Sokchantrea Sun: This was the second time my Partner and I chose this Uhaul location. Andrew helped us the first time a couple months ago and that was honestly the reason why we decided on choosing this location again. Despite the system being down yesterday Andrew still delivered the best customer service. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! lol xD! Definitely would come back again for our Uhaul needs. 😊

patricia mcmahon kelly: This store is great, you can actually get parking there, the staff are very helpful and helped carry all the supplies to my car , every u-haul store basically tells you that there is a cart that you can take to your car, even though there is 5 employees sitting there doing nothing, while the cart is great not all the boxes fit in the cart, so it was extremely refreshing to go to this store and when I asked for a cart the guy said he would take the boxes to my car, and he did so thank you so much
Aaron Lee: Great place if you need boxes. Reasonably priced, and excellent customer service. They really helped me out when I needed some last minute boxes even though they were closing. Ask for John - he’s great!

Wayne Leong: . We had checked in a few hours beforehand to avoid having to go to the reservation desk, but still had to wait a while for staff to get to us, finalize paperwork and show us the vehicle. All told, however, the rental process was smooth enough with minimal pain.

Greg: My family and I recently rented from Enterprise at SFO. When we arrived at the rental car garage after a long day in the air I was very worried to see dozens on people in line and camped out on the floor in the facility. I pessimistically walked to the Enterprise counter where there was a sign directing me straight to the garage for assistance. When we arrived at the garage I was happy to see only one customer in front of me and the agent quickly assisted with our needs and we were on our way. Checking in online before arriving saved time and hassle. I'd probably still be in line had I chosen a different company to rent from.
Don Price: They made it easy and quick to pick up my car and drop it off. The car was full of fuel and clean inside and outside.

Benedikt Slavik: Very smooth and uncomplicated process when borrowing a car. Deposit was €300. We were able to spontaneously extend the car for another two days - all over the phone. Nice service on site. The car was still in very new condition.

Drew Stevens: I've consistently had a good experience renting from this location. Even when incredibly busy, I've found the team to work hard to satisfy customers despite a sometimes limited vehicle pool. I've always been greeted respectfully and provided a car in a reasonable period of time.
Dat Le: Update: please give Carde a raise because he is super awesome. I made a mistake of trying out a car that i normally don’t drive and Carde was so helpful to make sure i can exchange that car to Hyundai Ionq5!! And he’s so fast, responsive, friendly!! The best part is he said he remember me coming to this branch often.There’s no Preferred fast checkout service unfortunately. Pretty fast service but the wait is long if you make reservations at 12 because there are so many tourists around this central neighborhood.
