. The streets are a lot cleaner around here, and you're 2 mins walking distance of lotta restaurants, bars, parks and museums. The receptionist Erik was top notch and very professional during my entire stay. Also the toilets have bidets that have temperature control.

Sonimar Silva: Great location. Tons of stores and restaurants walking distance.Rooms: Super comfortable.Walkability: Close to restaurants and stores.

Andrew Tan: The boutique hotel is freely accessible on Lombard St. It has a cosy indoor and outdoor lobby area with a small cafe-cum-convenience store for fast food. The rooms are well designed and spacious. The wifi and tv reception are perfect. On the 4th floor, there is an outdoor area to relax as well. The counter staff are cheerful and very helpful. Great place to be indeed.

Kurt T: Very nice place to stay. This place has character. Rooms a little smaller but nice layout with style.Service was excellent from all staff. Staff were always helpful, professional, friendly, and informative!I really loved the roof top terraces. You have a beautiful view of San Francisco.Hotel is in Marina District with plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby in walking distance. Loved Mel’s diner.Definitely will be coming back!!!

Chris Olsen: Very unique place but I really enjoyed it!! So many cozy patios with fire pits to relax and enjoy the city views. Tucked away in a nice area and secure. Even though this hotel doesn’t have its own breakfast or dinner restaurant there’s plenty around. Everything was modern even the high tech toilets.I’ll certainly stay here again on my next trip

Sally: what the name of the person that helped us and they shared with me that it was in fact, Farid!!! This is a great example how one fantastic staff person who is committed to doing a great job can make your customer experience shine. We will be back and it will be because Farid went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable at every turn.Rooms: So fresh and so clean!!Nearby activities: Again.Safety: We felt very safe.Walkability: There are literally a million businesses, restaurants, bodegas, tourist attractions within walking distance.Food & drinks: See above.

Pau Céspedes V.: Hotel highlights Quiet

Dustin Keast: I needed to charge my Onewheel and the gentleman working the front desk was very kind in allowing me to do so. I relaxed by the fire pit while my board charged for 30 mins. This was extremely refreshing in a city like San Francisco where an act of kindness like that is unfortunately a rare occurrence.

C. Beth: We really liked it here. We were able to park our car in the small parking garage. When we checked in, the gentleman at the reception took extra time to explain to us where we shouldn't go, what we could experience and where, and examples of how we could spend our 1.5 days in San Francisco. We also received a free room upgrade so that we each had our own large bed. The room was clean and you could see the Golden Gate Bridge from the window. The hotel is on a major street, but you didn't hear much traffic. Bus stops were right next to the hotel and you could quickly get to the harbor. It's just a shame that there is no breakfast. But you have enough options in the area or you can buy something beforehand. If you have chilled food, you should have a cool box with you as there is no fridge in the room.Rooms: View of part of the Golden Gate Bridge, TV, comfortable beds, coffee maker, bathroom with shower and bathtub, cleanWalkability: We were even able to walk to Japantown after about half an hour. Continuing straight on the road you would have come to the water. Otherwise there are bus stops directly at the hotel.

Julia Goncharenko: Highly recommended!Pros:1. Great location: all major places of interest are within the walking distance2. Safe neighbourhood with good restaurants, bars and cafes3. Clean and cozy room4. Reasonable price5. Underground parkingCons:Nothing

Anna Firsova: We love staying at Chelsea inn, it's always very clean and free underground parking is perfect!

Joseph D Kittle: Kind and hard working staff. They were very good about follow up on a company billing question.Safety: The area is much safer than years past. Neighborhood on the way upWalkability: PLenty of coffee shops, breakfast places. Upscale cocktail bars. All within a block or two

g2g Brb: Chelsea Inn offers a comfort and an excellent location at a great value. The underground parking had about 12 or more spaces, and is secured with an electronic gate where I was safe parking for my entire stay. You will be located on Lombard Street, which is in walking distance to the historic end of Lombard street which is a MUST SEE. Also only a block from Chestnut St where the Apple Store is located amidst many restaurant and shopping options. It was also convenient to get to the wharf, golden gate, and financial district by Uber. Spacious rooms. You may need to request a fridge, as my room didn't have one. Very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay again!

Melissa Hameier: Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms were a bit worn but the bed was incredibly cozy, shower was fantastic and it was really fun to have a record player in the room. Valet parking was an astronomical rate, especially when we didn’t realize our pickup was considered an oversized vehicle and billed $90/night plus fees rather than the $70 we had been told.

Frances Palomata: Recently stayed at Kimpton Alton and it was truly exceptional! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They truly pay attention to the needs of their customers, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish!Special shoutout to Clifford for his outstanding service. He left us a lasting impression with his genuine care for guests’ satisfaction. Loved that the hotel is kid and dog-friendly, with thoughtful amenities for both and I must say the food at Abaca restaurant was delicious, with every dish expertly prepared. Overall, a memorable stay and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Walter Williams: Great location, rooms were small. One microwave per floor. Beds not the best qaulity..AC was super loudNearby activities: Close to all wharf activities and China townWalkability: Walk or Uber scooter ..everywhere in the area.

Brad Knoles: . I was hesitant to stay in "touristy" wharf area, but the location was spot on and felt a little safer at night while SF works out some of the post-Covid kinks in the Union area and elsewhere, if you know what I mean.

Gail Walker: I wished I had a microwave in my room.Rooms: The carpet had a large stain.Food & drinks: The menu didn't offer food to my liking.

Liam Batanides: My girlfriend and I had a great weekend here! Service was stellar, the rooms were very clean and the vibes were very cool and exciting! Christina Schultz: This hotel is in a more quiet neighbor which I felt very comfortable walking around by myself. It's within walking distance from several more touristy areas and very close to a variety of food options.Regarding the hotel itself, I was upgraded from a King bedroom to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy with great pillows. The complementary breakfast is basic continental breakfast which is set up as a "grab-n-go" station next to the check in desk. It was super nice they had coffee and drinks available in the lobby all day.

Julie Ward: We visit San Francisco quite a bit, and have stayed all over the City, but we keep coming back to Hotel Del Sol. Our kids loved it when they were little and we love it just as much now that they're in college and we're on our own. It's bright, cheerful, comfortable and clean. The staff is excellent, very welcoming. The gated courtyard and secure parking makes it feel cozy and safe, even though the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I loved sitting near the pool in the morning with my coffee and chatting with other guests around the firepit at night. You really can't beat the location-so many great restaurants, shops & bars a short walk away, as well as the beautiful Presidio Tunnel Tops park. We loved wandering around the neighborhood, finding our favorite corner store to buy wine & snacks and stopping by a great old-school bar next to the Presidio to watch a Giants game. Hotel Del Sol is a fantastic home base in SF!

Very fair price-quality ratio, helpful staff and all necessary inventory.Walkability: Cable car station as well as BART and Muni lines at Powell Street / Market Street; union square and a lot of diners, restaurants nearby.

fredrik persson: . The sink was not in the bathroom but just outside. The finish of the room was a bit rough and did have a somewhat unpleasant smell. But minor things in a overall positive stay.We did not experience any disturbing sounds from the street, but from the floor above us.Safety: The building had a security officer present in the lobby during most of our stay. There were also storage lockers. Pretty small though so only suitable for a backpack or two and not luggage.Walkability: The building is located just outside of the famous Tenderloin district. Taking a turn around the corner will immediately present an increased number of "exposed" individuals. We did not feel "not safe", but just something to be aware of.Food & drinks: Being close to Union Square, there are lots of options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can walk to China Town in just a few minutes, or have a good Thai or Pizza on the way.

FLOR MARIA: Hotel highlights Great view

Michael Mrizek (Mig): Really really good place to stay if you have all day events at Moscone. Efficient rooms with bed and bathroom. Very comfortable to sleep or take quick meetings at. Small lounge area and lobby are comfortable but can fill up quickly if a lot of people are staying there. If you enjoy lounging around a hotel room for large portions of your stay, this place is probably not for you.Like all cities in the US, the homelessness crisis is making things difficult for a lot of business so I do not hold it against Sonder. The hotel itself felt very safe, and the streets are generally safe as long as you don’t go too deep into the Tenderloin in the evenings or nights.Walkability: Only a few blocks away from all major transit for the city and a 10 minute walk to Moscone with plenty of coffee shops on the route.Food & drinks: Loads of food in near by Chinatown and around Moscone.

珍珠沒有奶茶: An accommodation with extremely high CP valueVery clean and welcoming placeIt is very close to Powell Street Station, about a 5-minute walk. There is also a 24hrs burger restaurant Carl’s Jr. nearby.

Macu Valenzuela: Very very goodNearby activities: Very close to metro stations, MOMA, Financial District, you can walk to the pier andSafety: Very goodWalkability: Very close to metro stations

Carolina Maidana: The place is clean, nice and located in the center. It has a common kitchen to heat food and coffee, tea and water are available all dayThe rooms are not cleaned during the stay but there are towels available to change in the laundry areaQuiet room, super comfortable beds, excellent wifiThe area is only ugly at night because there are a large number of drugged people on the street. There are markets nearby. You must check online before arriving because you have to enter data, SMS arrives, facial recognition, etc. but with time before arriving ready, the keys arrive to be able to enter the hotel and roomRooms: Super girls, there is no room.

Stephanie Gossett: Very cute boutique hotel, with incredibly kind and attentive staff. Can’t applaud the staff enough. The room is nice, a great cross between vintage and clean modern. My room was clean and simple.I stayed on the hottest day of June, and my room was pretty warm. The AC isn’t super strong, but they a provided a giant fan and it cooled off eventually. The fan was going alll night so I couldn’t hear the constant noise of cars and homeless, when I turned it off- I heard some yelling…so bring ear plugs or request a fan!Get the paella. The little hotel bar is super cute.I recommend! Great value for the price!

Dara Xiong: We actually ran into some issues on our first night and requested a room change, but were told to wait upon further instructions. However, front desk worked quickly and was able to get us a room. The room was different from our original booking, but honestly I was more relieved they were able to accommodate us in a short period of time.Imo, I don't think the rooms were anything to write home about the decor is nice and amenities are stocked, but I really don't care as long as I have a place to sleep and shower. I was more impressed with the AMAZING QUALITY of service we got from the front desk members and Manager. Truly they went above and beyond to help resolve our issues and help us.Safety: I felt really safe at the hotel and in the area. The staff was friendly and nice.Walkability: Personally I think it's in a good location, alot of restaurants within walking distance it is also near cable car lines, bus routes, and Powell street station so ease of access for other modes of transportation to places is really nice.

Jared Matthew Warner: Great rooms.Spacious andFull of things to do.Very relaxing.M.W

My reality distraction: Nice room and desk people , Just be prepared to pay a Deposit of $121 when you check in , then tell you 5-10 buisness days to receive my deposit back still havnt received anything,I call and they put you on hold or if so just tell you to wait or call your bank if I havnt received it , definitely no help .parking doesnt exist and have to pay for parkingHomeless people around on the end of street , weren’t a bother but definitely uncomfortable, overall tho Cheap room if you are on a budgetWalkability: Walking points to anywhere also cable trainFood & drinks: Jack n box down street

Madeline S.: To say that the service is excellent is not enough. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They are truly exceptional. The room is cozy and clean, and the location is fantastic. I would like to thank the staff for making sure that I was safe when someone was following me. I would like to thank the manager especially for making sure that I feel safe. They really went above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough! Will definitely stay here again when I am back in San Francisco!
