Alan Martin: and comfortable sitting areas in the old parlour and dining room, outside in the private garden and on the rooftop. As a special mention the owner and manager provided the kind of service that made you feel more like a member of the family than a hotel guest. They really made you feel welcome and could not have done more to make my visit as trouble free and enjoyable as possible.I do want to mention that this is the real thing so if this is an issue for you there are lots of stairs!!Rooms: It's an old house converted into a hotel and the rooms are the same. It's comfortable but don't expect the layout of a Marriott. My room had a clawfoot tub with a great shower, but it was in the same room as my bed. Honestly, it was cute!Nearby activities: Walking distance to the vibrant residential areas south of Market Street. Great choice of local eateries on Mission and Valencia. Easy bike ride to Golden Gate park.

Brian Forrester: was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Eduardo Rodríguez: Many times there are no words to describe a place, I can only say that if you visit it you will be delighted.

Michael Effenberger: uncomfortable walking the streets. You'll see tents of homeless people on the sidewalk and a lot of people either using drugs or with the visible side effects of drug use.

Jennifer Noble: This house is absolutely stunning. The way that they decorate really keeps with the vintage feel. I also love the breakfast, the food is wonderful and available until 11:30! The dining area is so lovely and gives that bed and breakfast feel in a big city. The coffee is always flowing both day and night and it tastes amazing. Definitely check out the rooftop area if you get a chance, the sunset view is amazing. I can't wait to go back!

Sanela Hart: We loved our stay at the Inn!I stayed here 10 years ago and it was such a special experience, that I chose to bring my husband here on our way home from Australia recently. It still has that wonderful charm that I remember, the same service and no demise in the quality it offers to guests. They give that extra care and touch, which makes travel much more memorable and magical.Marty the owner is a wonderful host and will make you feel right at home.I really didn't want to leave the Inn. It reminds me of the magic travel offered in the good old days, where your spirit is ignited. The Inn is warm, charming, creative and peaceful. A special place to stay.Try the hot tub, see the view from the roof, and hang out in the common areas.Rooms: So much individual charm in any room that you pick. Beautiful, comfortable and romantic.Safety: Safe!Walkability: Close to many options in the Mission.Noteworthy details: Full of character, special touches and care for guests to enjoy a wonderful and unique stay.

Nancy Heath: What a great San Francisco experience! Noe Nest is in a great neighborhood between Mission Noe Valley and Dolores Park. Cute bar with a retro vibe Lon Palm is just down the street. The Inn’s awesome hostess Shelia is a total sweetheart & makes a BEAUTIFUL breakfast and ofcourse there’s the LOVELY garden. What a great experience!!! LOVE THIS PLACE

Deborah Skinner: This place is a gem! The decor is as eclectic and interesting as Sheila, the owner. The staff is helpful and friendly. An enchanting garden in the back is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some wine. The breakfast is amazing—especially the frittata and French toast. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone.Rooms: Very comfortable bed and high end linens.

Deborah Dempsey: If you have never stayed at Noe's Nest, you are missing the boat! Wonderful experience to be a guest of Sheila's at her mesmerizing BnB, with walls covered superbly with beautiful art creations of her own and others. As my sister said, it's not just a roof over your head, it's an experience - eclectic collections greet you in every room, each of which has its own story which Sheila enthusiastically relates to you. Each morning you are warmly greeted with a well crafted breakfast. Sheila's a gracious, engaging host giving each and every guest a memorable experience. Thank you Sheila! We will definitely be back!

Sally Woods: This was my first stay in San Francisco and Noe’s Nest is THE place to stay. From arrival, with the warm welcome from the most friendly and accommodating hostess and owner, Sheila Ash, the stay was amazing. Sheila’s style, gracious hospitality, friendly staff, unique rooms, and beautiful breakfasts make this place absolutely wonderful. It is very quiet in the multi story home and is so relaxing and inviting. So much to enjoy right there. The neighborhood location is very convenient for getting around San Francisco. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast to enjoy and feel a part of the community. I will never stay anywhere else when in San Francisco.Rooms: Each room is decorated differently and is unique. I stayed in Anais’ Room and The View. Both were extremely well appointed and very comfortable.Safety: Felt perfectly safe coming and going at any hour.Walkability: Conveniently located in the city. Public transportation is excellent. Uber and Lyft is the method of transportation I utilized. Easy, reliable, reasonable. No need for a car.Food & drinks: The breakfast was absolutely delicious each day. Sheila has a country style kitchen and prepares the meal on site every day. Quite a spread with a wide variety of savory dishes and accompaniments. Don’t miss breakfast! Coffee and tea available anytime. Help yourself.

shireen day: This is my third time staying at Noe’s Nest. It’s a wonderful respite at the end of a busy day. Sheila offers an incredible breakfast spread and the garden is a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of wine. The rooms are just like the photos- beautiful and comfortable.Thank you again! I will be back.Safety: Very safe area.Walkability: Guerrero Street is pretty flat in this area and easy to walk to restaurants or wine shop.Food & drinks: Fantasric breakfast and great coffee.

Corrina R-L: Absolutely loved staying here. Sheila is the ultimate host, along with a perfect breakfast waiting downstairs for you, in the morning. The balcony outside the Sheila Chapeau room adds a noticeable, romantic touch for viewing the city lights, conjuring dreams, even as a solo traveler. You can’t help but fall in love with how Sheila so elegantly decorates the front window with each season’s holiday celebrations, along with her meticulously decorated, antique-vintage inspired rooms.

Robyn Coward: I stayed in the "Chapaeu Room" fit for a honeymoon, girl's getaway, any special occasion, or just if you want to treat yourself to lux surroundings. Private balcony room, with comfortable bed, shower and steam. Lovely garden available for guests on the ground level, great full breakfast in a great neighborhood location where you can walk to many shop and restaurants. The Muni line is a short walk from the inn. Everything you need and more for a more personal experience comparable to San Francisco hotel prices.

Jeff Fox: You have to stay at the lodge to understand how unique and special it is.Rooms: Clean and spaciousNearby activities: Open spaces. National ParkWalkability: Lots of history and places to walkNoteworthy details: Great staff. Decent continental breakfast.

Coleton Garbutt: Great lodge off the beaten path of San Francisco. They have trails you can walk, nearby restaurants, a fire pit, a choose your own seat dining area, and great views of the Golden Gate Bridge. This is a great inn and it is top notch compared to most San Francisco hotels I believe. The place also has great history being a former residence for the military.

Jeevan Immanuel: This is the best place to stay in sfo when you are in for a vacation. Especially for families with little kids. You feel completely safe and there is a huge lawn for the kids to play around all through the day. The property has some excellent views of the Golden Gate Bridge. It is also so close to the beach - 10 minute walk. The only downside is the breakfast, for the price you pay - the breakfast could have been better. But it is totally worth it.

marcia craw: Rooms: Clean comfortNearby activities: Everything was in walking distanceSafety: Felt very safeWalkability: GreatFood & drinks: Amazing

Laura O: on one slice of sourdough bread. The menu said BLT on baguette with blah blah aioli...sounded good. It was not and the waiter then tried to argue with us about what a baguette was, then tried to tell us that because we were tourists we didn't understand. We aren't, we are from Alameda and just stayed over to go to dinner at HOPR and not have to drive home late after drinking...The calamari was OLD. Like fishy smelling/tasting. We had lunch for four people and it was $250 before tip. Lunch. We went to dinner at HOPR and paid far less for WAY better food. To make a long story long....stay at this hotel because its nice/clean/in a great location but avoid their restaurant like its the plague.Rooms: Rooms are super cute. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean and nice.Nearby activities: There is a cool museum/arcade a few blocks away. You're basically in the middle of the wharf so there is a ton of stuff to do if you're new to the area. If you are not new to the area, you will be sad to see all the old timer restaurants are shuttered

Steve May: Loved our stay at Argonaut. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the neighborhood felt safe. Great location for exploring San Francisco. Really loved our morning walks to see the Harbor Seals and grab coffee.Nearby activities: 10 minute stroll to the Harbor Seals.

Vivian Y: Excellent location and plenty of amenities. But I ended up having to contact the front desk a lot about things that I was supposed to have included in my package like free breakfast and late checkout. The room was cute, but more dimly lit than I prefer. The Jacuzzi tub was a huge highlight, but many of the bathroom fixtures also felt outdated.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and might go back due to the excellent location, but I'm not sure.

Kraig S: , but it did not accumulate. So, you were expected to use the hotel services daily and even with the credit applied, it was fairly pricey for the area.

Neil V: It's a massive hotel conveniently located near all the popular attractions, including Pier 39 and the Golden Gate. Rooms are decent, but wifi isn't free. It's about $14.99/day for non-members but $1/day for Marriott members. The Roof top bar on the 39th floor was amazing. Also, if you want to save some money then don't buy food or drink from the hotel as they could be expensive. There is Target supermarket just across the road.Rooms: The room was serviced daily and was very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower isn't that great, though.Nearby activities: San Francisco shopping mall, Target, Star Bucks, Super Burgers, Sales Force Tower. Macy's, Cheesecake Factory

Sangwon Seo: I heard that the Tenderloen area is a crime-ridden area, so I was looking for a hotel just outside the border, and I was looking for a good value hotel that was close to both Powell Station and Union Square, and came across this hotel.First of all, it was comfortable because the door was automatic, and the female employee named “yesha” was a K-drama fan, so I think she was friendlier to Koreans. I would like to thank Yesha once again for being kind enough to understand my strange Konglish language even though I cannot speak English, and I believe that he will be kind to other travelers as well. I spent a few days mostly sleeping and traveling around, but the location was good so I had no problems finding the accommodation. There were fewer homeless people than I thought, and even if there were, I just had to avoid them.I had a good travel experience. thank you

Sarava S: Rooms: Comfortable and practice for business tripsSafety: Secure place.Walkability: Lots of restaurants and bars around

David Nagel-Nunez: Very cute hotel! Everything is pineapple themed, rooms and beds are very confortable, staff is helpful, and location is great downtown. We did have a rocky start at first - the air conditioner in our room was broken, and they knew about it but didn't tell us. So we were really hot for our first night, but they did give us a little discount for the inconvenience and moved us to another room.Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay at this adorable hotel! One recommendation - in the about section in this Google page, it says that they have a fitness center, but this is not true - it needs to be updated!Rooms: Very comfortableNearby activities: Downtown area and very walkableSafety: Safe but a lot of homelessWalkability: Downtown area and lots of restaurants nearbyFood & drinks: No breakfast but they give you a complimentary drinkNoteworthy details: They have a cute dog in the room that you can "adopt" or buy if you want for $25.

Christina Krause: .the room is equipped perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff. The neigbourhood area is "demanding" and "challenging" due to the soccal flashpoint of this area. But opposite the hotel you will find a bar

Aunika Kost: The staff were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were more on the small side, but very nice and clean. At check in, my husband and I were given free drinks vouchers for the little cafe/bar they had in the lobby. The only downside to staying here is the location. Being in San Francisco right in Union Square, the traffic and homeless population can be a lot at times, but despite the location the staff keeps the property, inside and out, very clean. The lobby doors also lock at 7pm every night requiring key card access to get in, making the entire building more secure. I 10/10 recommend of you plan on coming to San Francisco.

Monica Izzard: and given our room. I initially did not notice the room was not the one we had reserved as we were tired but after about an hour I realised and promptly went downstairs. It was then explained that the room we had booked was unavailable due to air conditioning problems which is fair enough and that we had been given a bigger room and a slight refund

Mai Vang: I would note is that walls are pretty thin so if you’re visiting on a busy weekend then you will likely be able to hear people at night/in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

Antonio Davila Jr.: Location: 5/5

Iris: My stay was pretty good, it was about what I expected. They had all the basic amenities and check in times were flexible. Next door people were a bit loud and I could hear them shouting and laughing lol, but when they weren't there it was really quiet. They provide a small breakfast spread in the morning. Housekeeping came before my check-out time on my last day which was a bit strange, but otherwise good. And as mentioned in other reviews you have to use stairs. If you have anything larger than a carry-on you should ask for 2nd floor, because I don't think you'd be able to go up to the 3rd floor, the stairway is really narrow.Location wise it's pretty good. As the locals would tell you, don't go out at night. Take ubers back to the hotel from the main streets, it will be like max $11 usd.Overall, well worth the stay.

Molnár Anikó: Staff was very kind and friendly.Room facilities were satisfactory.Safety: There were a lot of homeless people, but they weren't dangerous.Walkability: A bus stop is not far away, there is a car park.Food & drinks: Breakfast is perfect for starting the trip.Breakfast, tea, porridge, bread, butter, jam

Chris F: The hotel is completely sufficient for a transit trip and the parking fees are okay for this good location. There is currently no elevator and it doesn't look like one will be installed here anytime soon. The stairs are too small to get into his room with the suitcases and in our opinion this poses a significant risk of accidents. The rooms smelled kind of like horses, but they were decorated quite nicely. The bathroom is very small but serves its purpose. The seating for the minimalist breakfast is far from enough and there are only 2 small tables. All in all, for this price and the location, highly recommended.

Julie Bauder: The only issue that I had the rooms have been updated. It is an old building. The rooms are nice but it looks like currently the elevator is out so you have to use the stairs which were hard for me because of my back and I did not know that ahead of time. Also when I booked it said that there was parking but you do pay $30 a night for parking which I was unaware of but I realize that happens here in San Francisco. I just other places have that I have stayed. I have not had to pay for it when I've rented a room. Beyond that, does this motel is quiet and the staff is very nice and friendly. We'll definitely stay here again with less luggage LOLRooms: Have been updated and are nice looking and colorful huge TV mounted on the wall decent amount of channels to choose from and was more quiet than other places I've stayed in San Francisco

J: Above-average property with some typically SF ridiculously small rooms but modern rooms. You definitely will pay for what you get here just a couple room upgrades the room sizes are markedly better in size and function. The hotel although not in your upper echelon of SF neighborhoods does offer convenience and reasonable comfort. Currently installing an elevator finally - it’s been a long road for that! The left rear staircase is absolutely treacherous so exercise caution or use the right rear much better staircase. This is currently a 3 floor walk up hotel just FYI.Safety: Albeit this neighborhood has a way to go day or night but as a man I do not fear it even in middle of night. Now, for a vacationer it may be different. Carry no purses no expensive jewelry and men keep your wallet in front. A can of mace doesn’t hurt for that added comfort but you’ll probably never need it. Not an area I would advise for single gals.Walkability: You can be on Mid - Market in minutes as well as BART or Muni. Three blocks walk.

Joshua Salazar: We enjoyed our two night stay here, and would recommend if you want to place to stay with easy accessible parking and want stay close to the heart of the town. The staff was hospitable throughout our stay. Our room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The hotel is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops and made our stay all the better. Only gripe is that the area is very noisy, but I don't think there is much anymore could do about that if you are going to stay somewhere near downtown.

Francisco Rodriguez: I recently stayed at the Signature SF and had a very pleasant stay. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price point, I got my money's worth. My room was clean, quiet with decent room amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive when I needed something.I was coming in from out of town so wasn't too familiar with the location. But the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of the places I wanted to check out, or easily get a Lyft or Uber. I was able to park my car right across the street from the hotel with no problem. I would definitely stay at the Signature Hotel SF again.

Crystal Johnson: Rooms: The room was very spacious. I was surprised at the extra space. It was seven of us and I felt very comfortable and there was adequate room for everyone. I felt very comfortable.Safety: About the safety of the location: We had the option of parking on the street and taking a chance of possible break-in or receiving a ticket as I don’t know the area: Or we could park in the garage that was offered for a extra small fee. It was worth it for me to pay the fee and have comfort in knowing that I would wake up to my vehicle intact. They were most kind I must say. When I checked out the next morning I was asked how my stay was: I answered with GREAT! I also said I would be whenever I’m in town it will be my first choice for a place to stay..

Gerhard Holzer: Small hotel in perfect location near to public transport, cable car and many great shopping opportunities. Very fair price-quality ratio, helpful staff and all necessary inventory.Walkability: Cable car station as well as BART and Muni lines at Powell Street / Market Street; union square and a lot of diners, restaurants nearby.

fredrik persson: . The sink was not in the bathroom but just outside. The finish of the room was a bit rough and did have a somewhat unpleasant smell. But minor things in a overall positive stay.We did not experience any disturbing sounds from the street, but from the floor above us.Safety: The building had a security officer present in the lobby during most of our stay. There were also storage lockers. Pretty small though so only suitable for a backpack or two and not luggage.Walkability: The building is located just outside of the famous Tenderloin district. Taking a turn around the corner will immediately present an increased number of "exposed" individuals. We did not feel "not safe", but just something to be aware of.Food & drinks: Being close to Union Square, there are lots of options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can walk to China Town in just a few minutes, or have a good Thai or Pizza on the way.

FLOR MARIA: Hotel highlights Great view

Linda Mac: .

Michael Mrizek (Mig): Really really good place to stay if you have all day events at Moscone. Efficient rooms with bed and bathroom. Very comfortable to sleep or take quick meetings at. Small lounge area and lobby are comfortable but can fill up quickly if a lot of people are staying there. If you enjoy lounging around a hotel room for large portions of your stay, this place is probably not for you.Like all cities in the US, the homelessness crisis is making things difficult for a lot of business so I do not hold it against Sonder. The hotel itself felt very safe, and the streets are generally safe as long as you don’t go too deep into the Tenderloin in the evenings or nights.Walkability: Only a few blocks away from all major transit for the city and a 10 minute walk to Moscone with plenty of coffee shops on the route.Food & drinks: Loads of food in near by Chinatown and around Moscone.

珍珠沒有奶茶: An accommodation with extremely high CP valueVery clean and welcoming placeIt is very close to Powell Street Station, about a 5-minute walk. There is also a 24hrs burger restaurant Carl’s Jr. nearby.

Macu Valenzuela: Very very goodNearby activities: Very close to metro stations, MOMA, Financial District, you can walk to the pier andSafety: Very goodWalkability: Very close to metro stations

Carolina Maidana: The place is clean, nice and located in the center. It has a common kitchen to heat food and coffee, tea and water are available all dayThe rooms are not cleaned during the stay but there are towels available to change in the laundry areaQuiet room, super comfortable beds, excellent wifiThe area is only ugly at night because there are a large number of drugged people on the street. There are markets nearby. You must check online before arriving because you have to enter data, SMS arrives, facial recognition, etc. but with time before arriving ready, the keys arrive to be able to enter the hotel and roomRooms: Super girls, there is no room.

Damien Huynh (dam): .Luxurious and large room.Very very clean.Warm and smiling welcome: great

Carmen Haworth: I can't find any faults. Shower, bed, location, and staff were all great. It was handy to walk 4 blocks to the BART station. I'd stay there again.Safety: There was a desk clerk round the clock. The front door was locked after 10 PM for the night and your key opened it. I caught an Uber at 4am and the desk clerk walked me out and was very helpful. I felt very safe.Walkability: I was there visiting family and walked or bused or muni everywhere. Plenty of places nearby for food or shopping.

Sebastian Gabler: The opposite of the huge Westin, this is a cozy place right off Union Square.Rooms are well designed, mine was very quiet so I had a great sleep. The flip side: it's facing a wall. The breakfast place only allows plate-on-lap options.

Daisy Trevizo: This was such a cute boutique hotel. The rooms were so cute & clean. We had our elopement photoshoot at the city hall so this room was absolutely perfect for our “getting ready” photos & videos! The location was great we walked everywhere so we appreciated everything being close by.Front desk was super friendly & helpful. Front main doors lock at night so that was comforting as well!We loved our stay & would definitely come back.😊😊

Jeanna Pipoly: We loved our stay at this little inn! Small but grand!! It was a perfect stay with amazing hosts. The hospitality was impeccable.Warm and friendly souls run this the inn and someone is always there to greet you day or night. Our room was super clean and quiet. The refrigerator was kind of small but there was a larger community fridge on the floor of the vending machines and water refill station if needed. Everything is in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.Parking tip: The hotel itself doesn’t have parking. Arrange something in advance with them if you are not familiar with the area. You will have to park your car in a garage, pay and then walk your items to the hotel.Rooms: We stayed in a superior room and it was beautiful. Kind of small. If you like some room, spring for a suite. We will next time.Nearby activities: Union Square is located across the street. Every major department store within walking distance! Cable cars and trolleys within walking distance as well.Safety: We felt very safe here. This is a nicer part of downtown San Francisco. Kind of wild at night but once we were in the hotel and in our room, it was super quiet and we felt 100% safe.Food & drinks: Food everywhere in all price ranges in walking distance with a romantic little steakhouse right next door. Grocery shopping within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Older hotel with modern charm and art deco design. Super friendly staff. Fresh danishes, bagels, coffee and juice every morning was nice.

Iris Garduño: Very comfortable, cozy, central, clean and pleasant hotel. The reception was very helpful, especially Angela. The only drawback is the charge of a fee of 20 USD per night, which seems excessive to me for the breakfast that "includes" coffee, tea, orange juice and bread.

Carolus van Leeuwen: and the living room was spacious enough for us to spread out all of our belongings to re-pack in our suitcases. 😅 Can't recommend this hotel enough. Very friendly and efficient check-in/check-out, beautiful location and safe.

Karen: First of all, there are no cookies anymore. The staff didn't even know about there being cookies on every level before. The room was fantastic. Very spacious, clean, and modern. The breakfast was underwhelming - mostly the tiny plates that could not even fit the bagel. The location is what it is - downtown and lots of homelessness at night. But very convenient in the day.

Marisa Harris-Phang: I had an excellent stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. This was a solo trip and I felt totally safe here.Safety: I felt totally safe here. Great location, just a few steps from Union Square.

Allison: This hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is convenient, situated on the trolley line. The staff superb. The service provided was consistent and accommodating, kind and professional. Specifically Neka and Rico were exceptional. I looked forward to their cheerful smiley greetings and the constant replenishment of bottled waters! I was part of a group in town for a wedding. We all were treated like family.I highly recommend this hotel and the great staff. I thank them for making the trip to SFO that much better.~Allison

Brittany Romick: Always a great experience going to the Omni. People are kind and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and the service is always spot on.Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …

Thérèse Seibert: We came for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and they upgraded our room to a suite! The attentive and friendly staff were without exception ready to make sure your visit was 100% amazing! Even with a Birthday sweets board and Prosecco.Walkability: Right downtown

Jessica Miller: Great location, amazing staff, and extremely clean rooms! This hotel is an absolute gem in San Francisco's business district. All staff were kind, supportive, informative, and very helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The bedding and bed were like a home away from home. The doormen were my favorite, offering directions, and even remembering my schedule and having my car ready.

Tai NGUYEN: Ideal location, we had a wedding 50m away.Close to Chinatown, valet parking, pleasant welcome.Small downside on the absence of a mini fridge in the room.

R. M. C.: seemed within a walk-able distance. If not, there were public transport options with in a few blocks.

Shazza F: everyone was fantastic - clearly, the leadership at the hotel is creating the right culture among the team there. I am rarely as impressed as I was by the staff at the SF OMNI. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room did not have a fridge but they sent one up immediately when I asked, they also allowed a late check out with no extra charge. thank you

Dina Dass: Best hotel experience we have ever had! We were selected as guests of the day, and our room was upgraded and we were surprised to come back to our room and see a bottle of wine and charcuterie waiting for us! The staff members were wonderful from start to finish, and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will be returning customers for sure!

Rachel Choi: I came here for my 30th birthday with my fiancé. It was my first time staying at an Omni hotel, and it definitely did not disappoint! We had the absolute best experience from check in to check out. They confirmed my reservation via text message the day prior to my check in and allowed me to request early check in ahead of time, without having to call. I was provided a free upgrade upon check in and the room was very clean when I arrived. My early check in fee was waived, though I believe that was part of my room upgrade. Everything was in working order and the free toiletries smelled wonderful. They also sent up a small treat to my room for my birthday, which I definitely did not expect, but thoroughly enjoyed! The free slippers provided in the room were very comfortable and cozy. The valet was speedy, courteous, and consistent. The doormen were very kind as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Overall, my stay here was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I will definitely return again and would recommend it to any one interested in staying in SF!

C X: I think the design of this hotel is very good. There is also a slope next to it for dragging luggage. Needless to say, there are steps to walk up and there is an elevator. The room is very clean and tidy. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and explained and introduced the hotel's facilities.

When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Lynda Mendoza: Keven welcomed me and checked me in even though it was only 2:30pm. He was so attentive and made sure to accommodate me knowing I was having surgery the next morning at UCSF 6am. My room was cozy and quiet to allow me to rest and prepare for my early morning departure. The hotel is located so close to many restaurants and stores. I will definitely be visiting San Francisco again and stay at Abri Hotel to enjoy all the amenities that surround the hotel.😊Safety: Lobby doors monitored by the front desk. Someone always thereWalkability: Trolly station less than half a block from hotelFood & drinks: Great Steak houses, Sushi, Pho, Chinese, Salads and Soups.

Bernd Katzer: Room a bit small but very clean. Central locationWalkability: Union Square around the cornerFood & drinks: No breakfast, but coffee machine in the room

JC Powers: Such a wonderful experience, there were some initial hiccups when I first came, and I spoke with management about it and not only did they own. What was my issue? They upgraded my room and made me feel extremely valued. I will stay here again and again excellent to all of the staff and management.

Duyen Jorundson: Conveniently located in the heart of downtown—Union Square so super easy to get around by foot. Rooms were on the older side but with some good paint and kept clean it was nice. Our TV in the living room didn’t work at all but we never used it, we only found out from curiosity. Not sure if windows were thin but could hear lots of traffic noise from the living room side early morning. Otherwise hotel staff were all very nice and helpful! Pricing was fair, Walgreens just at the corner so super convenient for snacks, lots of cafes & restaurants within a 1-2 block radius.

Edita Erovic: Stayed at Hotel Abri for three nights while visiting San Francisco. I like how close it is to the trolley at Market and Powell as well as the BART and city buses. The staff was very kind and the accommodations were comfortable. We had a room right on Ellis street and fair warning it is very loud especially on Saturday night with people revving car engines, drunk people laughing and yelling, and trucks crunching garbage and recycling. If you’re a light sleeper request an inside room so you’re not right against the street. They’re very eco friendly and only replace towels if you ask. We just needed the trash taken out and they accommodated us. I also wish the room had a microwave to heat up kids’ milk and warm leftovers but it wasn’t a big deal. Friendly staff, excellent location, and comfortable accommodations. Would stay here again.

Leslie Dugger: but our stay was quite comfortable. The location is close where we needed to be. While it is very close to the tenderloin, the area is not affected by that. We plan to return soon.Rooms: Our room was very clean and comfortable. We like that it is a green hotel so there is little waste

magali harikiopoulo: Great to stay hereSafety: SafeWalkability: Easy Access

Christina Schultz: This hotel is in a more quiet neighbor which I felt very comfortable walking around by myself. It's within walking distance from several more touristy areas and very close to a variety of food options.Regarding the hotel itself, I was upgraded from a King bedroom to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy with great pillows. The complementary breakfast is basic continental breakfast which is set up as a "grab-n-go" station next to the check in desk. It was super nice they had coffee and drinks available in the lobby all day.

Julie Ward: We visit San Francisco quite a bit, and have stayed all over the City, but we keep coming back to Hotel Del Sol. Our kids loved it when they were little and we love it just as much now that they're in college and we're on our own. It's bright, cheerful, comfortable and clean. The staff is excellent, very welcoming. The gated courtyard and secure parking makes it feel cozy and safe, even though the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I loved sitting near the pool in the morning with my coffee and chatting with other guests around the firepit at night. You really can't beat the location-so many great restaurants, shops & bars a short walk away, as well as the beautiful Presidio Tunnel Tops park. We loved wandering around the neighborhood, finding our favorite corner store to buy wine & snacks and stopping by a great old-school bar next to the Presidio to watch a Giants game. Hotel Del Sol is a fantastic home base in SF!

Matthew Sundt: Location was idealRooms: Room 101 was convenient.Walkability: Perfect location relative to all of Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow and Marina district.

Sierra Foxtrot: A good hotel with attentive and friendly staff. It has a central location due to its proximity to a large shopping center. From here you can explore San Francisco on foot. The modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows through which you have a good view. There is a luggage storage service for all guests who arrive early or wish to leave in the evening.

Q Wer: comfy, low-anxiety, memorable, & smooth. :

Jarred Capellman: Hands down the best hotel in the world. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last year going to various events in San Francisco. The location is perfect to get around to everything we goto. The rooms have always been super clean, large and luxurious. You really can't beat the floor to glass ceiling views of the bay.The staff has always been courteous even when we have checked in at midnight. The buffet breakfast is also the best breakfast, lots of keto options.Walkability: Giants stadium, Warriors Stadium, Ferry Building and SF Symphony are all within walking distance. Not to mention Enterprise Brewery, Rize Up Bakery and Black Hammer Brewery.

Hortencia Mayorga: Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

James Gilbert: Had the great pleasure of staying in a room with Club lounge access for 4 nights recently with a 20th floor view of seismic proportions. A true treat. Luis and the rest of the lounge staff were as one would hope - helpful, attentive, and great to interact with. The food and beverages were of excellent quality, and the views also from the lounge and the patio were terrific. Do not hesitate to stay here, especially if you opt for the Club lounge. The location can be dicey but that's basically the entire city. So, be a little cautious but do still come.

Melissa Hameier: Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms were a bit worn but the bed was incredibly cozy, shower was fantastic and it was really fun to have a record player in the room. Valet parking was an astronomical rate, especially when we didn’t realize our pickup was considered an oversized vehicle and billed $90/night plus fees rather than the $70 we had been told.

Frances Palomata: Recently stayed at Kimpton Alton and it was truly exceptional! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They truly pay attention to the needs of their customers, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish!Special shoutout to Clifford for his outstanding service. He left us a lasting impression with his genuine care for guests’ satisfaction. Loved that the hotel is kid and dog-friendly, with thoughtful amenities for both and I must say the food at Abaca restaurant was delicious, with every dish expertly prepared. Overall, a memorable stay and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Walter Williams: Great location, rooms were small. One microwave per floor. Beds not the best qaulity..AC was super loudNearby activities: Close to all wharf activities and China townWalkability: Walk or Uber scooter ..everywhere in the area.

Brad Knoles: . I was hesitant to stay in "touristy" wharf area, but the location was spot on and felt a little safer at night while SF works out some of the post-Covid kinks in the Union area and elsewhere, if you know what I mean.

Gail Walker: I wished I had a microwave in my room.Rooms: The carpet had a large stain.Food & drinks: The menu didn't offer food to my liking.

Jim Foong: and Harvey has always been on the go to make us feel at home with the greatest hospitality that can be imagined. His enthusiasm and approachable personality plays a pivotal role as an exemplary hotelier with IHG. He’s always proactive in showing care and concern to the hotel guests, such sincerity in the service industry is highly appreciated.May his good values and quality be validated accordingly by the higher management team. Harvey is one of a kind, treasurable gem indeed.Muchas Gracias!Nearby activities: Fisherman’s wharf is just 2 minutes walk away.Walkability: Fisherman’s wharf is just 2 minutes walk away.

Matt Reese: Extreamly nice hotel. Great location, great rooms. Some standouts- was able to garentee ajoining rooms over six months in advance, few places can do this.- happy hour everyday with free wine and beer.- large rooms- good beds.

Liam Batanides: My girlfriend and I had a great weekend here! Service was stellar, the rooms were very clean and the vibes were very cool and exciting! I will say that parking was a bit on the expensive side, but there are options available within walking distance. I would stay here again!Rooms: Clean, simple and elegantSafety: Very safe and secureWalkability: Lots of food and attractions within 10 minutesFood & drinks: Hotel has a restaurant on the main floor
