Greg: My family and I recently rented from Enterprise at SFO. When we arrived at the rental car garage after a long day in the air I was very worried to see dozens on people in line and camped out on the floor in the facility. I pessimistically walked to the Enterprise counter where there was a sign directing me straight to the garage for assistance. When we arrived at the garage I was happy to see only one customer in front of me and the agent quickly assisted with our needs and we were on our way. Checking in online before arriving saved time and hassle. I'd probably still be in line had I chosen a different company to rent from.
Don Price: They made it easy and quick to pick up my car and drop it off. The car was full of fuel and clean inside and outside.

Ingrid Hill: While this is on airport car rental, its not from the terminal. On arrival you have to take the airtrain to the rental building. This is easy enough. You then exit the building to a pickup landing and a shuttle comes for you to take you to the rental desk. It runs every 10-15 minutes. Staff is courteous in arranging the rental. You will have to decide to pre purchase fuel and tolls. Pick up was easy and car has been great!

Benedikt Slavik: Very smooth and uncomplicated process when borrowing a car. Deposit was €300. We were able to spontaneously extend the car for another two days - all over the phone. Nice service on site. The car was still in very new condition.

Drew Stevens: I've consistently had a good experience renting from this location. Even when incredibly busy, I've found the team to work hard to satisfy customers despite a sometimes limited vehicle pool. I've always been greeted respectfully and provided a car in a reasonable period of time.
Dat Le: Update: please give Carde a raise because he is super awesome. I made a mistake of trying out a car that i normally don’t drive and Carde was so helpful to make sure i can exchange that car to Hyundai Ionq5!! And he’s so fast, responsive, friendly!! The best part is he said he remember me coming to this branch often.There’s no Preferred fast checkout service unfortunately. Pretty fast service but the wait is long if you make reservations at 12 because there are so many tourists around this central neighborhood.

B&W had a car available and made it painless.The service level at is much higher than any other car rental service I've used. B&W picked up the car from our hotel parking garage when we were done... no airport shuttles or awkward drop-off times.

James: I came to San Francisco for a business meeting and needed a car straight from the Airport. Jhoie helped me book a Mercedes E class which I find very comfortable. She also suggested a Meet&Greet service where they delivered the car and met me at the Airport. Due to my busy schedule, I was not able to return the car back to their office which is in downtown San Francisco. I called for an alternative option and lucky enough, I was able to return the car at the Airport Valet with no lines or hassle. And they had a private shuttle that dropped me off right at my curbside terminal. This company truly knows what quality service means.

Unlike the other customers who had negative experiences with this branch, we were lucky to receive our vehicle in less than 15 mins. The service staff helped to adjust the pickup time earlier to avoid extra charges as my pickup time was originally at 10.00am.1. From Mason St. Enter the Hilton Hotel on Mason St. Then make an immediate left turn to Budget/Avis Office.2. From O’Farrell St. Enter Hilton Hotel on O’ Farrell St and take the steps down on the left to Tower 3. Use lift to Garage level. Follow signs to locate Budget/Avis Office.
Radjen Chotoe: I was very sceptical after reading the reviews here and my previous experience at Budget JFK airport. But my booking was already prepaid and I had no other choice. I suppose people mostly write their bad experiences, but I can confirm my booking was handled very well without issues and the staff was helpful in providing information. I noticed the same to other customers who came for their reservations.

The location can be a bit tricky to find: it's basically inside the Hilton, but ìt's easiest to get to via the side entrance on Mason street. We dropped the car off in LA so I can't speak to the dropoff experience at this location.
